The Deer Hunter - R One of the greatest war films of all time. By far the most heartbreaking film yet made about the Vietnam War's effects. A splendid flick that portrays how devastating & tragic the repercussions of war could be. An all-time memorable movie. Amazing scores by Robert De Niro, Christopher Walken & Meryl Streep.
An unforgettable movie in every way.

Hard Candy - R An uncanny psychological thriller of 2006 which is undeniably the rarest ever made. It's truly a mind blowing movie thanks to Ellen Page's slick performance. Patrick Wilson has also played his part flawlessly. You cannot take your eyes off the screen for a second and the acting is incredible.

The movie begins with a 14 yr old teenage girl who meets up an older man at a coffee shop (who she initially met in the internet) and subsequently insists to go to his place. Thereafter the situation that unfolds is absolutely harrowing with mesmerizing twists & turns.I've never seen a movie of man being tortured in the most gruesome way without any blood or gore. It's a movie where in very little is shown, but much is heard.

I wonder why there wasn't a single nomination for this great thriller of 2006. It's pretty clear that the critics had overlooked (as always) 1 of the greatest thrillers of all time.

Seven Pounds - PG-13 Will Smith & Rosario Dawson is flawless. He is flying high on a career which now has emerged to be proclaimed as one of the greatest actor of this century. Director Gabriele Muccino has pulled off a blinder.

It's a captivating movie about a IRS agent (Will Smith) who is seeking an overwhelming route to redemption.
His role was about a downright selfless man who's only agenda is to enrich the lives of 7 strangers. Not only is this movie about drama but it also depicts a fascinating love story of two lovely souls.
This is undoubtedly will smith's best role since the pursuit of happiness & he's given all he has wholeheartedly. His self sacrifice and endless love for others is truly touching & unforgettable. It delivers an unique message & it's that even at times of uncertainty & despair love can change everything forever.

Once again the critics have got it wrong. I'm pretty sure they have lost their minds or probably those maniacs dun have the time & patience to watch a beautiful heart revive the lives of others.

To Everyone out there, don't miss out on this brilliant art movie coz it's gonna touch the deepest of your souls.
