Rebecca Romijn welcomed twins - daughters Charlie and Dollie - four months ago, but you'd never know it! The new mom looks amazing and she lost nearly 60 pounds without exercising... um, what? How'd she do that? And we thought Jennifer Garner's weight loss secret was good... what if we combine the two?
Romijn spoke with Extra, "I think within the first three weeks, I took off like 35 pounds without doing anything! I haven’t been able to work out that much because I have twins. It’s impossible to get back into a regular schedule."
She also said breastfeeding has helped her shed the pounds, too. "Breastfeeding is the very best diet I’ve been on. It’s amazing. It’s like you have to eat 5,000 extra calories a day or you can’t produce enough food for them."
The first-time mom knows she has to be realistic about her expectations. "I'm not pretending to be back to the shape I was in beforehand anyway. I still have a ways to go…We’ve got Spanx underneath almost everything." Thank goodness for stretchy materials!
The Ugly Betty star talked of her new babies, and was asked if she had a difficult time telling them apart?
"No because they look completely different," she explains. "One looks just like Jerry [O'Connell]. Her name is Charlie and the other one looks just like me. Her name is Dolly. She’s a blonde and Charlie is a brunette and I think they are both just gorgeous."
