Danny Dyer admitted having a drugs blow-out at Glastonbury festival last year.
The on-screen bad boy told Zoo magazine: "I went to Glastonbury last year, and I have to be honest - I lost the plot.
"I completely overdid it, took far too many drugs and got very paranoid, I got there on the Friday, but was so freaked out I had to come home Saturday morning."
He added: "I took everything that was put in front of me. Jesus - there was all sorts. The new thing there seemed to be everyone inhaling balloons of laughing gas."
The cockney gave this year's festival a miss but plans to head to V Festival with rock buddies Kasabian.
"I prefer the V festival, Glastonbury is too big. You have to walk two miles to get anywhere," he said.
