Two years ago, David Goyer revealed that he will write and direct the sequel to the 1933 "The Invisible Man" film, which was based on a story by HG Wells. Goyer now tells STYD that things are still moving forward.
"I've since finished a draft and I'm in the midst of revisions for it right now," he explained. "Universal seems pretty high on it. So, they're just breathing down my neck to get the revisions done. It's a movie they'd like to make."
The new story centers on a British nephew of the original "Invisible Man." Once he discovers his uncle's formula for achieving invisibility, he is recruited by British intelligence agency MI5 during WWII.
