- Description: Our last signature, but probably the coolest, was Billy West. Billy West is the voice behind many cartoon characters, most notably from Futurama and Ren & Stimpy. Being a big Ren & Stimpy fan from back in the day, we had him sign a Ren & Stimpy photo, which he inscribed with "Happy Happy Joy Joy. Now how cool is that! He seemed to be in a good mood and asked me whether the show was still being aired on television. To which I instinctly replied, without knowing for sure, "Yes, it's on Nickelodeon late at night.
