Where the Wild Things Are

In theory this movie is not bad. But there is something missing. I took nothing from it. Its forgettable and that's tragic because the book itself has so much magical potential. I don't know what to say about it. I get that its a kids movie for adults or whatever pretentious notion people use to try to justify the gaping void this movie leaves But when you're dealing with imaginary worlds I just think they should be imaginative, that's all.

So suspenseful. Its so amazing how a good title can really contribute to a movie. This movie is brilliant in every way. That's all I can say.
