It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World (1963,  G)
It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World
the first of its kind. an all star comedy chase from start to finish
the movie grows on you with multiple viewings. each time seen a
different comic stands out more. Phil Silvers,Milton Berle,Terry Thomas,
Jonathan Winters,Buddy Hackett and Ethel Merman all have their moments that bring down the house
2
Frogs (1972,  PG)
Frogs
the ultimate b movie with a message. pollutions kills nature. and nature kills pollutants.
this film can be taken on a couple of different levels.a sci-fi horror and when it was originally released it was a eerie picture.but now people seem to think of it as a bad b movie. which is ok also.either way you are entertained. by cheap thrills or cheap laughs.
3
Ed Wood (1994,  R)
Ed Wood
billed as a comedy I find the a dramedy.with plenty of pathos
a true story of a has been and a never was both outside looking in at the industry. the two cross paths and make a few infamous films togather.it would be extremely funny if it were not true. but Ed Wood and gang should be admired for still being remember. one of the greatest movies about the movie biz. great score helps keeping the flavor of the era in which wood worked. great performances by johnny depp as always and martin landau as bela was just about as close as an actor can get to playing the real person.if you love movies then you already have seen this one. and it should be on the shelves of all film fans.

Star 80 (1983,  R)
6
The Great Race (1965,  Unrated)
The Great Race
the best car chase/race movie of the 60's. with a fantastic sound by henry mancini. the cast has game. Tony Curtis. Jack Lemmon Natalie Wood and Peter Falk are the main stars with the cars. Keenan Wynn is also in.there is the great pie fight. the floating iceberg the western saloon. those are just a few highlights with headlights. this marks the only major film Vivian Vance made after all her tv years. a must movie for a fun time
7
Carrie (1976,  R)
8
The Day of the Locust (1975,  R)
The Day of the Locust
one of the best movies about old hollywood. a grim story about a few of those who didnt quite make it in the business. and desperately desired to.
fantastic cast.espicially the underrated performance of donald sutherland watch for a cameo of Mrs.Howell from Gilligan's Island

Who's Minding the Mint? (1967,  Unrated)
Who's Minding the Mint?
one of the funniest comedies of the 60's.if you like slapstick. and with Milton Berle,Bob Denver,Joey Bishop there is a laugh a scene almost. the funniest characters are Jack Gilford was that a click or a clack safecracker.and Victor Buono who goes down with the ship even in the sewer. the music is a major asset to the movie.it would nice to have a cd of the score. or for that matter a dvd of the movie.watch for a very young Christine Baranski
18
Valley of the Dolls (1967,  PG-13)
19
Valentino (1977,  R)
20
The Maltese Bippy (1969,  G)
The Maltese Bippy
an interesting yet not successful picture. a spoof of monster movies starring the comedy team of Rowan & Martin. the story is silly but not as silly as the ending. there are a few familiar faces to add to the merriment of maltese besides dan and dick. there is robert reed.fritz weaver.mildred natwick carol lynley and even a future star from laugh-in
pamela rogers. a comical curio for a good time to kill with comedy.but the best part of the movie is the beautiful Julie Newmar. who has romance wiith dan rowan
21
Hello Down There (1969,  G)
22
The Strongest Man in the World (1975,  G)
The Strongest Man in the World
the last of the disney movies to feature dexter riley and dean higgins and the gang from medfield collage. the highlight of this picture is all the familiar character stars throughout. why there is even Millburn Drysdale. this was the last movie made by joe flynn. the opening credits are the best of this kind of disney comedy.silly, simple and a few strong laughs
23
Now You See Him, Now You Don't (1972,  G)
24
Auto Focus (2002,  R)
Auto Focus
what could have been a great movie is just an ok movie. the subject matter of the murdered actor bob crane has fascinated people for years. and although this isnt the best retelling it certainly has its moments. as much as I like gregg kinnear I think he is too likeable for playing bob crane. the soundtrack is great. the last half of the film gets to be more believeable. but its hard to accept the narration of Greg/Bob and to be taken seriously.more of an art film than a mainstream
25
Won Ton Ton: The Dog Who Saved Hollywood (1976,  Unrated)
Won Ton Ton: The Dog Who Saved Hollywood
not the greatest. but this is a fun movie for film buffs. because its gimmick is its cast. over 40 faces that you have seen before.although aged. it is fun to see how many you can name.each scene there is a cameo. probably the most cameo ridden movie in cinema. that doesnt make it good. just fun. from Robert Alda to Henny Youngman.you should make this a party movie and the one who guesses the most cameos wins a won ton
26
Manchu Eagle Murder Caper Mystery (1975,  Unrated)
Manchu Eagle Murder Caper Mystery
the best detective spoof of its day. a undiscovered B movie that is worth its weight in corn. simply halirious. and what a fine line of familiar faces. Jackie Coogan,Huntz Hall,Dick Gautier,Will Geer,Barbara Harris to name a few. the dialouge in this is movie cliche' at its best. won't someone please release it on dvd!

It Came From Hollywood (1982,  PG)
It Came From Hollywood
it was suppose to be a film version of the medvel books on bad movies. golden turkeys. but somehow it became one in the process. it has great "bad" movies and at the same time it has great movies. the comic cast was fun to see togather however.Gilda Radner Dan Ackroyd John Candy and Cheech and Chong had some commenting bits on the proceedings. this is for movie buffs who like ALL kinds of movies. it deserves a second shot on dvd
