What balls does it take to do what the Coens did in this one. I wont go into that in detail, since it would "spoil" the movie. I will say that it is unconventional, and it will understandably piss a lot of people off. To understand it, you have to a) think about it once it's over, and b) pay close attention. I know its harder than hell to understand half to stuff coming out of Jones' mouth, but try try try. Raises good points about society and violence, and most importantly, it is bleakly realistic in its outcome. Josh Brolin and TLJ and Javier and Kelly MacDonald are a just perfect in their roles. Whether or not you like the ending, you have to admi that this is one of the best movies of the year, if not past five years |
