Harold and Maude - PG A very quirky black comedy, that has an either love it or hate quality to it.

The storyline could be a metaphor for any socially unacceptable relationship and if you find the deeper meaning to this film, then you will truly absorb the story.

Of course for me the icing on the cake was the Soundtrack featuring ing my favourite recording artist Cat Stevens.

Unusual and original.

Running Scared - R A great role for Paul Walker, showing that he?s not just a pretty face. A very naturally acted film, with a non-stop moving storyline.

A lot sure can happen in a day!

Effects all though quite simplistic, were effective.

Disney's A Christmas Carol - PG First off the CGI and details in this film are phenominal, the story tells the traditional Classic tale by Charles Dickens and is brought to life superbly by the likes of Jim Carrey, Gary Oldman and Bob Hoskins.

It?s definitely worth seeing this film in 3D if you get the chance, not quite enough popping out of the screen at you moments, but none-the-less a wonderful watch.

The rating for the film is PG, but would have to admit there are a few things there that may scare the really young a little.

The Score - R What Director Frank Oz has put together here are three generations of outstanding Talent.

A sophisticated Heist movie, character driven, with an exciting build up to the Criminal Mastermind Operation. Exciting, tense at times and genius work with the use of the character ?Brian?.

This film gets added to my favourite film endings list.

Sid & Nancy - R A little insight into the music star's volatile relationship with both his girlfriend and their drug addiction.

The film felt quite amateur in many parts throughout, yet Gary Oldman Certainly shone out above the rest.

It?s almost a cringeworthy voyeuristic look into the lifestyle and kind of makes it hard to sympathise with the couple in any way throughout.

Probably what it also showed was alittle less envolevemnt with The Sex Pistols than perhaps presumed it would.

I?m sure most of the dialogue and events shown in the film are down to speculation as no-one could possible know all of what went on between them.

Interesting chat with Director Alex Cox on the special Features who says the film that was going to be made was going to star Madonna and Rupert Everett in it and that he owed it to Punk to give it more of an authentic feel.

Also he admits to the ending being a bit more glamourised than events would have been realistically and that had they had showed the real events, the film may not have received it?s funding.

Revolutionary Road - R This one makes it to 4 stars based purely on the acting. It is a performance driven film as there isn?t so much as a storyline more about a fly on the wall watching of the ins and outs of a couple's relationship.

The content acting-wise was huge and I?m sure quite challenging to both main stars.

Reunited again, are Titanic stars, Winslet, Dicaprio and Bates.

Nothing like I had expected the film to be and yet an intriguing tale of love.

JFK - R My first viewing of this film and from others I am led to believe that even the details of the film are incorrect and almost a conspiracy in itself??

As possibly one of the biggest conspiracy theories in history, the film is big in terms of it?s star cast, it?s investigation, the content and script with some dialogue running for a fair while without breaking scenes, (in particular the scene with Donald Sutherland).

Good performances all around and made for intriguing viewing.

Chingoo (Friend) (Chingu) - Unrated I think this definitely has the potential for a higher rating, but I did get a little lost somewhere in the middle and is definitely a film that would benefit from multiple viewings. Enjoyed the characters and of course the friendship from young, watching them grow, it did get a little exciting far too late in my opinion, but was a well made film, enjoyable Gangster flick! Låt den Rätte Komma In (Let the Right One in) - R I have to admit I watched this film, knowing nothing about it at all and had I known it was a vampire film, perhaps I wouldn?t have watched it with the same enthusiasm, however this is the most naturally acted Vampire film that I?ve seen to date.

Two fantastic child leads and the storyline came across more like a genuine murder tale.

Slightly stretched out in parts, but most certainly worth the watch. The accompanying music is simply beautiful.

The Talented Mr. Ripley - R An enjoyable performance by Matt Damon and an unusual storyline of deceipt, fraud and Murder.

Envy and arrogance drive the storyline and cause events to spiral out of control.

Personally I feel more could have been made of the voice impersonations, but all the same was an enjoyable watch.
