Angelina Jolie has been a total “mess” on the New York set of her new movie Salt, according to reports.

The actress is said to be furious that her partner, Brad Pitt, has been speaking with his ex-wife Jennifer Aniston.

“She came out of her trailer looking like she’d been crying,” an insider told British magazine Now. “She had red eyes with big bags under them. She’d stopped going back to the family’s rental home [in Long Island] and was sleeping at a hotel in town.

“She never brought her kids or Brad to the set, even though her co-stars did. There’s even talk that she’s been taking caffeine tablets as she’s in such a bad way. Angie has been in some pretty dark places in her life, and now it’s as bad as it’s ever been.”

Insiders recently expressed their fears that Jolie might be self-harming again.

“It’s been so bad that some crew members have suspected she’s using drugs, although that’s out of the question. But the ones who know her realize it could be something much, much worse if she’s self-harming,” a source said.

“When she’s at home she just about holds it together, but she stays up listening to the same song over and over and rarely sleeps.”

    No one wants to see Angelina get sick or get so skinny and sickly that she stops making movies or winds up in the hospital because she is to weak and ill to care for her kids.She is a tough girl though I don't think she would ever let that happen.

    I too have heard and seen quite a few jaw dropping things over the years.I think the general Public doesn't quite get how bitchy,whining,and outright demanding some of the celebs can be.I think Angie is a great Mom there is no doubt about that,but with the weight loss recently and some of the pics of her I have seen recently,Brad off taking trips by himself and such,I think something is definitely off.

    But i'm sure that she's not perfect,, as she indirectly stole someone's husband!

    HUH!! I've been on the set as an extra and she couldn't be nicer, she couldn't be more athletic, she couldn't be more down to earth. After I got home from 15 hours of being an EXTRA dressed in military gear I got on the internet to tell my story about being in the same movie as Angelina Jolie and all I read are negative articles. Something fishy is going on. This is my third time working as an Extra and this is the FIRST time the major star of the Movie actually talked to us. So I no longer believe the gossip surrounding her.
