I'm not usually a big fan of romantic comedies. I am a fan of Hugh Grant though so I decided to give this movie a try. I really liked it. The chemistry between Barrymore and Grant may not have been electric, but it still worked well. There were some of the traditional plot points of a romantic comedy, but with enough of a twist that it was still enjoyable and interesting. The supporting cast was very good. I enjoyed the songs as well, especially the 80's music video. Overall, it was a good film. |
