My fav movie of all time! So sad, touching, hard to imagine what it would look like if it was made in Hollywood. This movie is so incredible! Gackuto-san!!!

Best movie ever! In fact this movie is my favorite. Above average doctor gets invited to become surgent at a prestigent LA hospital. But with his car breaking along the way he ends up in a strange small town with no banks or access to his money he has to pay off the debt for breaking the newly painted fence but it ends up the town is in need for a doctor and they try to offer him a permanent job. It might be a small town and not particularly to his liking he does find a gem within in. The gem is a girl, love that overtakes all obsticales he finds love for the town and it's people but will he go back to hollywood once his debt was paid off if it means letting go of everything he grew to love the most? I recomend this movie because it is one of the greatest movies of a romance comedy starring Michael J. Fox This movie will make you fall in love with the small town and Michael J. Fox
