I didn't like this film as much as I liked Judd Apatow's other films (The 40 Year Old Virgin and Knocked Up). Probably am going to watch it again and see what it is that I didn't like.
On 12/20/09 I watched it again and realized that this movie is more a drama about funny people than it is a comedy. That changed my view a little bit but not enough to change my rating. |

| Avatar - PG-13 | Some reviewers state that you have seen this story before, and they're right. It does echo both Dances With Wolves and Lawrence of Arabia in that an outsider is sent to understand the natives and then sides with them. What James Cameron has done with that story is nothing short of amazing. You believe everything that you see and what you see is beautiful. I saw it in 3-D which only added to the spectacle.
