let me start by saying that the movie isn't perfect. the acting seems a bit cheesy and unbelievable at times. but despite the minor nuances, the movie has a lot to offer as it crawls towards weirdness and some nice twists to keep you locked in to the closing moments. in a nutshell, the main protagonist suffers job loss and has to relocate his family to and old house in Wisconsin as a result. however that would prove to be the least of their concerns. this one will require some thought to piece together a few things and there is some nice moments of gore and atmospheric elements that are genuinely eerie.

Nekeddo burâddo: Megyaku (Splatter: Naked Blood) Unrated

this one was nice once it got going... a young man has desires to follow in his father's footsteps of becoming a scientist... he long desired to create a means for a person not to feel pain, but instead trigger a sense of euphoria or more accurately happiness... in either case the idea was to counteract feelings of pain... he enlisted the help of 3 subjects (who are unaware of this) to conduct the experiment... the results would suggest that his experiment did work as intended, but with one interesting side-effect... it was a slow build in the beginning to develop the background of the boy and his family but as with most films of this nature, you're well rewarded for it... i knew it was going to have the blood and gore but the execution of it was quite shocking and quite entertaining... especially the one scene where we are shown how to "eat" a certain delicacy in a totally different way =^)
