A comical display of horror is what Drag Me to Hell is. Director Sam Raimi uses lots of close ups to drag you nearer the premise of what is happening in the film which can be scary, but the same also happens when things turn out to be funny in the end. Not sure what to make of this? Treat it as a comic book turned to live on screen then. Plus it's got Alison Lohman. ;)
Half the fun is in seeing this in 3D. Seth Rogen is well casted as B.O.B. He's the LOL in this lighthearted and fun movie. Watch with pals to up the laughter!
Quite a surprise this one. Zac Efron plays a sometimes goofy sometimes cool father who has to deal with a failing marriage but given a second chance to make things right again when he turns 17 again and rediscovers himself all over. Heart warming and good laughs all round.
Although a little beyond belief about how symbologist, Robert Langdon was able to uncover the mystery behind an alleged enemy of the catholic church known as the Illuminati within a space of a few hours, the plot was tight and suspenseful which would leave you intrigue and have a good time guessing throughout the film.
Nice tale about how the crew of USS Enterprise came about that revolves around the unlikely friendship of human, James T. Kirk and vulcan, Spock. The duo supported by a competent crew (support cast), and directed by Sci-fi guru J.J Abrams, marks the start of a new/modernized adventure of the USS enterprise through the galaxy and beyond. Enjoy the comradeship.
Slightly over-hyped, but a good film nonetheless. Slumdog Millionaire tells the tale of how a youth made it through the slums of India and why he got on Who Wants to be a Millionaire, where every answer to every question has a story to tell. Destiny here is livened in the name of love.
