School of Rock (2003,  PG-13)
School of Rock
I think this is probably Jack Black's best movie, it's a pity that it came off like a bit of a personal wet dream. It must a tough act to be funny, rock out and be an actor all in one show.
45
Shooter (2007,  R)
46
Spider-Man (2002,  PG-13)
Spider-Man
I dunno' what is about this genre of films but I just love all movies that have been adapted from comic book heroes. (Providing they're done well).

66
The Lord of the Rings - The Return of the King (2003,  PG-13)
The Lord of the Rings - The Return of the King
Great movie but I think it would have better as a series; the movie(s) is(are) just too long.
67
The Lord of the Rings - The Two Towers (2002,  PG-13)
68
The Lost Boys (1987,  R)
69
The Matrix (1999,  R)
The Matrix
One of the best movies ever made in my opinion. The combination of a philosophical view of how we perceive reality with action and futurist sci-fi brings a new breed of hero to the fore. He who can change the world with his mind. Love it.

90
Pirates of the Caribbean - The Curse of the Black Pearl (2003,  PG-13)
Pirates of the Caribbean - The Curse of the Black Pearl
Cool movie, but once again, the combination of Disney and Hollywood spoiled it for me. If I want to see pirates, then I expect something straight out of Treasure Island.

Death Proof (Grindhouse Presents)
A good movie. What it lacks in story-line it makes up for in style. I didn't like the ending, very disappointing. Of all the Tarantino movies, this has to be the worst.
148
Immortel (ad vitam) (Immortal) (2004,  R)
Immortel (ad vitam) (Immortal)
Something missing from either the direction or the story that I can't pin down but at least it's quite an original story which I really liked.

Apocalypto
This movie is one of the few that has such depth and colour to it that the fact it was made completely with an ancient language script, actually makes it more realistic and believable. It was a delight to my intelligence and senses. I loved it.
