Come see this movie with me...wonderful and moving psychological film by michael haneke.about mechanical and unfeeling life in austria. maybe haneke exaggerates in some part of this movie like his other works but i think its necessary for delivering what he wants to say to audience

I recommend you see...My expectations of this being just another unoriginal romantic comedy was unfounded. Sam Mendes has done this beautifully and almost flawlessly. However, after watching this, am the only one who is left with the impression that America is decadent?
American Beauty
by AmeetaThe american dream, the pivotal driving force behind the pretentious consquences of everything that is considered wrong. Kevin Spacey plays Lester Burnham, an unhappy man who is apparently suffering from midlife crisis. His character, is possibly, of most consequence. When he discovers that he hates his job, he quits. When he discovers that his sex life is close to non existent, he makes an effort to buff up. When his wife threatens him with divorce, he calls her bluff.
This movie was magnificent in the truest sense because it delivers truth and uses everyday scenarios to do so. I was much impressed by how the movie started with Lester narrating. During Lesters initial scenes, we are told that Lester will be dead within a year and Lester tells us that, in such a way as though he feels as though he's already dead.
Lester Burnham: Remember those posters that said, "Today is the first day of the rest of your life"? Well, that's true of every day but one - the day you die.
The cinematography is captivating. It was confusing yet intriguing that one must stay absolutely glued to the screen incase they miss something. The script play was brilliant, nothing less.
Lester Burnham: [narrating] I had always heard your entire life flashes in front of your eyes the second before you die. First of all, that one second isn't a second at all, it stretches on forever, like an ocean of time... For me, it was lying on my back at Boy Scout camp, watching falling stars... And yellow leaves, from the maple trees, that lined my street... Or my grandmother's hands, and the way her skin seemed like paper... And the first time I saw my cousin Tony's brand new Firebird... And Janie... And Janie... And... Carolyn. I guess I could be pretty pissed off about what happened to me... but it's hard to stay mad, when there's so much beauty in the world. Sometimes I feel like I'm seeing it all at once, and it's too much, my heart fills up like a balloon that's about to burst... And then I remember to relax, and stop trying to hold on to it, and then it flows through me like rain and I can't feel anything but gratitude for every single moment of my stupid little life... You have no idea what I'm talking about, I'm sure. But don't worry... you will someday.

Come see this movie with me...good and too underrated fantasy film from director of city of god.this is one of those kind of movies that you may hate it or love it.maybe in first look it seems ridiculous because of unreasonable topic. but all the events are symbolic

Come see this movie with me...definitely deserved for nominating 2001 best picture .its a movie without any mistake.only for general audience like me its not intresting enough after seeing alot of movies with the same story about
revenge and depression after childs death like 21 grams ,reservation road or the sons roomposted 307 days ago -
Come see this movie with me...first of all.it was a good movie because of great performances by dicaprio and crowe. i think both of drama fans and also action fans didnt satisfy by seeing this.ridley scott is master of making action scenes as he had made in black hawk down.but i have seen better movie about middle east like rendition and mighty heart that released in 2007

I recommend you see...This is as bad as its reputation had me believe it to be. Significantly more action and less plot. Oh well, there is always the Resident Evil: Extinction to get me thoroughly disapointed.
Resident Evil - Apocalypse
by AmeetaSignificantly less plot then the previous Resident Evil, but more action. Alice's nemesis is introduced,
Major Cain: [to Alice, referring to her and the Nemesis] The two of you showed such promise, but we had to see you in action. And most impressive you've been. You're like brother and sister. Heightened speed, strength, agility, the same killer instincts. Parallel strands of research. And now... we discover which is superior
There is a wide variety of camera shots, some very impressive stunts (when Alice runs along the skyscraper, apparently under no influence of gravity). Overall, this was a disapointment.posted 309 days ago
