Captain Carizzle (anoceandrowning)

Ordinarily, I don't enjoy video game movies. They're usually hokey and lame. This one, in spite of some of the frantic plot thrusting, was really good. The creatures were super cool and it's nice to see a strong female heroine who kicks ass without being a novelty.

I liked it for the confusion and sadness. Turns out, Kristen Stewart isn't just a bad actress in Twilight, she's also a bad actress in Adventureland. Really though, despite all of Stewart's characteristic hair-holding-while-crying nonsense, the movie was rather enjoyable, if a bit somber.
