Radha Mitchell has said that her new movie Surrogates asks philosophical questions to its audience.
The actress plays FBI agent Peters in the Jonathan Mostow-directed film, which revolves around humans communicating through remote-controlled robotic bodies.
She told Empire: "The film just does unabashedly ask you to participate in your own culture and figure out what it is you value. And are you going to be led by the agenda of the culture or are you gonna be led by your own agenda?
"That's sort of the journey of Bruce's [Willis] character Tom Greer. It asks what you want out of life and what are you doing to get it."
Surrogates is out now in UK and US cinemas.
