Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen
PG-13
Borderline 4.5/5 stars. I absolutely adored this film and have cravings to see it numerous more times. It may be a long movie, but I felt it needed more - some scenes were too short or just went too fast where others were too long. The story and action werent as intimate as the first one - this time on a far broader scale it lacked a little in the humanity that was so precious in the first film, but still a fantastic sequel.
Pearl Harbor
PG-13
The final chapters of this movie - the attack on Pearl Harbor in particular - though the events are horrific, what Michael Bay brought to screen is visually amazing. It is just unfortunate that the historical inaccuracy mixed with a fictional story caused this movie to flop - an emotional connection with this film was severely lacking.
Terminator Salvation
PG-13
After going in with such low expectations due to hearing so many bad reviews, I was quite surprised by how much I enjoyed this movie! What film did these critics watch? The action was fantastic and balanced well in such a dark story about the fight between humanity and machine. A couple of great nostalgic moments with the film paying homage towards the original Terminator movies. Awesome direction with a thorough storyline and screenplay - very much looking forward to the sequels!
Mission: Impossible III
PG-13
J.J. Abrams' fingerprints are very apparent with this movie - fantastic action throughout with a perfect balance of humanity which creates a fervent thriller. A definite favourite.

Serenity
PG-13
This film is my true favourite of all time; the story awesome and the script if pure magic; no one could ask for more. If it was possible to fall in love with a film, I would with this one!
3.
Iron Man (Ironman)
PG-13
This hugely enjoyable film kept to a decent place with truly fantastic performances from all the cast, not to mention an awesome script. I dont think I have ever been more hyped about another film and I was not disappointed.
4.
The Dark Knight
PG-13
A phenomenal movie from practically every aspect with Heath Ledgers performance being most certainly Oscar-worthy and Christian Bale once again, outstanding. I believed in Aaron Eckhart as Harvey Dent, but I did not believe in Maggie Gyllenhaal™ as Rachel Dawes; she unfortunately proved to be the weakest of the cast (a little reminiscent of Batman Begins, the change of actress didnt make much difference). Fantastic.
5.
Transformers
PG-13
The script: fantastic. The cast's performance: brilliant. The effects: utterly stunning. I really was blown away by this movie! My overall opinion: a masterpiece.
