Worst thing of the summer (so far)..... The real problem with this movie, besides the fact that it has no form of a plot, or any form of direction. Basically its CGI fighting more CGI. Same as the first except with more (MORE!) lame ass humor that is really annoying. Action scenes that go on way to long, have no point, and is to close up to know what is going on. You can't tell who is who, the robots all look the same. Also there is no ending! During a fight, where you have no idea what is happening, it ends abruptly, and its over. nobody died, nothing happened except them saying that there will be a 3rd movie. The only redeeming thing about it is, Awesome CGI, Megan Fox, And that I saw it on Imax which is always a treat. Skip ------- |

| Drag Me to Hell - PG-13 | I seriously cannot believe what I just saw. I have yet to see The Evil Dead but man this makes me want to this second. I was blown away. It was creepy, funny, gross, cheesy, and overall a great fun horror movie that feels like it was made in the '80s. I cannot believe what I just saw. Don't let the PG-13 rating fool you, this is a full on horror movie. That ending will always stand out to me as one of the best movie endings I have ever seen. Adventureland is a film that I have been looking forward to for a while and man am I glad at how it turned out. Don't let the trailers fool you this is no superbad type comedy. Its more of a dramety. It really is a coming of age comedy that is about a boy in love with a girl working at a crappy amusement park.
The great thing about this movie is how real it is. It doesn't go for that sex all the time humor non stop cursing that superbad did. Almost everything that happens is something that I can emagine happening. The acting is pretty freaking great by everyone. Bill Hader does great comic releaf. After seeing this it kinda feels like the director who directed superbad never had a say in superbad. This felt like a film that he made and new exactly what he wanted to make. (and made it well) Go see this movie. I don't think you will be dissapointed. |

It is about time that the director gets his attention since tim burton's nightmare. I thought the animation was awome. The movie is just down right amzazing. Go see it. |

| I Love You, Man - R | Wow, this is definately the funniest movie I have seen in a long, long time. It is way better then Superbad or anything like that. The jokes are smart, funny, perverted, and just plain wrong but the movie is awsome, halarious, and just everything that you want to have in a movie. Paul Rudd was made for this role as a man with only girlfriends and the 2 guys are just really compatible. Andy Samberg didn't really convince me he was a gay guy but he still gave me many laughs. The movie was just freaking awsome. I don't see a film being as funny as this for a long time. Jason Segel was awsome as always and Jon Favreau surprised the crap out of me with his comedic ability. The Following is a review of the Unrated Version of Max Payne.
Wow, I don't think I have ever been more dissapointed in my life by a movie. I hyped this up so much and everything I saw in the trailer and that I loved in the game was just erased. This has to be the most boring action movie I have ever scene, their is no freaking action! The last 5 minutes they decide to cram in a bunch of action. The editing in this movie is just an afterthought. The slow-mo shots are so poorly done that I was shaking my head. The directing was horrible and when I see Mark acting so bad I just want the old Mark! He changed the Max character to a dull plastic boring wannabe tough guy. The thing that is ashame is that the view and style of the film is awsome! The color and everything was awsome! But it didn't save the film at all. Stay away! 1/5 |

Let my start off by saying that I was kind of excited to see this film. It was supposed to come out to theaters in 2007, it actually like Trick 'r Treat, suppossed to come out in 2007, its a bunch of stories in one, now it 2009 and it went straight to dvd. This movie was bad. Really bad. The acting was pretty poor, it was boring. Everything that destroys the film really is the plot, it makes no sence at all! The killer is here then the killer is their, the killer is surving 100 ft. falls. He has $100000000 lairs and has the most overpowered laugh ever! The plot at one point makes some form of sence and then it just makes zero sence at all! I like the first 2 stories, the third was bad and so was everything else in the movie. Still the first hour is I guess good for a horror movie. The plot just becomes so stupid that I can't enjoy it.

A very stupid poorly acted very cheesey film, but I got everything that I wanted out of it. The thing is, you have to see it in 3D. If you do not see it in 3D then their is no point in seeing it. People say that 3D is just a thing they do to make a crappy film better. No duh. That is the point. This movie is stupid but it is very enjoyable. This is what horror movies should be (over the pg-13). Now I know Trick 'r Treat will be better, but I got what I wanted out of this. Tons of gore. Lots of nudity/sex. Did I metion it was BLOODY. It was so bloody and cool. The twist is great. By the end of the film. You will think that their will be a sequel.
