The movie is screened at the Berlin International Film Festival, where it earned a decent review from The Hollywood Reporter, and there's now a trailer as well, which you can see below:

It looks to be a pretty interesting take on Bathory's tale. Delpy portrays her as an older, experienced woman who falls for a much younger man (Daniel Bruhl) under the watchul arm of his father (the one and only William Hurt). He disappears, and she suffers an obsessive love that morphs into a chilling blood lust.
