This movie is visually stunning, with awesome special effects and incredible destruction scenes. The story is predictable, but still manages to be suspenseful. John Cusack is just lovely in this! And all the characters are very interesting. Roland Emmerich is the king of disaster movies.

I saw this movie because it had John Cusack in it, so I thought it would be a classic. Boy, was I wrong. It was slow, predictable and had no charm. I was glad when the credits finally rolled in.

Touching and inspiring film with Tom Hanks as an excellent Forrest Gump. The acting is moving and the storyline is incredible. I love how Forrest is constantly caught up in critical moments in history and manages to meet three presidents!

Predictable and messy, this would have to be the worst Mel Gibson movie I've seen. The acting is okay, but the twists can be seen coming a mile away. I love Mel Gibson, but his narration throughout the film also does nothing to improve it.

A sad and desperate look into a failing marriage in the 50's. Kate Winslet and Leo DiCaprio have really strong on-screen chemistry and that is what makes this film work. The story is quite sad, but an unfortunate reality. The soundtrack is beautiful.

This is a heartbreaking movie with a moving storyline. It is a little predictable, but Marcia Gay Harden's performance is outstanding. She just shines when she's on-screen. Kevin Bacon is also very believable.
