All of the performances, in this film, are amazing, but nothing tops Gary Oldman's portrayal of Beethoven. He lets you see his dark side, while making you feel pity, for him. I was very moved, by his performance.

This film has an excellent ensemble cast including Sean Connery, Angelina Jolie, Gillian Anderson, and many more. It is a wonderful character study, set in Los Angeles, and surrounded by an upcoming anniversary party. I highly recommend this film.

This is the 2nd outing where "death" takes it's toll. I was very surprised, at how much I enjoyed this film. There is an incredible opening scene, with a vehicle "pile-up" of gigantic proportions, on a freeway. It was scary and believable! If you enjoyed the first film, you will enjoy this one, too. I especially loved how they "connected" the characters from this film, with the characters from the 1st film...very clever.
