Not terribly witty - anyone expecting Ellen Page's same performance from Juno will be disappointed. The prof is a hateful human being and the brother isn't at all the bad guy or the black sheep of the family.

Cruz is great in this... as is Kingsley but his character is the kind you want to hate but feel for with all his insecurities... bitter sweet ending!!!

God Cage has turned into Michael Jackson with all the plastic surgery... what a freak. His acting hasn't gotten any better... a couple of decent special effects and a decent story line but not much else.

Crazy and you've got to love the COhens and their weird sense of humor!!! Brad Pitt is an acting maniac in this movie... Clooney is riveting. A dark, dark comedy!!!

The Incredible Hulk
by BarryReally good second instalment to this age old classic. Norton plays a great part as the tormented scientist. Three shouldnt be long in coming now.
Hey, you should really see this! Great follow up to the first one and the acting was really ratehr good too. Shame there wasnt as much metal being ripped up and things 'smashed' but that doesnt detract from the overall great storyline. The introduction of Stark at the end ushers the third one in nicely....come on the mighty green monster.

Starship Troopers: Marauder
by BarryNowhere near as good as the first but one thousand times better than the second...........bugs have gone all CGI...Shame.
Hey, you should just about see this! Hes looking old, the bugs are far too few to mention and the acting is crap. That coupled with fact they all find 'religeon' I struggled to stay awake. Watchable if there isnt anything else in.

The Ruins
by BarryI could just about enjoy this right up until he talking plants popped up.....Not a 'bad' movie by any means and pretty gory in parts but Vincent price did the scarey plant movie so much better almost forty years ago.
Hey, you should probably see this if your car has broken down, the store is shut and your mates have all cancelled a night out on you.! Its actually not too bad at all but I found it more of a time filler than a true spine chiller...........

The Happening
by BarryBeleive it or not this movie was really enjoyable. Not as good as others of the same genre and Wallberg needs to get his voice fixed but Shamalamadingdong has done it again. An all round good flick.
Hey, you should really see this! M Night has made quite a few movies recently and has had a bit of bad press but I am yet to be properly dissapointed. The premis of this movie is simple......we have ruined everything and the planet aint happy. Simple enough and well written to boot. Shame Wahlberg was acting like a bit of a wimp but we cant have everything.

Superhero Movie
by BarryShame...it really is but even with the presence of the comedy god Neilson this movie was overall seriously dissapointing.
Hey, you should only see this if there is bugger all else left in the store! I was so dissapointed with this one. Even with Neilson and some of his better comedy tactics couldnt drag a full belly laugh out of me. Dont get me wrong, I did titter several times but that was it.

Hey, you should really see this! To add insult to injury I was forced to put my ass through and hour and a half of talking cute puppies......beleive it or not this was a bice film and the kids loved it...I still prefer German Shepherds.....

by RubenYou love or hate Coixet's movies. I`m in the firrst group. Her first american movie, and she doesn`t surrender before american way to make films. Thanks to Coixet, I seen one of the best performances of Ben Kingsley. The story is about a very cult mature man who get in love of a young woman but he can`t manage his inner emotions. Someone who is afraid to be happy, a very insecure man.
Esta pelicula es muy triste, pero parte de una propuesta muy honesta, algo de lo que Coixet nos tiene ya acostumbrados.
Ben Kingsley en una actuación soberbia, y Penelope Cruz demuestra al final de la pelicula ser una buena actriz cuando debe interpretar papeles dramaticos.

Hey, you should really see this if you no longer like films and feel the need to polute your brain with rubbish! I dont know what the hell the makers thought they were doing but they failed (in my humble opinnion) to do any of it! Yes the leading lady is a goddess but even that couldnt make up for the fact I almost threw something at the screen in a temper....Its absolute mince. The car scene at the end was a joke. Who do you know that isnt dead who couldnt outrun a knackered taxi in a top of the range, shit off a stick Bentley! No one but it did in this drivel! Sorry to moan but it truely is crap! Save yourselves from an evening of eyeball rot!

by BarryAfter all the pathetic remakes and follow ons this was like a breath of fresh air. Well made good movie showing how Myers came to be. The end dragged a bit but still quality.
Hey, you should really see this! If you are a fan of the original this will be a film for you. Great rehash of the original and just as creepy...Loved it and its good to see a horror worth watching.
