One of my favourite films. Personally touched me, having lost a child. thought provoking, haunting. Superb acting.
9
The best film of 2007. A revealing look into what happened behind the wall, and a glimpse of what could happen here in America, if we allow it.

My favourite actor, David Wenham, from Better Than Sex, Three Dollars, Cosi, Sea Change, Gettin' Square -- is outstanding in his portrayal of Father Damien. Peter O'Toole and Sam Neal are also great. Beautifully written, wonderful cinematography
