John Travolta To Testify In Extortion Case In The Bahamas

Next week, John Travolta is scheduled to testify in person at the trial for the extortion plot made against his family. The incident is related to the untimely death of his son, Jett Travolta, while on vacation with his family in the Bahamas.

Paramedic, Tarino Lightbourn, former Bahamian senator, Pleasant Bridgewater are both looking at charges made against them for allegedly conspiring to coerce $25 million from the Travolta family.

Lightborn reponded to the 911 call placed after Jett had suffered a massive seizure and administered CPR. Additionally, he escorted the young man to the hospital in an ambulance.

Shortly after Bridgewater attempted to sell a "refuse to transport" document allegedly signed by the actor and provided to the senator by Lightborn, Travolta filed an extortion complaint.

    very sad indeed have not a child but i lost a close friend and the pain is unimaginable to make matters worse when pple extort money from you in the name of helping God have mercy to the Travolta family

    It's so sad that a parent who loses a child has to go through such things. I myself have lost two children and the pain was and still is, excruciating. This just proves how Greed has taken over the world. Where even a grieving celebrity parent can not deal with the pain of losing a child in peace and privacy without someone trying to take advantage of them. My thoughts and prayers are with the Travolta's family in this matter.
