Funny and entertaining, I loved the setting but the film could have been something more.

This is one of the best animation movies ever made, no doubt. The story, the characters, the situations...everything is great in this little masterpiece for all generations.

One of the sweetest, most romantic, saddest movies about love I've ever seen. And all without even a single kiss. Kitano is once again amazing.

A film about changing China, about the drama of everyday life, about love and desperation. An astonishing film by one of contemporary China's most promising directors.
