Really good small budget comedy/drama centering around a kid name Luke during the summer of 94 in new york city right before Giuliani cleaned up the streets as he sells pot out of his ice cream cart hangs out with his therapist and ends up with a crush on his step daughter really good movie showing how things where in new york in 1994 great storyline and Ben Kingsley as the weird therapist is perfect worth a watch for fans of stoner movies and indy films

Well, it's always hit and miss with Adam Sandler movies. Sometimes they're really brilliant and funny, other times...blah. I thought this would be a little funnier than it actually was. Really not that great of a movie, and full of a few too many cliche and offensive gay jokes, and although it may try to come across as having a positive message about tollerance, it just fell totally flat in the sincerity of that message.
Adam Sandler insists on portraying himself as a total ladies man who has his pick of dozens of gorgeous women who are falling all over themselves to be with him.
That, and pretty much the entire concept for the movie were just a tad hard to swallow.
    blahh, dont c dis!

    Speed Racer Speed Racer

actors: Emile Hirsch, Christina Ricci, Matthew Fox, Susan Sarandon, John Goodman, Scott Porter, Paulie Litt, Rain, Benno Furmann, Andy Wachowski, Larry Wachowski, Joel Silver, Andy Wachowski, Larry Wachowskiactors : The actors peformed averedgly except for Matthew Fox And Emile Hirsch. I expected more of the actors.

my oppinion : Well I was quite dissapointed I was pretty bored but the effects were great. For little kids it was actual quite confusing at the start where it was changing from past to future and not even i really didnt get it. This movie felt like it was going on forever and the story line was crap. The actors didnt play well and there was nothig really evolving with the story line, It was just the same for the whole movie with not very many exciting bits. It was a bit funny, but all the funny bits were the monkey being stupid

Effects : This was one of the most colourful movie ive ever seen. The colours were effectively used in the film to make it better

overall : I expected a lot more from this film. I thought it would be good but its quite boring. Matthew Fox was the only good actor for me. Visually this film is a wonderland of bright colors, flashing lights, jumping cars, manga swipes, Dr. Suess and Hot Wheels race tracks that, and chimps. As it is though, The Wachowski brothers instead of trying to make speed racer real, decided to go the opposite direction and make real life into the speed racer cartoon. The results are mixed, on the one hand, they bring to life the energy of the Mach 5 through it's psychedlic video game like race tracks, on the other hand it makes the scenes when Speed isn't racing almost unbrearable.
this is pretty boring what ever you do dont see it!

    21 Grams 21 Grams

favorite quote in movie:""They say we all lose 21 grams... who will be next?""

The critics wholeheartedly voiced their praises for Alejandro González Iñárritu's 21 Grams, to the point that it's worrying to consider that it was overlooked for Best Picture at the Oscars. The film is simply a brilliant creation frequently overflowing with risky, moving and unflinching performances courtesy of an A-list cast.

Tragedy affects people in a number of ways, and grief can lead to such complex emotions we only end up going in circles. '21 Grams' contains tragedy at its core, and for a brief moment it's the focal point of the film - it sets in motion a chain of events that three characters must eventually confront and fully realise before any of them will find true happiness again, and the film is a virtuoso observation, an in depth human study that delves deep into the feelings of sorrow, anger and pain a moment of tragedy can cause. Sean Penn, Naomi Watts and Benicio Del Toro top the stellar cast, and all three demonstrate true passion toward the subject material, giving outstanding performances. The non-linear and non-chronological narrative devices provide an intriguing angle of the events, one that moves and astounds on a number of levels, and propels to great heights thanks to Inarritu's powerful direction; he opts for realism and uneasiness, the hand-held camera work enhancing authenticity and the characters intimacy and connection emphasising the humanity that surrounds the film and pulls it together into a coherent, amazingly well constructed piece of art. With his new film 'Babel', Innaritu attempted to highlight the apparent connections on a global scale, and while a good film it doesn't work on the same level as '21 Grams' - here the characters and their situation are truly connected, and we never feel the need to look for anything else. The script offers, and we don't just accept but inhale the full force of the film. I could note that the film was perhaps too long, but what just seems filler no doubt helped build the characters and realise them as true entities, which is necessary if we are to empathise later on. Either way, '21 Grams' is a mesmerising and shocking film, both painfully gut-wrenching and devastatingly sad, but is still a moving and expert piece of cinema

    Great Perormance from Jake Gyllenhaal
Donnie Darko is a paranoid schizophrenic anti-social teenager having therapy and using medication. He has visions of a giant rabbit, Frank, the Fuzzy Bunny, who instructs him to make violent acts, like destroying the fire hydrant and piping of his high-school. This movie suprised me and its one of my all time fav films. A great perormance from Jake Gyllenhaal
    this movie is really good
acting was great but it gets confusing at the end but its really interesting to watch.
