    So, what happened? With her sophisticated performance as a mortician's daughter, 10-year-old Anna was poised as one of the most promising new stars of the '90s (oh, the advantages of smooching Macaulay Culkin!) But after a teenagehood that included a My Girl sequel and other family-friendly films, Anna went to college in Chicago and worked office jobs in New York. Recently, there was a guest stint on TV's 30 Rock, and now she's picked up a series of her own: Eight Days a Week. Before it hits the tube for the 2007-2008 midseason, she's kept busy by filming humble titles such as Quid Pro Quo, My Sweet Misery and Eavesdrop.
