Stargate: Continuum
Unrated
First off, this was definitely better then the Ark of Truth. The plot did not feel at all rushed and was well paced. I would have liked to see more of Jack in it. There were some definite twists and turns in the movie. The acting was great as usual. Definitely a must see if you are a Stargate fan!
The Incredible Hulk
PG-13
The movie was definitely fun. I enjoy Edward Norton as the Hulk. I thought he brought some depth to the character which is always nice. I thought that Liv Tyler could have done better and that she could have been used better in the movie. The action was good as was the CGI. I liked the cameos as well. Overall, a fun movie to watch, but I doubt I would watch it again.
The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian
PG
I actually liked this movie better then the first one. There were some great characters in it. The one mouse was absolutely hilarious. There were some beautiful CGI and great battle scenes. It definitely is not for really little kids. Ben Barnes as Prince Caspian was okay, but could have been better. Overall, a worthwhile movie to see
Hellboy II: The Golden Army (Hellboy 2)
PG-13
I actually liked this movie better then the first one. The plot was better developedin this then the first one though some points were predictable. The acting was good. There were great battle sequences. Visually the movie was quite amazing at some points. Overall, the movie is definitely worth watching
Van Helsing
PG-13
The main problem with this movie was the plot. It was horribly see through and predictable. The actors did what they could with what they were given. David Wenham's character has some good lines which got me to laugh, but it wasn't enough to rescue the movie. The Dracula could have been better cast. He did not have the right persona and screen presence for Dracula. Overall, the movie was mildly entertaining, but not one that I would recommend seeing.
Get Smart
PG-13
I went into this movie expecting it to be good and it actually met my expectations. The actors were well cast for the most part. Steve Carell pulled off being Maxwell Smart which was no easy task. The mishaps were somewhat believeable. There was a good blend of comedy and action. The plot was a little obvious thought. Overall, the movie was entertaining and worth watching more then once

Yea, I've watched about 3 episodes, but I can't get into it. The characters on SG-1 were better/more developed to me. Michael Shanks' Daniel Jackson was my favorite; though I liked Ben Browder and Claudia Black from when they were on Farscape.

Yea, he definitely should have had more screentime. It also felt a little more like an extended episode instead of a film, but I still enjoyed it.

"Ark of Truth" was good, but I felt that "Continuum" was slightly better. I really liked the time travel/paradox angle; and it was nice seeing Richard Dean Anderson again.

I recommend you see...
Lars and the Real Girl
by LydiaNot as humorous as it would seem, Lars and the Real Girl is actually a rather sweet story. With more pleasant charm than inuendo, it makes for the perfect feel-good movie. I felt like crying more than laughing, due to the heart-breaking perfomances of Gosling, Mortimer, Schneider, and of course the ever-glorious Patricia Clarkson. I'd reccomend this for the kind-at-heart and date-movie types.
Hey, you should really see this!
