Not a bad movie at all. I guess i just feel they made the characters to black and white for my taste. Maximus was like perfect and all for good without temptation. And the Emperor's son was Evil minded and creepy. How convinient to set a movie up so black and white to make things simple. I like to see realistic character flaws though and without them this movie didnt grab me and it felt very Hollywood.
Other then that though the fight scenes were fun and the movie was pretty enough. I enjoyed my rent~ INK |

Better then i had expected. This movies charm was in its genuine and simple feeling i thought. It had no dramatic shocks or any relivant twists. just the good acting of strange characters building up the final fight scene.
A good start to not a bad series. |
