Owww....I really like Sandra Bullock, but even she could not keep the feeling of really unjointed away from this movie. The plot was all over the place and Bradley's big blue's did nothing for his character either. I didn't hate it...but.
The only 5 star that I have given this year!!! Loved it, loved it, loved it. Streep was amazing. I also love Ephron and wish she would make more movies.
Maybe it was the drive-in atmosphere...heat and plenty of mosquitoes, but I think the movie just sucked...and I am being kind. I had 2 younger girls with me - 10 and 17 and neither of them laughed even once either. Not even a rental..
Loved it! When I first heard of it...huum, a house, a cranky old man, a weird kid, some balloons and an old house and something about a bird, I did not think it was for me, but I was wrong! The reviews sent me into the theater and 3D goggles and the excellent story kept me glued to the big screen. It does not matter how old you are, you will be fighting back the tears.
There were some really over-the-top, but laugh out loud moments in this film. How did they get away with it all? Crazy! If you have a good friend who is not easily offended, they it can be a really fun night out.
This was surprisingly really, really good. Even if you are not a fan of any kind of the whole Star Wars thing...this one is a very warm, human story. You can bring anyone to see this and they will probably like it.
2009 version of Fatal Attraction - so we have seen the story before, but to be fair it was OK. Beyonce produces and stars in it, so that was a bit predictable. I was impressed with Idris Elba though.
