Double Dragon
by TannerA shitty martial arts flick starring Alyssa Milano and you DON'T see her boobs??? Why would anyone ever watch this?
PS - I know she doesn't show her boobs in this movie because I'm a pervert who looks at nude celebs daily and knows which movies they appear naked in.No

The Dark Knight
by Maria"You...complete me."
Wow.
I'm just gonna jump on the bandwagon here and say that Heath could definitely be an Oscar contender for that role.
It was amazing. It was simply, fucking brilliant. It was so very, very close to perfection if not there. I'm just...I walked out of the theater about an hour ago and I...I need to process it fully.
I'm so in awe and blown away. The acting was fucking flawless. The IMAX shots were obviously IMAX and they took my breath away sometimes. The action and stunts: spectacular.
I'm rambling. It was great. Jack Nicholson, whom I love and adore - can kiss ass if he doesn't recognize the brilliance that was Heath's portrayal of the sadistic, scary, wonderfully twisted and humorous Joker.
Just wow...Wow.

The Dark Knight
by TannerIf this movie was a woman I would lube up and fuck it. Holy shit!!!! Dare I say "best comic book movie ever"? I don't want to say to much about it for those of you that haven't had the opportunity to see it yet........I will say this though..........purchase a large soda at the theater just in case you need to take a piss during the film. You aren't going to want to miss a second.
Hopefully this is my movie review comeback. I've been away for a while and plan on making you lucky / blessed sheep laugh as often as possible. Until next time........See it, fuckers

by JJGreat movie. Great directing. Love true stories but this one makes me think about "freedom" and what an illusion it truly is.
Hey, you should really see this!

Redbelt
by MariaWhile not the best of films, with it's jumbled plot, and desire to make you care about and focus on too man characters - it was extremely well put together and acted.
I've said it before and I'll say it again - Chiwetel Ejiofor will be an Oscar winner before it's over. His performance is amazing, as are all his performances. He absolutely blew me away in this role.
The ending was a bit cheesy, but overall didn't detract from the theme of the film. If you're looking for pure action, this is not for you. If you're looking for a better than average drama that will make you question your own principles and morality, then this is it.A good film, and Chiwetel Ejiofor shines.

WALL-E
by MariaWhat did I miss? I really didn't see what the big uproar over this was. Neither did my 4 or 2 1/2 years old girls. The Incredibles and Monsters Inc. surpass this film BY FAR on every level.
Wall-E was cute, as was his girlfriend and his pet bug, but overall, I felt it was lacking. The whole 'beware artificial intelligence' thing is pretty played too. I would have thought the marvelous minds at Pixar could have thunk up something a bit more original and clever.
The animation was amazingly beautiful, I loved the cameo, and it made me smile quite a bit. It also opened up more discussions with my young ones about why recycling and greening our actions is so important.
But while Pixar/Disney is proclaiming forth the wonderful message of sustainable living, it's also polluting our world with paper/cardboard and plastic toys, books, advertisements, etc. Please.Overrated? Or do I need to see it again?

Hancock
by Maria"Call me an asshole...one more time."
I was disappointed. The acting was not up to par for either Will or Charlize, the plot was predictable, the CGI could have been much better and the ending was anticlimactic in every possible way. Too many things weren't explained at all or properly.
Jason Bateman was very good in the film, and there was some funny quips and scenes that made me laugh but overall, it wasn't as funny as I expected it to be either. Except the credits clip with Mike Epps. That was hilarious.
I enjoyed it, and will DVR it when it comes onto cable but it's not something that I'd be stampeding over 4 years olds to go see.If you have the money to spend and the time to waste.

Wanted
by Maria"What the fuck have you done lately?"
I had honestly lost all faith in good bloody action films - the last one I can even remember is Smoking Aces, and we all know how bad that was.
Then I watched this movie. The casting was absolutely perfect for every role, the special effects were very believable, from the bending bullets to the falling train, and the plot was better than most with one twist especially that caught me off guard, I'm almost ashamed to say.
McAvoy owned his scenes, even in slo-mo, and Angelina sizzled with her insane sexiness from the first to the last of her frames. Morgan Freeman can do no wrong.
Unlike most films to have come out in recent years, the best parts weren't in the trailers or teasers: they were in the picture. The dialogue was a bit lacking and there could have been more of a back story, but really, who goes to a film like this with the expectation of being blown away by spectacular dramatic sequences?
I loved it. I just hope that future films of this genre take note.See it. It's pretty fucking great.

I recommend you see...Just wanted to tell all of my friends, or should I say warn. I know a lot of people are extremely excited about this movie, but IT'S ALREADY STARTED SELLING OUT! That's right. Midnight shows for "The Dark Knight" are beginning to sell out, despite the fact that the movie is a whole three weeks away. I'm warning you just so you'll all get your tickets sooner rather than later. Hope this is helpful, here's the link to an article that should help to tell all of you just how big this movie is going to be.
