Zombieland
R
I remember looking at my younger brother and saying "Hey, I'll take you to the movies, what movie do you wanna see?" I'll admit, I was shocked when he told me that Zombieland was what he wanted to see. For one, I hate zombie and two, why would I want to go see a movie about them?! My outlook on the movie, unfortunately, started out horrible. After the first 10 minutes of the movie when they started rolling the credits and playing "For Whom the Bell Tolls" I knew that I would really like this movie. I was expecting the plot to consist of this: guy notices people are turning into zombies, guy isn't a zombie, guy kills zombies with guns, the end, but it was honestly nothing like that. I was happy that there was actually a plot to the zombie killing madness. Two things I wanting to know though, one: am I the only one that thinks that Jesse Eisenberg resembles Michael Cera a lot? and two: since when in the world did zombies learn to climb and run incredibly fast?! I enjoyed it.
I Can Do Bad All By Myself
PG-13
What an emotional roller coaster Tyler Perry dishes out with this movie. I don't think this man can make a horrible movie even if he tried. I love how with his movies, this included, he's able to make something that captures every emotion possible and can still make something for everyone. Also, the song that Mary J. Blige performs "I Can Do Bad All By Myself" in this movie is positively wonderful. This is a must see for everyone, whether you are a Tyler Perry fan or not.

This was a beautifully brilliant, heartwarming movie. The cast could not have been better: Jared Padalecki did an amazing job as Thomas Kinkade and I was astounded by Peter O'Toole's performance. I laughed and I cried. On a more humerous note, I think Jared did a great job pulling off being left-handed; I have to give him credit. This is one of my favorites by far. Everyone should see it.
