After hearing some positive feedback from close people and not reading any critic reviews before watching, i started the film with optimism. It got going, and for a while i wasn't actually sure what was going on, but i like how it was explained bit by bit. Once i got an understanding of how people live their lives and what a surrogate was, i started to appreciate the story. I thought it was a pretty good plot and a nice change to the usual robot films. Dont get me wrong, its not original as many parts of the plot h ave been done before, its like a few films mashed together.

The effects are pretty decent and so i thought, was the acting. I didnt feel myself get too into the film but still, i enjoyed it.

Just dont expect too much from this film, like i did.

As a summery i pretty much liked it and towards the end i was emotionally into the film wanting them to get their revenge, the ending though could have been better, perhaps...

The rape scene was highly uncomfortable, as bad as it is saying it, it was well acted. And for that part i took half a star off my rating as i felt it wasn't necessary to be put into a film and it made no impact on the story either.

speilberg at his best!!! loved it from the beggining to end..its a movie that kept me on the edge of my seat all the time!! and the ending..if people knew the story and watched the orginal you would know that the ending steven did WAS BRILLIANT. So please stop all moaning about it
