A hip sci-fi flick in which a young man discovers that he possesses the ability to jump/teleport instantly in any part of the world that he can imagine. A raging battle between the Jumpers and those who have sworn to kill them.
The teen protagonists enjoy the irresponsible use of power like robbing a bank, stealing fast cars and driving them at high speeds in Tokyo. Fun, hyper and exciting but is unlikely to make you satisfied. This film has lots of potential, it has the unique and intriguing concept but the story is rather pointless. Well maybe a sequel can compensate for that loss. I give credits to the stunning visuals, camera swooshing angles, and the sound effects. It's like a travel brochure film! It makes me wanna grab my passport and hop in to the next flight to Tokyo or Rome. |
