My Favorite Movies

Can't say how I love this movie... First thing, this movie has been recommended to me since I'm looking for a movie with Son Ye-jin inside... And after what I saw for about 2 hours long, it was amazing!! Son Ye-jin satisfied me with her performance as Ji-hae and her mother Jo-hee... Yet, the performance by Cho Seung-woo and Jo In-seong was nice... And the most important thing is the story, it is flowing slowly but not boring.. Yet the ending they gave is the best! I couldn't hope more than that.. And the soundtrack is amazing too, love it!!

A great Korean movie about triangle love between teens!! The topic maybe just usual and ordinary, maybe people will watch this movie if they only get interested in teens movie or the actor was handsome or beautiful... But this movie is different. The story worked very very well for a teenager movie... The emotion gave in the movie was working... It just flow slowly through the story.. The music which pretty important to the story was pretty good.. They are easy listening and lovable... But two thumbs up should be given to the cast... Three brilliant young actors shows their quality here... Jang Geun-seok, Cha Ye-ryeon, and Jung Ee-cheol shows great acts in this movie... Their emotion really felt in this movie... The ending was sad and pretty shocking.. I think they just end up like a usual teens movie but this was different... Oh, I just love this movie!!!

I really really love this movie!!! The baby is so cute... Ooh, I just love him... Jang Geun-seok himself, he really shows that he is a talented young actor nowadays in the land of Korea, and this movie makes me wonder again about him... Kim Byeol is one of the cutest young actress in Korea I think, she really can know about making people laugh out loud, and that what happens to me while I was watching this movie, she is really funny!! The story just ordinary and light, but that was the point because this movie can be consumed by everybody, considered as a family movie... And then the directing style itself just great, the director really knows how to making a movie with the main actor is a baby... Overall, this one is my favorite movie, love it very much!!

Once was my favorite movie all the time... They got the perfect match, perfect story, and perfect ending too.... But even now this movie isn't my #1 favorite movie anymore, I still love to watch it again and again without being bored...

No wonder this movie becomes everybody's favorite since the first time this movie have been released... After I watching this movie, I already know why everybody likes it because I'm like it too... First, Danny Boyle make a great visionary of the directing style... A magnificent job I think... Then, the story made by Simon Beaufoy, that just one of the most brilliant story I've ever seen... Next is A.R. Rahman, he is making a great music for the movie, too great I think... Even I must admit that Boyle can make this movie in my country, Indonesia, because what I've seen in this movie India and Indonesia didn't have pretty much difference in the landscape... But the different is from the culture, I bet all of my money that if this movie was made in another country except India, this movie wouldn't be a huge success like this... And that why this movie won Oscar on both Score and Song because I think the movie really deserved it... Then, the performance from the actors were great, even for many of them this is the first feature film, but they don't look like a beginner to me, especially for Dev Patel who've been showed a great acting in here, a really promising India young actor in nowadays... Even the ending of the story was easily to guess, but how Boyle making that not very interesting ending become interesting is a magnificent job... I just can't say anything again about this movie, it's too great... It's another great movie that makes Academy Awards becomes familiar again with the audiences since Forrest Gump... Really love it!!!

Incredible! The most brilliant movie I've ever seen.... Nicole Kidman playing great in this movie... I'll love the endings that they made...

This is what I called a musical performance in a movie!! A very brilliant movie about music... I've been waiting pretty long to see this movie and it cost with this great and spectacular show that August Rush had... I love the music... They're great... The techniques while playing the movies, it just WOW... They're more than brilliant!!! And the song, they're great... Raise It Up, no wonder it got an Oscar nominee... And the last song conducted by August Rush, that way is more than brilliant!!! So great.... Stunning performance!! Even the ending of this movie maybe can have a little change, but it's OK... Having your parents for attending your first ever concert, especially when you never met them before, it's more than amazing... And the cast for this movie was great... Freddie Highmore, even his age didn't fit for August Rush, but his physics did that... And he was excellent choice I think... Keri Russell, just wondering how beautiful she was... And Jonathan Rhys Meyers, he's my favorite actor anyway... He's one of reason I want to see this movie so badly.... And Terrence Howard, he's still great... And the big surprise was Robbie Williams... He great, just great... Whatever character he been playing at, he's still great.... Love this movie very much!!!

Oh my God, this is a very memorable movie from Robert Zemeckis... A very very great movie to watch and have a great influence in our life of course... How an idiot man named Forrest Gump who only has an IQ 75 but he can do beyond his IQ... He is everyone's hero... Tom Hanks portraits great as Forrest Gump... He's act was very natural, love it... He deserved the Oscar he got... And Gary Sinise plays great too as Lieutenant Dan... He deserved the Oscar nomination he already got... But too bad the other two didn't get it... To me, Robin Wright plays very great in this movie... Her performance was great... And Sally Field, she was a very lovely mother... And the scened when Forrest's mother is dying, it makes me cry.... So sad after all... She was a great mother after all... She can stand with her son and she always said good things to her son... Very touching story... Memorable quotes like "Run, Forrest! Run!" or "Life is like a box of chocolate, you never know what you gonna get", I thought that was unforgettable ones.... One of the best movies ever made!!!

A very very great movie from Mel Gibson... He makes a very detailed story about the death of Jesus... Truthfully, I barely can't stand watching this movie because it is very inhuman... It looks like Mel Gibson wants to show us how cruel they persecute Jesus... Jim Caviezel portrays great as Jesus... He really really can stand with the persecution scene that Jesus ever have a long long time ago... And two thumbs up for the make up... They really have a very good and hard job for the make up of Jesus after being persecuted.. I really really can't say anything for this movie... It's just too sadistic, but great.. I even pretty sick with the persecution scene... But it is a really really great and must watched movie... Better watched it in the Good Friday... It's more than heartbreaking... It's just great and very excellence portrait about the death of Jesus....

One of the best movie ever made!

Heartbreaking!!! One of the greatest thriller I've ever seen!!! Haley Joel Osment and Bruce Willis were great!!! No wonder this film had talked M. Night Shyamalan's best movie. The twist ending, they were great... This movie was totally freakin' me out, especially when Cole saw a dead people...

Clearly brilliant! I love the character that Matt Damon plays...

The best Matrix movie... They got the perfect story and brilliant cast.... Keanu looks awesome in this movie...

A great end of the trilogy!!! This was the best Pirates of Caribbean movie... And that can be the best pirates movies.... Even the story a little confusing, but the effects... It was stunning me... I really don't have a word for it... It was too cool, too great, too amazing to tell.... And the last battle was great... Even not all the pirates goes for battle, but the whirlpool thing is a great thing... And the actor/tress showed an improvement in their acting... Not only Johnny Depp was great but now Keira Knightley showed why she once become an Oscar nominee.... And the other cast were great too... A very entertaining movie!!!

Jay Chou proves that he is not only a great singer and songwriter, but also a great actor, scriptwriter, and director. This movie is great... The soundtrack made by Jay Chou made the movie great... Love this movie...

One of the most beautiful movies I've ever seen! Sam Mendes gives us a great movies... I love the story that the writer made... For me, it's just an incredible story... I love the character of Kevin Spacey and Anette Bening played... They're just a perfect match... 5 Academy Awards winner describes to us too that this movie was really 'beautiful'. You can get somethin' when you watch this movie.. I think the cast are brilliant, the directing was great... and of course, the story was the best!!

A masterpiece from Roman Polanski... Adrien Brody plays great too!

Another great job from Sam Mendes. He gives us another great movie after American Beauty. Both Tom Hanks & Tyler Hoechlin were great as Michael Sullivan. Paul Newman & Jude Law were great too for supporting them in this movie. Oscar's Best Picture should given to this movie I think, with all the qualities from this movie. A great gangster movie!!!

W O W ! This movie is completely amazed me! I love the story that they made with the great character picks too... So bad one of them must die first...

This film is my first documentary film I've watched... And my feeling is how great this documentary was... Dixie Chicks to go from hero to zero only with a one second word... It's hard if I had to have a hard time like they had... And for Natalie, the lead singer, she's great... And of course the single 'Not Ready To Make Nice' get them back on the track... A great comeback for them with 5 Grammy this year, nothing would be nicer than that... And of course, this movie is 'nice' too...

I just can say one word after watching this movie : Magnificent!!! Terrific!!! It's the most brilliant, enjoyable, fun, entertaining, and powerful animation movie... Even the conversation in this movie was very little, but it still enjoyable to be watched... Especially Wall-E itself, I don't know should call it smart or fool, but I just can say that it is ridiculous and funny... The story of this movie was really really simple, but how to turn it into a wonderful story is a terrific job... The animation in this movie was brilliant, never seen an animation movie draws the earth so clearly like this movie... Yet, the theme Global Warming showed by this movie was great, it perfect for kids so they can know and learn how to stop it before the earth become like what it's draw in this movie? The love story itself even looks like ridiculous, but it is the one who make this movie so funny? So far, I can say that Wall-E is the best Disney Pixar movie?

This year's best animated summer movies!!! And this one's is Disney's Pixar best too... The story, like the other Pixar movie, is very original... Brad Bird shows again his class after his great animation 'The Incredibles'. And the animation stills great... I feel Paris in this movie just like the real Paris... So beautiful.... Hopes an Oscar for this movie...

It was an absolutely brilliant movie!!! Dustin Hoffman is really a great talented actor... I just thinking is he really has an autistic or not... His performance was so heartbreaking... He was really really great... Really really worth for an Oscar winning.... And Tom Cruise gave his best performance too... He was great... Too bad he didn't get an Oscar nominee at all... For me, his performance was great... And how Charlie Babbitt build his relationship with Raymond, it was absolutely amazing... I was loved it... Too bad the ending didn't reach the climactic... But it was really great movie.. Love the story... It was a great story... A worth Oscar winning... Just amazing!!!

Now I know the reason why this movie is an Oscar grand-slam winner (Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Screenplay)... Jonathan Demme is making a great thrilling movie, my heart really beats faster while watching this movie... The story itself was simple, but great yet shocking... Anthony Hopkins really shows his charisma in this movie, a perfect cast as Dr. Hannibal Lecter... But still, I still don't agree with AMPAS decision to give him an Oscar Best Actor awards because of his short but impressive performance... Jodie Foster herself gave a pretty good performance, but in nowadays, I think it doesn't strong enough to win an Oscar, but she is surely a talented young actress that day... Overall, a great movie with great story and great cast... I really need to watch it again sometimes because of there's so many difficult words in this movie that I didn't understand before...

A very dramatic movie from Clint Eastwood, he did a very great job on this movie.. The battle between Japan and America in the island named Iwo Jima was great.. It's great to see that Eastwood didn't make a single movie for the battle of Iwo Jima, but he make two movies... Flags of Our Fathers from the American sides, and this movie, Letters From Iwo Jima, from the Japanese sides.... I don't know if this movie based on a true story or not, but at least it was a great one... Knowing how great the spirit of the Japanese people that they want to fight until they die, but the spirit isn't just the tactic to win... You need a strategy too, but in this movie the Japanese people were imagined as a bunch of brave people without brains, just spirit until they die... But i don't know if that's all true, because the one who make this movie is an American right?? But one thing for sure that if it's true that the letters written by the soldiers who are fighting in Iwo Jima aren't make even a single one to their family, that was a non humanity... They just don't know anything about this war, and they just want to go home to go back to their family, the one they should belong to.. I think it's just unfair on them.. Ken Watanabe did a great job in this movie, but I think he's too far to go for the Oscar... But the movie surely can make it, it's a great movie anyway.. I wonder if Flags Of Our Fathers was better than this movie..... For me, this movie should won Best Picture... But maybe the Academy wants to repay something wrong that they made before... Making Million Dollar Baby won Best Picture and beat The Aviator, that's insane! Not even a chance!!

Wow... this movie really blows me up... A great remake from Scorsese!! Even the story is confusing in the first, but it became more and more entertained when it goes by especially the ending... Two thumbs up for William Monahan for working in the script... I hope he got his Oscar this year.. And for incredible cast : Matt Damon, Leonardo DiCaprio, Jack Nicholson, Mark Wahlberg, Vera Farmiga, Alec Baldwin, Martin Sheen, & Anthony Anderson... Just one word : all of you were Great!!!!!!!

Definitely a great movie to watch for!!! Blood Diamond gave us a full packed action with a great adventure of 'Blood Diamond' hunting... Unxpectedly, the cast in this movie gave us a great performance... Especially for Djimon Hounsou, he's fantastic... DiCaprio were great too... He deserved Oscar nominee for this (even the performance in The Departed was better). Last word, this movie is so cool & ROCKS!!!

Leonardo DiCaprio is a brilliant actor!

A big thumbs up for Clint Eastwood for his brilliant work in this movie... Changeling is a movie that you'll gonna like it, just like Slumdog Millionaire, but in an old fashioned style and more drama inside... The tagline 'Based on the true story' really makes me questioning myself a lot, do they really happen in the past?? Or it's just Clint Eastwood the genius who can make a movie this good... But whatever it is, I like it... The story was great, the movie was genius, too bad they didn't get an Oscar nominee for Best Picture or Best Director... Maybe The A.M.P.A.S. already have their new favorite director... The cast did a great job too, just a little disappointed in Angelina Jolie's performance in this movie... Her performance was great, but I think it's a little too similar like her Oscar winning performance in Girl, Interrupted when she played a mad woman... Besides that little disturbing fact, I should give a big thumbs up for Eastwood and this movie...

I wouldn't thought that this movie could end up so interesting like this before... For about 2 hours, I've been given a great movie about affair and courtesy... Usually, movie about politics didn't interest me best, so does with an affair movie... But Stephen Daldry has done a very great job in this movie, especially for adaptation and for the original novel... Kate Winslet gave out her best performance in this movie, she really deserved an Oscar which she already won... While it still bothered me knowing that before the Oscar, Kate only won in the other Awards as Best Supporting Actress, which is I think was totally wrong!! C'mon, she's the leading lady in here!! Her emotions shows, and when she totally naked or she dress up like an old woman, it just shows how powerful acting she really had in this movie... But a slightly disappointing knowing that David Kross didn't get any reward for his role in this movie, which is I think was better than the one that showed by Dev Patel in Slumdog Millionaire... Ralph Fiennes himself just didn't make a lot of appearance... His performance was a decent, guessing that maybe he got the role in this movie because he played in Schindler's List who talks about Nazi... Overall, it's a great and beautiful story, outstanding performance from Kate Winslet and David Kross, great directing from Stephen Daldry, and of course an Oscar's Best Picture nominee!!!

Two thumbs up for Guillermo Arriaga who works for the screenplay... How he can make an ordinary story to an extraordinary story... And for the director, Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu, he's fantastic... Besides the great directing he gave to us, he presents us too the great cast like Brad Pitt, Cate Blanchett, Adriana Barraza, and Rinko Kikuchi... No wonder this movie has won Golden Globe for Best Drama...

A very beautiful story about young man who wants to seek the meaning of happiness by taking adventure into the wild. It's very touching and heartbreaking. I can't even believe this movie is based on a true story. Emile Hirsch plays great as Christopher John McCandless, which is for me a big improvement for the actor. He should get an award nominee after all what he been through in this movie. Especially when he goes more skinny and skinny, it's just WOW... I can't believe he really wants to do that... It's the toughest part of the movie.... The other cast did a very great job too... Marcia Gay Harden, William Hurt, Kristen Stewart, Catherine Keener, Vince Vaughn, and Brian Dierker, but the star is Hal Holbrook. His performance is very nature who portrays an old men who already lives alone for a very long time. And the part when he knows that Christopher is going to leave him, and then he wants Christopher to be his adopt son, oh my God it almost makes me cry... Very very touching and tear jerking... He really deserves an Oscar nomination at all... And for the director, Sean Penn, i just can't believe this movie was him. He did a very great job in this movie. The other great thing of this movie is the places where the movie filmed... They're beautiful... Especially in Alaska, you're really thought than you're in the real wild... I have to admit that the first hour of this movie is pretty boring... I even want to sleep... But when Christopher met again Rainey and Jan and then he met Tracy, the story becomes more interesting... And the last one hour of the movie is heart winning... I love the last chapter of this movie... Just love this movie... Great movie by Sean Penn!

I can't imagine the words for this movie... Actually it wasn't as good as Golden Globes gives this movie Best Picture for Drama, but I think I loved this movie... Better than Pride and Prejudice... I just loved the Briony Tallis character... I think Saoirse Ronan was brilliant for playing this character... Romola Garai and Vanessa Redgrave was great too filming Briony in other ages... Keira Knightley and James McAvoy did a pretty good job... Maybe they deserved the Golden Globe nomination, but not an Oscar for me... To me, Saoirse should win the Oscar... She's way too great... And the original score by Dario Marianelli was great... I can't even think that he could end up with the brilliant idea for the score... That ones deserves Oscar... Last word, pretty good movie to watch... Love the Briony character....

A great movie from Soderbergh!!! It's unpleasing to saw that this movie is based on a true story... Julia Roberts plays a great role of Erin Brokovich... She's look ugly but very smart... No wonder she got her Oscar in this movie... Best movie of 2000

The most inspirational story ever made!!! Russell Crowe is great as Jim Braddock, the hero of America... It's another great job from Ron Howard and Russell Crowe... Renee Zellweger and Paul Giamatti were great too... But actually, I've read the book before and the book which was based on the screenplay much better than the movie because the editing of this movie isn't good at all.... But at last Jim Braddock is the real hero, the one and only "Cinderella Man" for American people!!!

One of the best European film of all time!!! Guiseppe Tornatore makes a great, really great movie about friendship and everlasting love... Two big thumbs up too for the cast, especially for Salvatore Cascio as Salvatore Di Vita-child and Philippe Noiret as Alfredo... They're special friend relationship really makes me wanna cry, it's beautiful... And a thumbs up for Agnese Nano for playing the beautiful Elena in this movie, she's the perfect cast for this movie... Overall, I can considered it as one of the best European film of all time I've ever seen... But, too bad they had a pretty long duration, almost 3 hours, which is can make everyone who watching it could sleep in the middle of the movie.. But that thing didn't happened to me, because I really enjoyed this movie... And a great decision for the Academy Awards by giving this movie Best Foreign Language Film winner..

Great novel from Stephen King, great adaptation by Frank Darabont... The first thing I hear about this movie was this movie about 3 hours long... So maybe I kinda a little lazy to watch it.. But what I saw after about 3 hours long was a great experience... Frank Darabont makes a great movie about humanity, the life of human... The emotion showed very very well in this movie.. I just felt like I can feel what happens in that movie... Actually, I think Tom Hanks didn't play well in this movie... His performance was good, but not outstanding like in Forrest Gump where he got an Oscar for that.... Great performance come from the other cast... I just said that this movie had a brilliant cast... They're all played beautifully... Great movie by Frank Darabont...

Really really brilliant.. A great movie from David Fincher... The story is very dark, yet shocking to the end... Edward Norton, Brad Pitt, and Helena Bonham Carter really gave their best performance in this movie... I really can't say a word, too great, too brilliant...

I'm very shocked knowing that Roland Emmerich is directed this movie... Knowing the reputation of Emmerich which is more directing for the movie with great special effects, directed this movie, just great... Maybe it's not outstanding as another Mel Gibson movie that similar to this movie, Braveheart, but it's still great... I don't know and don't really care if this movie really based on a true history of the U.S.A. but it's still great... Mel Gibson, Heath Ledger, Chris Cooper, and many other great cast in this movie about war... It's great and emotional, the war thing is very cruel and so tragic... I don't like the ending too much, but the whole movie itself were great, a nice movie from Emmerich!

One of my fave movies... Leonardo DiCaprio is a very smart boy....

One of the best movie of the year!!! Felicity is the most brilliant actress I've ever seen... I can't imagine before how she can changed from a desperate housewive into a transexual man... The score in here is great too... I love country music... But why they not put song "Travellin' Thru" from Dolly Parton in this movie??? I'm very very very love that song!!! But, even that.. I still said this is a great movie.... Two thumbs up for Felicity, Zegers, and Tucker of course!!!

I just gonna say WOW for this movie... A beautiful portrait of broken family from Chris Columbus... It's just great... The cast... They were brilliant... Especially Susan Sarandon, she's portrait like a true mother who got a cancer.. So sad... Almost makes me cry... Julia Roberts shows great act too and so does Ed Harris... But they two just like a 'beginner' in front of Susan Sarandon... She's the central attention for this movie... And the two kids, played brilliantly by Jena Malone and Liam Aiken... They two shows a nature act like a kid in the broken home condition... They're shows that they have futures in Hollywood... A great movie with great cast... I just loved it the first time I see it...

One of the most great story of the year.... And the actor did a great job... Will Smith, even I hated him but I loved his performance in this movie... And i just hope he wins the Oscar for his role in this movie... Jaden Smith, he can shine like his father... he was great... No wonder this movie get a great box office results...

A great movie with brilliant cast, brilliant cinematography, with just an ordinary story. It's a very great thing to see how Wong Kar Wai had a great idea making a movie like this... The movie itself walk slowly with showing the great emotion that the cast gave to... To me, Norah Jones making a very good debut... She got the character she played, got the emotion well, with of course great song from her... I love 'The Story', it's even better than old song from Norah Jones like 'Come Away With Me' or 'Don't Know Why', it's just flow slowly with a great emotion in the movie.... And the other cast just do great job too... David Strathairn shows his quality, it just felt like I can capture his sorrow... His loneliness... His addictness to his wife, but his wife doesn't want him anymore... It's just perfect... And Rachel Weisz, she really an Oscar lady... Her act was very emotional... Especially after Arnie's death... And of course, she still sexy... Natalie Portman, can't gave any comments on her... That's her speciality for playing such a 'bad girl' like when she got the Oscar nominee in 'Closer', but I think her performance in this movie was better... Her emotion shows, and she still stunning with her looks... And last, Jude Law... I don't have any comment on him... To me, Jude Law stills great... He still have his accent, one of the best I ever heard... Well maybe that's why he's one of my favorite actor... Great movie from Wong Kar Wai!!!

I wouldn't know that this movie would be so interesting like this... The story from the beginning looks simple, two woman who been rivals for each other trying to kill each other but they didn't know that they already drink a potion for live forever... Meryl Streep played brilliantly in this movie I think, at least she showed her charisma as Oscar winning lady in here... Same as Goldie Hawn, she doing great too in this movie.. Bruce Willis himself just looking like he's not Bruce Willis, because I can't recognize him... The make up team and the special effects in this movie were great... First that they can make three players in there looks young and old so easily... Then the effects when they got dead, it just brilliant... I must admit that Robert Zemeckis did another brilliant job for making me laugh in this movie, just a little disappointed that the story is a little predictable in here...

A heart winning family movie!!! The story which still original and new for me, that was awesome!!! How can they make an ordinary family into an 'extraordinary' family with so many things they should faced on the journey... And for the awards session, I'm glad that Alan Arkin won Oscar even he just played a little bit part in this movie, but I thought he still awesome... The most notable star should be Abigail Breslin... She deserves an award, and she should get the Oscar too... Last word : COOL!!!

A winning Oscar performance from Ellen Page, she's a heart-winning and lovable actress... The story was good, about teenagers facing the problem when they're young, having sex, and then got pregnant... But the story was different i think... Never i saw a story of young teenagers got pregnant but storied like this movie... It much better than 'Riding In Cars With Boys' who have a same problem... And what i love from this movie is the characters... They're all have a winning performances.. Started from Jennifer Garner, i can't imagine she can played a role like she did on this movie... And then Michael Cera, he's funny and ready to famous... Allison Janney, who's winning with her different step mom characters... J.K. Simmons who's a great and funny dad... I love their performances... This year's Little Miss Sunshine but i can't judge who is better... For me, if it's the story then Little Miss Sunshine is better.. But if I looked in the cast and how they act in this movie, then I would say Juno is much better even this two movie have so many cast... A worth Oscar winning story and a really worth movie to watch!

It's a very unpleasant movie, because of what? Because this movie based on a true events that goin' more greater and greater in this world where we live on... It is very scary to watch that the effects of Global Warming can make the earth no longer place to live on, then where would we live in the future??? Al Gore narrated this movie brilliantly I think, at least all that he did for all of these years got repays with this movie, and of course an Oscar for Best Documentary movie.... And it's sad to know that this movie is made by some American people to warn the people of American about how dangerous what they did now to our world... The world where we live on... I hope this movie can 'wake' the people who are still closed their eyes to know about our world... The song 'I Need To Wake Up' was perfectly fit for this movie... And no wonder it got an Oscar too for Best Original Song.... And last, very recommended to young people.. Because this movie shows what will happen to our world if we didn't change it... This is the world where we are living on in the future.... Don't let your parents destroy it!!!

Even I'm not Michael Jackson's fans, but I do appreciate his work and of course I appreciate him by watching this movie... And I must say that this movie is Magnificent..!!! I can't imagine how hard Michael practice for his last-but-never-happened concert... He really wants to be involved in every segment, from choosing the backstage dancer, setting the right tune, and making the videos... And the other thing that amazed me is the camera video used to take this movie, even it is for Michael's private collection but the picture was very clear... It is like it was planned to be released on a movie... And for Michael's himself, his dance and his voice leaves me petrified on my seat while watching this movie... Really amazing... I just don't have another higher praise for him... The weak point of this movie is just this movie only a set of Michael Jackson's song that want to be performed in his last-but-never-happened concert, so people may be bored while watching it... And I do feel it when it comes to the song 'Beat It'... But overall, it's really worth to watch... A documentary movie that gave us memory of the King Of Pop, and of course a movie to show our appreciation to him... Goodbye Michael, may you rest well in Heaven... God Bless U...

I just can say WOW... This is the coolest, smartest, and best Batman movie ever!!!! Christopher Nolan's directing style was absolutely brilliant... Yet, he can make this multi character movie turns into a great movie... From the Batman himself, Christian Bale, he's been great here... He improved his acting a lot since his first stealing attention performance in American Psycho... Especially for his voice, with a heavy voice like that, Batman looks more humanity.... Then Aaron Eckhart as Harvey Dent or Two-Face, he's been great playing them... Too bad Two-Face appearance in this movie just a little, if he's come out more faster, this movie could be so much more interesting... Maggie Gyllenhaal shows that she isn't a sweetener for this movie.. Her performance was much much better than Katie Holmes did in 'Batman Begins'.. The senior actors were doing brilliant job too, they just looks like that they don't want to lose by their youngsters... Michael Caine, Gary Oldman, and Michael Caine, all of them shows the charisma they got... But I must admit that the stars of this movie is definitely Heath Ledger... He creates a new version of Joker, which is in this movie is very scary for me... His performances was one of the best villain performances I've ever seen... Very brilliant!!! From his face, his voice, his laugh, all of them just looks scary enough for me... Maybe Heath Ledger deserved an Oscar nominee in this movie for his strong performance as a psychopath killer named Joker... The score, they were great too... Too bad they play it in low volume so it just can be heard only a little part of it... The special effects in this movie were amazing too... They great, really great... I don't know is this movie can become the 'black horse' in next year Academy Awards? Or it will be the highest grossing movie ever in the U.S. history??? After all, I must admit that this is a very great, yet brilliant movie... It is not a money mistaken if you watch this movie more than one in theaters because this movie really deserved it...

Beautiful and a winning family movie I think... John Grogan makes a great book about himself, yet David Frankel makes a great movie about that great book, no wonder this movie becomes a big hit in Box Office Chart with a magnificent dollars they got... Owen Wilson and Jennifer Aniston makes a great couple in this movie, their chemistry was okay, but the most important thing is their chemistry with Marley the dog, because this is his movie, not their... I must say I'm impressed with Owen Wilson performance in this movie, especially his chemistry with the dog, he's a perfect cast for this movie... Overall, two big thumbs up for David Frankel for the movie, and John Grogan for the magnificent book...

Well, I must admit that this is definitely the movie for making girls going crazy... I don't know if it's the Robert Pattinson factor or they really like the story from the book... But what I saw for almost 2 hours is an interesting movie to watch for me... Stephen Meyer really makes a great story to be read, yet Catherine Hardwicke makes a very interesting movie and great imagination from the novel... Choosing Kirsten Stewart as Isabella Swan was a good cast I think... Her act wasn't bad, yet she's lovely... And for Robert Pattinson as Edward Cullen, even I must admit that his act were declining than his performance in Harry Potter 4, but still he is a great yet perfect cast for this movie, because of him, girls won't mind if they should spend a lot of money in theaters just to watch him in this movie because his style was great, yet he was cool... Good movie, even it just an usual drama, but at least I enjoyed it...

Well, this movie actually my most wanted watched movies for this summer... But after what I see in about more than 2 hours is just another different story from the book... I know that Andrew Adamson might change the story but not all good... The battle becomes too many, so it just not titled for kids... And the love story between Susan and Caspian, that's a little ridiculous... Maybe some changes were good, but some are just felt like it was unnecessary... If that part doesn't exist, so it won't affect the story... A little too dramatic I guess.. But two big thumbs up for the visual effects... Until now it is the front runners for Oscar Best Visual Effects... So natural and amazing... Just hoped that the third movie will do a lot better than this because even I like it, it is because of the story from the book plus the great effects they have... I think the first movie was better, but don't know why I still gave more great rating to this movie....

A really great visionary from director Guillermo Del Toro since Pan's Labyrinth... Hellboy II can be clearly said better than the first one... Ron Perlman and Doug Jones really gave a strong performance as Hellboy and Abe Sapien, while Selma Blair moved up to the next level to not become a sweetener again to this movie... Creatures and monsters created in this movie were totally awesome, they scary but great... Even there so many unreasonable things in this movie, but this superhero movie awesome me a lot... Combining the saving human thing with a little humor in that, were totally awesome, which is make the watchers won't get bored even they got too many action scenes.. And, an unpredictable ending I think... Makes me questioning a lot, are Guillermo plans the third movie for this??? I hope the answer is yes because I even more like Hellboy now, he's awesome...

Definitely more cool than the first one!! The dance thing showed in this movie were absolutely brilliant... Really loves it... Briana Evigan and Robert Hoffman made a pretty good combination for the dance here, just see how they move not how the act... Since the beginning of the movie, this movie already amazed me... The dance in the train, then battle between Channing Tatum and Briana Evigan, until the last performance in the middle of the rain, it just really really amazed me a lot... I wonder how they could dance like that and the idea to dance under the rain were absolutely brilliant... The music here really cool... It's all makes you want to shake your body... And the sound mixing and sound editing were great I think for a movie like this... The dance rhythm and the music were blend perfectly so it is enjoyable to watch... A great dance movie, really great... Can't wait to see the third movie...

A great Asian movie about mixing Kungfu and Basketball... This movie was so cool... Jay Chou shows again his great acting... He is really the brightest young actor in the Asia right now... The basketball play was pretty cool.. They have great impossible move... Love that... And the story, it's funny.... The song, Jay Chou is really a talented one... And the effects when Shi-Jie freezing time, it's so damn cool... Really needed to watch it again because the subtitle wasn't right...

A very great movie about King Kong... It was a brilliant movie... Even the King Kong itself looks like a toy, but it still scary... And forgot about the other non-logical thing in this movie because this movie had a good answer for how they brought Kong to New York with a very big ship... And the ending, it's very very scary... How Kong been shoot until he's hurt and bleeding, it is very very not humanity behavior even he's just a big ugly giant monkey... And Jessica Lange gave a great and sexy performance... She's really really pretty and beautiful enough to defeat the wildness of Kong.. Another great Beauty killed the Beast story... Even Peter Jackson's version stills my favorite, but this version was great too... They great in how they take Kong to New York or how Kong been killed... Great classic movie!!!

This year's most selling summer movie!!! A great story with a thrilling and a great effects from Michael Bay. After failed with The Island now he proved that he is one of best directors this time... Shia LaBeouf and Megan Fox plays a great teenagers couple... Well, but they cannot defeat the robots.... They're waited by their fans for 20 years and they're back and everyone still likes them I guess...

What a very great expectating movie this summer! The first 30 minutes was kinda boring and confusing. But after Jack Sparrow landed in Canibal Island, the movie get interesting to watch... Johnny Depp once again shows us his best performance... Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightley were great too... I really can't wait for the final chapter of this movie next year!!!

I've got to say that this is the best Batman movie from the 4 Batman movie I'd already watch : Batman Returns, Batman & Robin, and Batman Begins. The cast did a great job and the proportional for the stars were great... Val Kilmer as Batman, Tommy Lee Jones as Two-Face, Jim Carrey as The Riddler, the lovely Nicole Kidman as Dr. Chase Meridian, and the newcomers Chris O'Donnell as Robin. Val Kilmer himself just did a pretty good job as Bruce Wayne or Batman but I still thinking that he didn't have the charisma for being a Batman... Maybe he has the bad boy charisma, but not good enough for being a Batman... Tommy Lee Jones just do well as Harvey Dent or Two-Face, but two thumbs up should be given to Jim Carrey who great as The Riddler... Nicole Kidman really proves that she is the sweetener in this movie, really sweet and tough lady.... Chris O'Donnell himself really proves that he is deserved for the role Robin, he's great... And he's more stealing the attention in this movie than Val Kilmer as Batman... A really great movie...

Definitely still great movie to watch... It's better than the first one, but still the original one is the best... More great adventure, more great story and of course a great adrenalin rise... Having Hellen Mirren in this movie is having a positive effect... Her acting with Jon Voight looks great... Love it!

The best HP movie ever!!!!

Great fantasy... Another great Harry Potter story... Even the fourth movie still the best from all of the Harry Potter movie (i thought), but this one not bad at all... Just lucky i didn't read the novel because it was a dissapointing to know that the movie was different from the novel... The cast did a great job. And trio Radcliffe, Watson, and Grint surely can do a lot in the future if they can release themselves from the Harry Potter shadow. They're great...

The story of a great vampire killer, Van Helsing is an entertaining and pump-your-adrenaline movie... Choosing Hugh Jackman for this role is a perfect choice.. And having Kate Beckinsale as the main actress was pretty good too.. She's is the real vampire killer lady... The story was pretty good, yet the effects was brilliant.. A must watched movie!

A great historic battle that well-remaked by Zack Snyder... But thanks all to Frank Miller who's behind this movie... He's great for re-writen this historic battle into a great comic book before it's being filmed... The battle is great, even I didn't like a war movie... And for the graphic, it's Outstanding!!! No wonder this movie becomes box office in it's second week even there's no stars workin' behind this film project...

Another great movie in the year 2008... so far 2 movies watched, and both of them were great... 10,000 B.C. can't be compared to 300 because the story was different... Both has a simple story, save the city and save the woman. But both of them has a great visual effects.... Roland Emmerich did impress me again in this movie after Independence Day, Godzilla, and The Day After Tomorrow.... The four of them has a very very great visual effects... Forget about the other unreasonable thing in this movie like how can they already used English in that time?? And how can they have horses, armors, ship, and others thing but just look for the great visual effects this movie has... How they make the battle, the animals, the costumes, make up... It was great... Worth to watch! An entertaining one!

Well...one of the most brilliant movie I've ever seen!!! The story that the writer made...just great... Even i'm not reading the book, but the movie itself already great... even there's too many scenes that far from the humanity, but that was OK... the cast of the actor/tress just great... They played very great.... and an outstanding performance from Ben Whishaw.... I just get scary even just looking his face....

Well, before I saw this movie, my friends already told me that the movie version got a pretty big difference with the book, and that makes me a little disappointed, but my heart has no hesitation on it because I know Ron Howard was behind it... And what I saw after about 2 hours, I only have one word : "Magnificent!"... It is true that they have a pretty big difference from the novel, but for me who already read the novel for a couple times, I didn't annoyed with that... At least they still have the thrilling section and the twist they made is perfectly nice for the ending of this movie... Tom Hanks look more better in this movie that in Da Vinci Code, at least he had a haircut... Ayelet Zurer as Vittoria Vetra was ok, same as Ewan McGregor as Camerlengo who I doubt before... Overall, the movie's great, the story write with Dan Brown is brilliant, even they had a pretty big difference with the novel, but I'm ok with that... And the effects, it was stunning... If I haven't read the novel before, this movie could have a higher score and line up for my top 6 favorite movies of all time, but that already happened and I can't change that so this is the highest score I can give to a movie who was based on my favorite novel...

The first 2008 movies I've seen... For me, it's great to start 2008 with a movie like this... Even i don't like Mr. & Mrs. Smith but i enjoyed this one... The story was kinda original i think... Choosing Hayden Christensen for the main role of this movie is a perfect choice... His act wasn't that bad at all, yet to me his performance was cool... And choosing Jamie 'Billy Elliott' Bell to support Hayden is great choice... Samuel L. Jackson makes a perfect cast for this movie... But Rachel Bilson is the weaker point of this movie, just like Katie Holmes in Batman Begins... To me, she's a bad cast.... Last word, this movie is so cool and entertaining! A really worth movie to watch...

What a very touching story from Chris Columbus... He's the master for creating a great family movie... Robin Williams shows pretty good acting here, even from his sound I know that he's hard trying to be a robot... And the ending, it really really makes me cry... That one is one of the best movie ending I've ever seen, the touching one... Now Chris Columbus movies becomes my favorite... I really really wanted to see this movie again...

Great movie!!

This is a real piece work of art about cooking.. A great cooking battle in a movie... Love the story, and even there are many flashbacks on this movie but it's ok... At least the ending makes everyone happy... (Except for Chief OH, he's very evil... glad that he lose..) The preparing for the dish and the creating of food draws very well in this movie.. Like how Chief OH got disqualified in the last round because his cow was sick, they tell us before how the cow can get sick... A lot lot entertaining... Love the cooks... Makes me hungry to see it...

I never thought that this movie would be so much fun like this... A great combination between action and comedy! Joong-Hoon Park and Tae-hyun Cha gave great performance as a brothers... They're great... And Eun-jeong Han very lovely in this movie, yet she'll get famous because of Kang Hae Won role in TV's Full House... Not original but lovely ones.. I'm pretty sure they had a lot laugh while making this movie, because I had!

Well, I don't know what I should say on this movie, but I just can't give this movie a perfect score... To be honest, it is the second worst Pixar movie in the era 2000s after Cars... It is great, the story is very original, which is I thought would be a wrong decision if this movie hasn't got an Oscar nominee for Best Original Screenplay... But this movie is having too many nonsense thing... The idea flying up the house with a balloon maybe is a great idea, but to carried it with your shoulder, especially you're an old, very old man, is a nonsense thing... Even with a help from thousands of balloon and a kid... But I must say Pixar is did it again, another hit with an original story and a great visual effects... Well, if you don't disturbed with all the nonsense thing, you will be surprised because you will like it...

The Best Shrek movie ever!!! The story was very funny... And the adding of Disney character makes the story much more interesting to watch... But this movie gave a lot of message for us... Like Artie, he's a loser but he was a great talker.... And a big thumbs up for the cast who lend their voices... They did a very great job.. Especially Eddie Murphy, and I didn't expect Justin can sound like that...

An original comedy about christmas.... The scriptwriter did a great job... they created one of the most original story... and a big thumbs up for Will Ferrell, even I didn't like his acting... but in this movie, the things goes naturally... And the other great thing about this movie is makes u wanna celebrate the christmas.... I feel it deeply... A great christmas movie!!!

I really didn't expect this movie is an alien invasion theme movie just like 'Invasion Of The Body Snatchers', but it's pretty nice... And I really shocked when knowing the cast, they can have Josh Hartnett, Elijah Wood, and Salma Hayek... The story itself just too close to the teenagers life so I think the adults not really enjoying it, but I enjoyed it... This movie really thrills me, just like what I got when I watched 'The Invasion'... Nice teens alien movie, it's pretty thrills me and the story itself pretty shocked me...

I just can say WOW after watching this movie... J.J. Abrams surely wants to make us try for something now about type of disaster movies... The movie itself got a lot of unreasonable thing like what type of video got to stand for seven til' eight hours for documenting the whole movie?? What about the battery?? Shouldn't it only will lasts for some hours?? And the tape?? How can they didn't change the tape for that long because there's no tape can save a lot of movies for that hours... But beyond that all, this movie is really terrifying... It just makes you breath hard.. The video camera thing is just like try to get you got into the movie, feels what they feels at that moment and it works for me.. It just frightened me from when after the monster appeared.. Even the monster itself doesn't clearly like where it's come from or how can it suddenly appeared and attack the city... It's hard to compare it with Godzilla.. For the frightened thing, I think Cloverfield just won... It really frightens me out... But for the whole creatures thing or how can they get rid of the monster, Godzilla wins... And I'm pretty expecting a sequel for this movie.. Because I was wondering how brilliant would the story will be if they decided to make a sequel for this movie... Great movie from J.J. Abrams!!

Perhaps, a better sequel than the first one... The movie wasn't much differently from the first movie... And the comedy they gave in this movie much more than the first movie... The silver surfer character I think has a good affect on the movie... This movie looks cool than the first one... The effects were great too... But the story just standard.... And they didn't make a great song like 'Everything Burns' in the first movie... But, two thumbs up for this movie!

I haven't read the book before I saw the movie because I know that if I read the book first, I could be disappointed by what they intercepts the story inside the book into a movie because some of the fantasy story end up like that... And what I see for about only 90 minutes is a great story about fantasy, about seeing magical things that weren't real... The special effects for this movie was great, not outstanding but great... It's perfectly fit for a children movie... The story itself just okay, but still thrilled me on the end... Freddie Highmore plays great as the twins Jared and Simon, even that his age doesn't perfectly fit for the role, but his physic says that he fit.. Just another great children fantasy movie...

Well, you can't imagine having Jennifer Aniston, Jennifer Connelly, Drew Barrymore, Ben Affleck, Justin Long, & Scarlett Johansson in a movie except for this one... Not just amazing, but I do love this movie... Great cast, great story, and of course great movie!!

The differences just in the clues, in the TV series, it's more comedy but so hard to guess, but really really fun...
