A whole lot of cool guy smirking, martini drinking, cigar smoking and gum chewing. As a caper movie it doesn't completely work, but it succeeds as a stylish comedy that's extremely fun to watch.
From the director of "Kuffs", this thing tries way too hard to be stylish and clever but ends up being ultimately empty. I will say that it was unique on some level, but it became so absurd that it turned into a thriller without any thrills. Dane Cook, don't quit your day job.
So many big stars in fun roles... I liked this flick a lot more than I thought I would. Sure it's a little bit contrived, but it's basically Emilio's love letter to RFK. I really don't understand why this got such mixed reviews.
Fun, light-hearted fluff with impressive special effects. As far as comic book movies go, this is completely middle of the road and inoffensive, compared to all the other bloated movies we've seen this summer, that's just fine by me.
Yet another anime flick that went way over my head. It still had some pretty imaginative visuals, though I'm not sure it amounted to much more than that.
Could be the best movie of the year so far for me. Endearing and funny, yet completely believable. They could have trimmed a couple minutes off towards the end, other than that, this comedy totally delivered. (GET IT???)
