ok this has got to be the most poorly acted, worst story line to a movie ever. this is the absolute stupidest movie I have ever seen in my whole life. even worse than The Day The Earth Stood Still, which was made in '52. pathetic for '86 and even Dustin Hoffman did a poor job in this, sadly. maybe everyone was asked to suck, but hey, I don't work there. sue me. |

Cloverfield (2008, PG-13)
Well, it's definitely different. But that doesn't mean it's bad. A totally new point of view, (like a home movie, the guy is video-taping the whole movie thru a normal camera, so it isn't always perfectly straight lol) and the aliens were really cool. It's a lot like War Of The Worlds, but from a different kind of perspective. I liked it a lot, but I'm a big fan of these kinds of movies. |
