The Breakfast Club - R Spectacular! The best Brat Pack and teen movie from the Eighties. Virtually everyone can relate to one of the characters in this movie. If only all people were required to be isolated with others who are "different" than themselves, maybe the world could be a little better than it is. June 15, 2007

Stand by Me - R This movie that is very touching. I can never pin down exactly what about it is so to me, but it's one of my middle favorites. June 15, 2007

Mr. & Mrs. Smith - PG-13 Action, romance and comedy come together to make an entertaining movie - but some aspects are too unrealistic and remove the believability of the movie. Therefore, I have to drop 3 stars on this one. June 15, 2007

The Goonies - PG An Eighties classic that virtually no one can not love. The characters are so unique and varied, more so than most movies nowadays. Add in every kid's fantasy of treasure hunting that results in plenty of action and comedy and you have a defining film of the Eighties. This movie never gets old for me. June 15, 2007

Pirates of the Caribbean - The Curse of the Black Pearl - PG-13 A great swashbuckling action flick with plenty of comedy and memorable lines. It's slow enough to not overwhelm the senses, but fast enough to be an action flick. This is one of the best roles Johnny Depp has ever played. His pirate performance is great. It all comes together to be a very memorable movie that cannot be missed. June 15, 2007

Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest - PG-13 Much more action than the first, but still time for those memorable lines and comedy. Tia and Davy were great characters. June 15, 2007

Pirates of the Caribbean: At Worlds End - PG-13 I would've given this 5 stars, but there was so much action that there wasn't time for the witty lines that made the first and second so great. In my opinion, this one was too serious. But, at least I got to see my favorite, Barbosa, again! June 15, 2007
