wow i have just seen this 4 the 1st time n think that its ok this is nothing special 2 watch but id guess its ok....the special effects throughout the movie are pretty kewl...its just another straight 2 video/straight to dvd movie which never was released at the cinema...this is pretty boring most of the time n its unexiting but i think that part 2 of this is the best 1 out of all the sequels/follow-up's to this series...i think that they should have just left it as a trilogy of 3 but this 1 goes on way 2 long n its pretty boring...

Ultraman Tiga and Ultraman Dyna
by Gee StevenIf you like giant monster movies, you will like this. Ultraman Dyna is faced with the threat of the Monera, an alien race that has somehow possessed the Earth's greatest weapon. This movie is only barely feature length, and somehow manages to drag despite being that short, but the special effects and fights are fun.

Piranha Part Two: The Spawning (Piranha II: Flying Killers)
by Gee StevenPiranha II: The Spawning is a sequel to the 1978 classic Piranha directed by Joe Dante and produced by Roger Corman, the sequel was pretty good movie. The plot is a serious muddle. This movie packed with suspense, amazing special effects, and featuring a heroic performance by Lance Henriksen.

Hancock
by Vmedia Berkeley Ca. It's hard to make heads or tails of "Hancock." At times the movie seems like an overcooked cinematic concoction. At other times, it appears to be half-baked.
So, despite having a few "wow" moments, this is one of the more frustratingly inconsistent movies in recent memory.
Of course, that inconsistency might be more forgivable if the film were a low-budget "indie" instead of a big-budget summer spectacular. And it might not be so noticeable if the film didn't star Will Smith, a usually reliable performer.
His last really big commercial and critical dud was "Wild Wild West," nearly 10 years ago. Fortunately, this film isn't nearly that bad.
As played by Smith, the title character is super-strong, seems to be invulnerable and has the ability to fly.
And though he has used those powers to fight crime, he's also irresponsible and thoughtless, and his actions have caused considerable property damage. So he's very unpopular with the public.
So, it's no wonder the cast appears to be confused. Smith is a little tentative, as is Charlize Theron, who plays Ray's wife ? and is hiding a pretty big secret from him.
this won't be om screens long.. wait for DVD

The Dark Knight
by Vmedia Berkeley Ca. I saw a screening this past weekend .. and this is sure to make some fans pleased.
Heath Ledger's final performance is one to remember him by. Los Angeles-area critics got an early press screening Thursday night (luckies), and the best-supporting-actor campaign has already begun.
Batman Begins told audiences and film critics it is possible to root a comic book generated superhero in reality. Earlier this year Iron Man set out to do the same but lost its balance in the final act. The Dark Knight manages to exceed expectation with a villain so maniacal, his desire for destruction begins to make sense to the point you understand his desire for all out anarchy while you are cheering for the opposition in a war that basically boils down to one side against individual terrorism.
The sound track alone stands on its own as an amazing score.
In terms of comic book film adaptations this is the pinnacle. The argument saying this is the Godfather Part II of comic book movies would insinuate that Batman Begins is on equal terms with the original Godfather, which is far from true. However, if we could call this The Godfather of comic book movies I wait anxiously for what may/will become the film that caps off the trilogy.
A MUST SEE

Kung Fu Panda
by Gee StevenAwesome movie. DreamWorks Animation finally delivers highlight to the CGI animated universe. The story was great and the background was beautiful. The action sequences are breath-taking. Jack Black and Dustin Hoffman were downright excellent as the main characters.

Miu haan fook wood (Second Time Around)
by Gee StevenThis is a strange mix of genres that you do sometimes see a lot of in Hong Kong films. It's partly a romantic comedy, but also more serious than that as well. The end and beginning are fairly serious, the middle is extremely funny in spots, almost slapstick. This movie is entertaining enough to keep your interest with a nice mix of action, drama, romance, and a bit of science fiction.

The Killing Fields
by Gee StevenThe direction by Roland Joffé along with the Oscar-winning cinematography by Chris Menges bring the story to vivid life. There are a few times when the music distracts but, thankfully, those instances are the exception rather than the rule. The ending sequence, featuring John Lennon's "Imagine", is particularly touching though now bitterly ironic given Haing S. Ngor's murder a dozen years after this film. This is a compelling story of hope in the face of tyranny.

Penelope
by Gee StevenPenelope was a very good and cute movie all at the same time. The cinematography is good. The acting is spot on. The main problem with the film that it has too much in it. There are so many stories, though minor, but they are somehow left undone. But this film takes some interesting twists that I didn't see coming which takes it beyond the level of a kid's film or even your basic romantic comedy.

Wing Chun
by Gee StevenWing Chun surprises with its fast pace and excellent physical comedy. Fight scenes are also convincing. The entire setting is not very original, but amusing and that is what really counts. The bad guys are rather faceless, but not a big disappointment. The film isn't really a drama or action film, but rather a fast-paced slapstick. A fun experience and an admirable Kung Fu flick.

[Rec]
by vasilisOne of the best horror movies I've ever seen...............
It goes from a quiet, even boring documentary from a cheap local TV to an atmosphere full of tension and expectation. Truly a unique experience.
I suggest to watch it with the lights off, with a friend and in a small room.
PLEASE::: Do not take kids with you unless they are grown up enough to deal with horror movies or you are up to a few non-sleep nights full of tears and nightmares.Hey, you should really see this!

The Shining
by elliotThe Shining is a 1980 movie by Stanley Kubrick who i think should be one of the best directors in film history. the shining is based on Stephen King`s best selling novel. Easily one of the most original takes on horror of all time, there's no other film that has quite the look and feel of The Shining. this film was meant to be a horror film but i found this film more of a comdey. there was great acting by Jack Nicholson , danny lloyd and also shelley duvall. going back to what i was saying about this film being a comdey than horror which it was meant to be , this is what i mean , some of the parts in this film were scary because you see the gore and the 2 girls dead. but when jack got mad that is then i thought this film started to turn into a comdey. this has to be stanley kubbrick`s best film he has ever made and also Stephen King is one of my favourite book writers of all time.
