Decent sci-fi action film.

What I got out of this film is that neither death nor life is something to fear. Max isn't necessarily a fearless character. He still had his struggles. It is just as important to stay grounded in reality as it is to let go and be free. Very interesting film from Peter Weir.

Donnie Darko is in my top favorite films of all time. Every time I watch it, I come back with something new. Every little bit of this film is heavily symbolic. You can interpret it in many different ways, and that's what I love about it.
