Batman has always been my favorite super hero. This movie had a lot riding on it since the previous franchise had been ruined. It exceeded my expectations making it my favorite of the Batman movies to date. Christian Bale was amazing.

This was my favorite until Batman Begins blew it out of the water. It remains my favorite of the original movies.
