love it. love it. this is -i think- a comedy of life movie should be. it's not just about the funny dialog, but also the strong character of both sides (Freeman&Nicholson). also give you a thought tha 'hey,old ppl r'nt dull, they're fun to hang out with.' it's just entertaining.

woman. daughter. grandmother. lesbian. friend. it's a movie that tells bout the complicated life of women, things that maybe for guys are invisible but yu can tell staright away what;s been botherin her just by looking at her eyes. simply moving. that kind of movies that have that specific theme 'different lives but have smthing in common that connects them'

simple, funny, romantic, a little tragic. i was surprised to see Kimura Takuya's acting in this movie. he lost his sight (being a samurai and food taster for the king that is a very big loss) but when he looks at his wife and servant his eyes are very expressive. blind but expressive, i was amazed by his performance. to me this movie is one his best performance.

john lennon is a very strong figure. even the US afraid of him. according2this doc, hippies were born (with 'make peace not war' shoutout) because of john lennon. they think that John was the next prophet. this doc also shows the spontanity of John. it's really good documentary, authentic.

the powerful plot, also the strong character, it all combines to a very terrific movie. the madness of the mathematician

the best british movie! i love the dilemma, the background, children's perspective, the punk teens. basically this is a story about how the 12year old kid survive in his wretched life (having no father, poor, bullying by kids at school) and hv nobody to turn to then came this punk free-spirited rebel teen help this kid, guide him with his own way. it's really interesting. definitely a must-watch movie

another bright acting from our most favorite actor Denzel Washington. the strong character, the plot, the main storyline itself is just so damn good.

so adorable. plus, u get to see paris and its uniquenes. i simply adore this movie

to me this is the best transvestite movie ever,it beats breakfast on pluto. i love how all the scenes and emotion r really close2evryday life situation so our emotions really moved and mixed up cuz we know this could just happen to everybody.but didnt really like the ending tho'.

my first thought seeing the movie cover was 'okay,movie about sports,as ussual,nothing new' but after i watched it,i actually like this movie. it was good and enjoyable.

so i thought this one was gonna be like Luther,but not,its just a funny movie.

another great performance by adam sandler. i love it when he was staring at this woman and said 'waow..,nobody has the right to be this beautiful' it was funny but also touching.wat i love about this movie is finally i get to see the very descriptive feeling about 9/11. it's actually a very deep movie with fine actors and actresses.
sandler's acting in this one is truly stand out performance.

maybe its just me but i feel the plot is really soft,it makes u just stay and watch.the romance itself was well written,i mean it could hv been cheesy romance but with the plot,the acting,it was all very good.
plus,freddie highmore is as always astonished me,he's the next haley joel osment,i think.
soo overall yeah,it's worth watching.
ohh and check out how freddie plays guitar -eventho it wasnt really him-,fantastic! his expressions and gestures,great.

i dont care if evrybdy says this movie sucks and all. and i hvnt read the novel nor see the original one but this movie was good,kinda creeps me out a lot tho'. i mena it was the year of 80000 and the moon was split into 2 and fall to the earth and there's this colony of albino creatures which was scary bcuz they cant stand of sunlight.
wat i observe from movies like this that it's full of hidden symbols. like moon split into 2,albino,etc i think that the writer was a genious,wide imagination.also he emphasizes that fate's smthing inevitable no matter how hard u try to turn back the time,turn back the time is goint to disturb the harmony of life itself.
so yes,this is one of my fav

from wat i hear from gamers is dat this movie sucks. i nvr see the game,but i think this movie is woth watching and i give the credit for the director for trying and it turns out great. if u like action movie,definitely add this to ur list,that's for sure.
but maybe when the scriptwriter or the director got confused making this to a movie cuz u can see sm parts r missing n confusing but then u get over it soon with all the shooting. and i think timothy olyphant did good in this movie.

for those of you romantic lovers, this is THE movie you would love to add on your fav movie list. romeo&juliet is romantic but fictiuous. this movie tells you how a man falls so deeply in love with his childhood friend (he loves her ever since they were a child). he, Cyrano Fernendez, seems -from the exterior- harsh and indifferent (and he's the gang's leader, a local hero)but every time he looks at this girl (i forgot her name) his eyes lit and he wrote poems everyday for this girl but he never shows them to her. until one moment where he was dying, he express his feelings. the drama is a new boy showd up one day and she falls for him, this boy asks Cyrano to help him expressing the love he has for this girl. so Cyrano told every poems he made for her ad make it look like it was that boy who made it. sets on caracas, venezuela.

i thought this was another okay movie but to my surprise it was a great movie! alba's acting wasn't too convincing though compared with hayden's acting.
hayden's acting was great, he has that special look and the way he acts mk ppl just want to seat there and watch, those remarkable expressive eyes. specially when he screamed as they began to took his heart out,that was so depressing.
story itself was okay, drama was good, i like the plot the back and forth plot. overall, this movie was great.

the movie itself was.., nothing special, only you get to see lagerfeld up close and personal, see "the man behind the sunglasses" as the review said.

great acting by angelina jolie. also a great movie to watch. to understand why they -terrorists- do what they do. their shallow fanaticism, act wat's best and "decent" according to their own law and religion as their shield.

i really like the story actually. we live at this moment -as we speak- that there is definitely someone who stands at the very exact spot doing their stuff but we cant see them cause they're in another dimension. and also that daemons are animals, balance between we human whom are also connected with every souls in this universe.

i never see other Alex de la Iglesia movies, but to me this movie is like a breath of fresh air. the strong storyline, the camera angle. at first i thought the allure was highly predictable, but to my surprise it was very intense and unpredictable. i love the emotions and the full explanation of every character, the satire. and also love the philosophy bit and wittgenstein's glimpse. this is definitely one of my faves.

it's another recognition of Bale's quality as method actor. he really brings new perspective and indepth in every characters he played. this one was no exception, Herzog's allure was very intense as well as detailed. It's well depicted how he describe one man's journey, right to the emotions, the phases. This movie was one of great war drama movies i've seen. But don't watch it if you don't have the patience to observe characters, which this movie emphasizes on, cause it has slow allure. but to me it's very beautiful.

the trailer looks so promising. the director has his idealism to manifest a great storyline with low budget and so this movie exists! i don't think John Cusack's fit for the role, he's not the assassin type, they should put Bale or Norton. if only this movie was done with maybe high budget and of course strong storyline&great casts. but overall, i had fun watching this one and had great laugh so i like it.

so much of a promising trailer, well captured cinematography though, the whole noir thing. the allure was too slow, the story was predictable, but Payne's emotion was nice depicted, the misery and pain he suffers that caused him numb and endlessly searching his wife's murderer. the slow motions bugged me at first, cause i thought it was needless but then this movie came from a game, so i figured it's one of those esoteric scenes only gamers would know. so overall, it was so-so.

as far as the race goes, it was pretty interesting. even when i saw the trailer, i knew it was going to be predictable but i watched it anyway, the action was good stuff though. not much too comment on this one, racing movies are always the same, it's more of a race technique that really counts.

i thought the second one was gonna be a turn off, i read it somewhere that this one was a disappointment. well, critics & all of u who dislike this movie, i don't care. i really like it and enjoyed it so much. the story was great, yes it's predictable, but the thing about this type of movie is the hidden symbols, what those characters - or mere words - or elements truly mean, what they exactly represent. yeas, i admit the romance and the CG -and even the fighting scenes were pretty dull, but that's not what i after from this type of movie.

Some parts were freakingly hilarious -and i mean it, this movie made me laugh a lot!-, but some parts were just not well-developed. But Robert Downey Jr is so fucking funny! God, even the sight of him makes me giggle, the way he talks, his bit was just freaking funny. "Cover me, limp dick fuckers!" LMFAO! Jack Black should've had more parts in this movie, it would've been more funny. And also loving all the cameos, especially Tom Cruise, i never pictured him dancing like that or shouting "Now I want you to take a step back... and literally fuck your own face!"

A true story about mafia in classiest way to be told, the story was great and those duo really captivate audience. Strong characters. I really felt Lefty's sorrow, Al as always played it perfectly well, i nearly cry seeing his character, he had one of those untold pains, he looks okay but actually he's so messed up, that makes it sad even more. Depp was also great, -at his best maybe- i like seeing him in movies like this instead of Pirates Carribean-ish.

definitely going to be on my 'fave movie of all time' list. to my surprise, i like seeing Colin Farrell in this movie. i love the satire dialogues, it's so well-written. and also loving the jokes, they were hilarious and clever at the same time. never a dull moment occurs in those 2 enjoyable hours. i love it when Farrell was all like "Huh?" while talking to that midget&prostitute, and all of a sudden said, "You two are weird. I got acid, you want some?"

i haven't seen the original version of this movie. but so far i like it, the way it flows, u wouldn't even notice that's this is a movie, the way all dialogues go is so natural. the warmth of this charming lovable movie is everywhere to be found. but for some, this movie could make u bored, but for audience who love festival movies, then this one is without a doubt a must watch movie. Juliette Binoche played it so well, being the single mother who has to take care of every little details, so much to pay attention for that she forget to take care of herself. u get the sense of deep sadness whenever she's doing some little conversation or when she's quiet, even when she's quiet she still thinks that she needs to take things and so she puts the sadness aside and just fully focus on her children. this is one beautiful movie.

i never saw daniel craig as Bond, but this movie sure did convince me. of course there's no sex scenes, casino royale & quantum of solace was the beginning of Bond's transformation, it's the early Bond -not the flamboyant one we used to see in other series-. Daniel Craig's acting was well done, he put the deeper Bond in this one. although to be honest the story was kinda lame, the plot was predictable, even the actions seem boring. but overall, i give credit only to daniel craig's convincing acting as the early Bond.

it's a so-so, the difference between the remake and the original is the first one relied on the story -the idea- whereas the remake was all about the effects. but even so, i don't think this movie sucks. it could've been much worse though, the trailer-behind the scene-interviews were so promising, made us expect too much for this movie -oh yeah and the beaming into space thingy also successfully caught my attention&intrigued me to watching this one. keanu is keanu, his roles lately have all been the same : Neo, Constantine, and now Klaatu. what i get from this movie is the director -and maybe several people- who strongly disbelieve that there's no such thing as higher power, everything must be proven logically, if u can't prove it then it doesn't exist, and so they believe that there's no god, universe was created by big bang, and to save earth instead of redeem our own mistakes, aliens have to be the only one who can save us. so the higher power to them is alien.
but that's solely just my interpretation.

Seriously not the lead actor nor the actress can act. It's too bad cause the lines aren't the most romantic lines you've ever heard, but this movie is actually great in my opinion. The love story was real, the story itself was strong, and the characters were meant to be strong-dominating scenes but instead they gave us weak performances, not believable let alone convincing. This should've been a great movie if it were played by other actor&actress. One line i remember was, "Tiap kali aku sedih, aku inget 'Satu hari nanti', terus aku jadi nggak sedih lagi." Cause that seems simple but actually it represents and touches the very deep sadness some of us feel, well to me to be exact.

This 50's version is way better than the remake. It doesn't necessary need a great special effects, the story more relates&believable.

most anticipated 09 movie for me cause it was Heath's last project. but it's also because of Terry Gilliam that intrigues me, i've read the synopsis and it just blew me away. and also because of the fact that the casts gave the money to Heath's daughter. I admit, visually this movie is sick. And the gloomy dark ambiance-nuance thing, it's really there, as if you really feel the gloomy world JLo had gone through. But the satanic figures were crazy! They really gone all the way, it's so detailed and creepy. Not creepy as crap creepy movies but creepy as if those figures were real, so believable. Part scary part amazing was when JLo's character tried to get back to the reality but somehow she can't and the devilish figures with long red cap/curtain went down and as he goes down, the curtain which surround them opened, creating dramatic effects.

Whoa. Seriously the most brilliant movie i've seen in years -the cinematography, the story, the allure- the whole thing was amazing. this is a masterpiece. The way Roy told a story was so captivating, and Catinca's acting was pure natural. Lee Pace is now one of my fave actor. And i love the Bali part, the Kecak dance, it was a great touch.
I knew i recognized the visual scenes somewhere, The Cell! It's kind of weird though cause i really hate The Cell but very much amazed by The Fall. It's not that The Cell was a crap movie, but it was because of the satanic figures who look very much real, the unpredictable storyline, and the very gloomy ambiance, they all add up and scared the hell out of me. But i now take back my opinion towards The Cell cause Tarsem Singh is a pure genius.

Simple yet full. The story was simple, predictable, but full of great characters, believable storyline, smart dialogue, tense chemistry, and romantic. It's only 1h30min but it was a great movie indeed. Frances McDormand's acting was excellent, Amy Adams's was adorable, and Lee Pace's was so great as the romantic pianist.

Well the producer & director clearly get the title & agree to stick to it, because the entire scene throughout the whole movie, you won't find a male actor or even cameo. So it's new to me, but it's good. And they showed you the original version in the special feature, and it doesn't have any male actor nor cameo either.
the story itself is about cheating, man cheating to be exact, cause the film is obviously intended how the cheating hurts women. yeah, it was a good movie, i enjoyed it.

Vaguely i remember watching this movie when i was in high school, i mean at that time where all these teens movies were booming, instead i watched this one. And vividly remember how fucken confused was i, the story was so twisted for me at that time, maybe now still is, but it gets me a lot of thinking about the whole movie, and the humans emotions, the complicated conflicts between others and the conflict within, the self-inflicted. Clooney's character was so intense, the plot was back and forth, with him remembering sweet memories to prevent him being paranoid like other staffs. and while he does that, the real image of his wife begins to show herself at his room, i was so confused about what exactly was happening with Clooney's character that i lost my focus for a while, but the ending then gave me all explanation i needed. Profound.

i have the dvd and am too scared to watch it because this is a true story. although maybe for rating's sake the director would embellishes it a little, but still somewhere not long ago, this emily rose really did experienced all these stuffs. and when it was on HBO, i thought i'd give it a try and boy was i wrong. cause it haunts me, not because it was a creepy movie but because of the fact that emily rose did exist. and to watch scenes where she was possessed by Lucifer. so the horror, and empathy i guess, were so intense. i can't bring myself to even watch the whole scenes -i watched the whole movie don't get me wrong, but if the scenes were too intense to watch i switch the channel-, it was just scarily intense.

curious about the book. saw this movie yesterday on tv, and it was pretty good. well, it could've been much better though, but it was satifying enough. cause not like other werewolf movies, -but in this movie, they all turn into wolf as a whole NOT a werewolf- where there's loads of mumbo jumbo and so hard trying to be romantic, this one doesn't try to be romantic or mysterious so in a way it's more well believable.

saw this on tv the other night. and to my surprise, this was paul walker's best movie i've seen since fast&furious. it had fast-paced allure, cool cinematography, even the simple story with amazing plot was brilliant. but it's kinda Guy Ritchie-ish i think, with the jigsaw puzzle and in the search of the evidence, they're uncover all unknown crimes-the twisted couple,the pimp,the drug dealer, etc.in all, this movie is worth to watch.

it was funny, corny jokes did good in this one.

i respect guy ritchie's effort, maybe i expected more of his 2 previous movies in this one. but this one was different, it was more of an Ego -fight within himself- self inflicted. and statham was good to my surprise

this has gotta be one of most visually awesome movies i've seen. the first 15 minutes and it hooked you good, the special effects were all amazing. but that's about it i'm afraid, the story didn't make sense.

Bale's acting quality is just brilliant, kudos for this method actor. The story was amazing, i love the ending. This movie is simply a must watch. The movie was set in Barcelona, but the crews did an excellent job, cause it doesn't look like Barcelona at all.

good movie. kinda reminds me of Little Manhattan. the kind of movies that based on child's perspective. i remember Vitus's question, "Why is sex really matter for adults? It's just an exchange between two liquids. We can wait for that." I was just stunned,it's his naive mind talking but at the same time it's true. it's fun to watch how smart kid thinks.

BAHAHAHHAHAHAH! i laughed a lot during this movie, the jokes were all funny. i had low expectation when i was watching this one, cause the first one uhmm wasn't funny at all. but this one, i love it! the sequel is even better. all the casts were all fit for the characters. RIP Bernie Mac.

The story could've been a lot more interesting because the whole thing wa quite intriguing. but over all, this movie was okay. Guy Pearce and Jim Caviezel, those two were the only thing that kept me going, they just stood out. It could've been much better movie though, seeing the mystery it has.

I watched this movie couple of years ago at my college, i thought, "Yeah sure why not, it's Tim Burton's." Though i don't usually like this type of movie, my friends were all eager to see it. The entire movie, i was hooked, it looks like a simple movie with a simple story, but to me it was more than that. Love has no boundaries and true love never dies, no matter how many times i heard these sayings, i never bother to think about them, but then here it was a simple movie that made me think how true those saying are.

Brilliant is the quip word to describe this movie. Whatever happens to this kind of movie? Nolan is a genius when it comes to back and forth allure. The whole time i was stunned with how amazing this movie is! Cause at the same time this movie offers you the ending but also the beginning so you can see step by step how the story ends & begins. The story itself wasn't confusing, but the way Nolan puts everything together is a masterpiece. Guy Pearce was so fit for the part. It's a great movie, but if you think about it, it's also sad. Here he was, trying to hold on to something, he was so convinced about how his life is so important, that somehow his purpose of life is meaningful, so he can live his life and not caring about his illness, but only to find nothing. The tattoo part was pretty awesome. But i love how he pictured himself being this Sammy Jenkins, and you can even see glimpse of it when Sammy a.k.a Leonard was in the hospital. Great great great movie indeed.

Not what i was expected to be, i though this was just another romantic comedy with some cheesy lines. But the trailer seemed romantic. And so i watched it, it captivated me -the whole thing ; the story, the chemistry between James & Sienna, the jokes, the romance, and i could careless about the songs. I was blown away by all the scenes, and always expecting what the next scene going to be. Worth seeing movie, seriously. It never made a blockbuster movie, but that's why this movie is great. Simple yet profound. And as James Franco fan, i gotta say, "Come here Tigerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!"

I love this movie. Though after couple of scenes I noticed the predictability of this movie, Depp's performance is intriguing.

Okay, to be honest this movie would be a lot better with different actors. I just don't feel Charlie Sheen and Michael Douglas's acting. The story itself is very interesting. Wall street world up close and personal, it's already compelling.

"I love u so much it makes no sense." One of my favorite quotes of all time. It's a finnish movie. It's a simple story really, maybe for some this is just another romantic movie. But I find it interesting cause i get to see movie from Finland. It tells a story about a woman from rich and well-educated family who falls in love with another man, when in fact she already has fiance. The other man who she's in love with is a somewhat well-known DJ and quite the opposite of her, he's more of a rebel. They first met in recording company, she's trying to get a record deal because then she would dropped herself out from medical exam and just become a singer. And so somewhere along the way, they fall in love. He falls in love with her but only to find she has a fiance and probably her family wouldn't like him either. It's romantic in its own way.

Convincing acting by Robin Williams. I never doubt his quality as an actor, but this movie make him stand out even more as a brilliant actor. His portray as this scary psycho stalker is somewhat disturbing and surprising. Great performance and good movie.

Decent movie, a realistic one. Also decent acting by Josh Hartnett. His quality acting really increases for the past few years, even though i can never see him as his characters, but this movie was worth to watch. With interesting storyline, it's about a struggle of young DotCom millionaire, inside look from what's really going on behind the business. It opens my eyes about the DotCom business, honestly. The romance was okay.

This movie was based on true story. Great casts, and maybe some would find this movie a bit too slow and not too many actions packed in it, but surely you will enjoy this movie. Sophie Marceau was very convincing. What i love about this movie is at last i get to see a movie about conspiracy and war from woman's POV.

Well, the story itself was actually interesting, but not as intriguing as i thought it would be. But to be honest, i like this movie, i appreciate the director's own interpretation about what's actually going on to those who died in such trauma, why they still wander around, and the depressing trauma apparently causes them to be in a state of short term memory lost. After a while, the ending is pretty predictable but i still consider this as my fave movie.

2 hours of intensity, well written movie. Best of '08 movie i might add. I actually feel sorry for Nixon. The casts were all great, they stood out out, each one of them. The storyline was perfect, the conflict was there, the characters were all very convincing, and i don't even care what the critics said but this movie is easily on fave movie of all time's list. And know i'm beginning to think whether or not one of those indonesian producers will someday decide to uncover Soeharto, i really wish they would do a movie about him.

Well to be honest i was disappointed a bit about this movie. But even so, this movie was worth seeing. Well delivered acting by Don Cheadle and Guy Pearce. The story was of course interesting, but after an hour, this movie seemed boring. You already know how it's going to end, how everything would turn up. The good thing about this movie is you get to see from inside look of moslem's POV, Don Cheadle's character was the best part of this movie.

Gahh i'm still in awe. I love the idea of this movie. Love story in a twisted sort of way. I never thought this story is even possible let alone can relate to everyone's emotions. Marion and Guillaume were equally amazing in this movie. The story was so twisted, the scenes were all great that it captivated you in the first 15 minutes. The games were beginning a little crazy as they grow up, but the games was also the only thing that kept them going together without expressing their endless love and so they kept holding the 'treasure'. The games may be twisted, but the way the Director puts it seems almost reliable. I just love this movie a lot!

I first saw Sally Hawkins in Jane Austen's Persuasion and she was fantastic in that. She's so loveable in every movie she's in. Without a doubt she was funny, witty, adorable in this movie! As far as the story goes, it was good. You can see how she always pleases other but then when she's all alone, she's herself. It was a highly enjoyable movie.

I get the jokes and i laughed, some lines were funny. I love Amy Poehler, she was so funny! But to be honest I was a bit disappointed, the trailer seemed hilarious. I like the theater part though, yes it's offensive, but it was also brilliant.

Great movie, powerful acting by Keira Knightley. I love how she did an amazing portrayal as Georginia, Duchess of Devonshire. Man, thank god i live in this era. Man has absolute power back in those days, though it still is in some countries. I pity Georginia, really i do, cause she had a very tough life, as a mother, as a daughter, as a wife, especially as woman in general. I applaud her patience. Powerful storyline, must watch movie.

Never before a movie slapped me hard in the face of reality, i literally pondered for one straight hour. That much this movie has affected me. It's one of those movies where almost every lines count as fave quotes of all time. Brad Pitt is now officially one my fave actor, to be honest i kind of underestimated his acting skill because of his good looks -funny thing is i never found him hot-, but after Snatch, Jesse James, Burn After Reading, and off course CCBB it changed my perspective. Well done acting by all stars. I was really captivated by the transformation of Benjamin Button, and how significant the feelings show. All the things happened in his life seem absurd yet as real as it can get, beautiful yet sad to watch. This movie made me speechless. Thank God it doesn't focus on the love story, yes it would be unbelievably touching yet standard. I haven't seen Slumdog yet, but boy i do not get why this movie didn't get the award.

Well Ladies and Gents, Guy Ritchie has done it again! Classic. It's his mark. For those who are not accustomed with Guy Ritchie movies i suggest you pay attention to every scenes cause his movies are always packed with fast paced, back and forth, somewhat random yet it all connects in the end. Each and every characters and scenes seem random, but that's the good thing, you don't which is what or who or when or where, the puzzle awaits to reveal itself --though you can predict the ending-- still it gives you thrill guessing who is actually the real badass. I love everything about this movie, the jokes were funny, the casts were all fit.

ahhhhhh i wanna watch this one so bad!

I was a little bit disappointed cause i failed to see the greatness of this movie everyone was talking about, but i do think this is a good movie -just not as good as i expected to be- STILL this is an epic one. The story was great, strong, harsh, cruel, yet true. Al's acting was undoubtedly awesome, but here's the thing : He didn't get the cuban thing, he doesn't speak like cuban or look like cuban. To me, the unforgettable acting of Al Pacino was in Godfather and Donnie Brasco, those timeless movies. I watch this movie for 2 reasons only : Al Pacino & Brian de Palma.

Oh man, i'm in great awe! The title alone is so fit. It fits the story, the character, and it describes the essence of the movie, absolutely perfect. Daniel Day Lewis's acting was effin' brilliant, he was flawless! The story was also great, yes it has a very slow allure but it was all worth it! DDL's portrayal of Daniel Plainview was unbelievably a-ma-zing. I love how the story developed slowly, how the characters were all struggling through every scenes. And how the transformation both emotionally and physically of Daniel Plainview. And Eli? Wow, that character was profoundly annoying yet a very great distraction, also an important role in Plainview's life. You can clearly see the struggle of life, faith, power, family, and everything as the story goes stronger and deeper until the last scene where Daniel Plainview said, "I'm finished." before the movie ends. This movie is wicked! That's the thing about DDL's movies, it left you with jaw dropping moments, his acting alone was HANDS DOWN so mesmerizing. This one is on my fave movies of all time's list. Well written, well produced, well acted, and well delivered.

It was a decent movie, nice story. Well acted by Josh Brolin. The portrayal of the 43rd USA president was pretty great actually, i wonder how Bush would react.

sweet sweet love story. really. cause usually when movies are on the 'romantic comedy' category, they're not even remotely romantic as the category suggests. but this one was so sweet, simple, and endearing. i don't know why but jude law's face somehow pisses me off, he looks like a prick. whoops. pardon my language.

beautiful cinematography, captivating allure. The story was actually simple, but the director decided to portray the problems of life -as in love in this movie- in a complicated way. yet it illuminates you at the end. beautiful, beautiful love story. a must watch one.

i re-watch this movie, cause at first i didn't quite like it but then after i watch it for the second time, i like it. the characters were all differents, and i love a movie that tells about random stories of random people yet somehow they're connected with each other. plus, it's an honest movie.

Outstanding acting by all casts, really. Off course Meryl Streep's portrayal as Sister Aloysius was amazing. Interesting story, but the way the story goes was the most mesmerizing. It lifts an important issue in catholic environment, and it's not even boring. Believe me, this is a 2hours movie but you won't feel it cause everything just flows in a simple way, you'll enjoy this one.

whooooot, best duo. russel crowe was like a pain in the ass in this movie, whereas leo looked like a real rebel agent. this movie was far more than i expected, this was bloody fantastic! i don't mind the long hours, it wasn't intended as an action movie i think-cause it's not action packed one, more of an intrigue and conspiracy, the business and theory behind the terrorism. great movie indeed. leo dicaprio was the star on this movie, after The Beach i lost my faith in his acting, but this one brings my faith back again.

oh man the sting jellyfish part at the end was just touching, that's how deep his love and sacrifice. he redeemed himself in ways he knew, he gathered all information and became a changed man only to sacrifice himself. will smith's guilty expression throughout two hours was remarkable, the sadness in his eyes was intense, the allure helped a lot. this movie was both touching and mesmerizing, absolutely worth your time.

It was pretty good, the story was okay actually. But the chemistry wasn't even there. And in some scenes, their acting just seemed awkward to me. But i don't know, maybe i'm being too cynical or plain blunt. It could've been a great movie though.

I watched this movie when i was still in highschool. The story was great, but i only remember one thing : DDL's character. I didn't know how amazing he was back then, all i know is that his character was so annoying, which led me to believe that he really is that person, he was THAT convincing. Leonardo was also great. And with those two combined, i was easily forget about Diaz's character. All in all, this movie is great, you should see it if you have time. Plus, it's Scorcese's, you'll never be disappointed.

safe to say, i had tons of laughter! isla fischer looks so adorably naive in this movie! and the spontaneity was hilarious! it was better than the book actually. when i saw the trailer, i was a bit disappointed cause it was supposed to be London setting, and Luke Brandon was supposed to be gentleman mysterious-ish kind of guy. Turns out, this movie was very satisfying!

Of all those superheroes or people-with-special-powers movies on TV as well as on Big screen, surely the director/scriptwriter could do way way way way wayyyyy better than this crappy movie. The trailer looked convincing i gave you that.

Ahh so this was Woody Allen's eh? It was... yea okay, i thought it was going to be provocative or somewhat conspiracy behind an affair, but it was plain about an affair. But i love the police parts, haha that is so true -some people are just lucky. Everything falls into the right place so Chris Wilton doesn't have to cover anything. I can relate to Scarlett's acting in Black Dahlia, she was okay in it, but in this one whoa. Also Rhys Meyer's? Wth happened? He was good in Tudors and in other movies, the scene where he was crying in the taxi was just awful. But i admit the chemistry was there. And that's that.
