This movie wasn't in any way needed to be made, but since it was i gave it a try since i had been on a Rocky kick of late. It was a sweet ending to the series nontheless, seeing Rocky this late in life, going into the ring for one last bout. Well lets at least hope that this is the ending, remember what they said about Rocky V?
I've read all the books, so of course i know the story going into the movie. This one was decent, but i felt they omitted too much out of the novel, but i know they can only fit so much in movie format, especially when the director wants this one to be the shortest of the series thus far. I't's still a fun ride though, though some tragedies missed their mark, and one is left not knowing exactly how to feel.
Disney/Pixar, what more cound u ask for? This one was another well done heartwarming one from the Mouse House, no pun intended. And this movie totally made me wanna try some French quisine, namely the title. And no it's not rat tar tar. lol
It's been 12 yrs since we've last seen John McClane, so when i first heard the idea of another Die Hard, i wasn't too keep on the notion, but the movie was actually very well made. Well the director is the same guy that did the Underworld movies so he knows action, and wow he was actually able to make a PG 13 Die Hard movie, which is an incredible feat within itself.
Boring, and ummm, oh yeah boring. This movie is a must see only for die hard SMG fans, like me, but even i regret wasting my money on this one, thankfully i bought it really cheap.
This is an underrated little gem. I know that after LOTR and Narnia it seems so many movies are coming out of this style, the epic fantasy movies, with magic and dragons etc, but this one is not just run of the mill, trust me. And gotta love that Avril song.
Sadly this one left me pretty bored, but then i did see it when i was really tired, which was opening day. i need to see it again though to give any decent opinion, but as for the moment i kept falling asleep during most of it.
Seen this one a couple of times, awesome sci fi action movie, especially for those of us who remember the original show from the 80's. I thought the look of some of them could have been closer to their toon counterparts but still a totally kewl summer movie. Gotta love Prime!
This one i like more than when i first watched it as a kid. its better than most ppl have viewed it, at least i think so. i like how Stallone has written each film in the series and directed most if not all of them as well. he is way more talented than i ever gave him credit for. and in this one i like that he uses his real life son, Sage to play his son in the movie.
OK, this one surprised me alot. it was a lot better than i expected it to be, and a lot of that has to do with Mr. T. as a total badass that wants to fight Rocky for the title. Mr. T is one of the main assets to this movie, he was downright scary at times.
This one is good, but for me its too much like the first one, since Rocky has to fight Apollo all over again. more like a rehash than a sequel, but still powerful stuff.
OK, watched this twice opening weekend, it was awesome. course i plan to see it loads more times, natch. the fun is just going to see it with different people each time.
Finally saw this one, it was awesome. I love the way it was done, and seeing things from 2 different sides. Now I really wanna see the original Hong Kong version, Iternal Affiars I think it's called. The score was pretty nice too.
Saw this movie this weekend. It was awesome, really great throwback to the super violent B movies of the 70's. Hard to say which part i liked more, Planet Terror or Death Proof.
