100
The Time Machine (2002,  PG-13)
The Time Machine
i dont care if evrybdy says this movie sucks and all. and i hvnt read the novel nor see the original one but this movie was good, kinda creeps me out a lot tho'. i mena it was the year of 80000 and the moon was split into 2 and fall to the earth and there's this colony of albino creatures which was scary bcuz they cant stand of sunlight.
wat i observe from movies like this that it's full of hidden symbols. like moon split into 2,albino,etc i think that the writer was a genious, wide imagination.also he emphasizes that fate's smthing inevitable no matter how hard u try to turn back the time, turn back the time is goint to disturb the harmony of life itself.
so yes, this is one of my fav

The Water Horse: Legend of the Deep
surprisingly good. but i always hv soft spots for movies with animal-kids bonding theme so yeah i think this one was touching.
the view was incredibly beautiful.
the story was good but not quite strong.

125
I Am Legend (2007,  PG-13)
I Am Legend
by far best will smith's acting ever. 2 full hours of smith's frames but i didnt get bored. and most brilliant movie about zombies.
its one of doz reflective movies. i hvnt read the book yet and am interested2read it,many mssgs there i think. for example human itself who destroy the humanity itself, that we've lost humanity in this world and we always compete with each other and the battle against ourselves is the most difficult of all battles in the world.hats of for the idea.
126
Cyrano Fernández (2007,  Unrated)
Cyrano Fernández
for those of you romantic lovers, this is THE movie you would love to add on your fav movie list. romeo&juliet is romantic but fictiuous. this movie tells you how a man falls so deeply in love with his childhood friend (he loves her ever since they were a child). he, Cyrano Fernendez, seems -from the exterior- harsh and indifferent (and he's the gang's leader, a local hero)but every time he looks at this girl (i forgot her name) his eyes lit and he wrote poems everyday for this girl but he never shows them to her. until one moment where he was dying, he express his feelings. the drama is a new boy showd up one day and she falls for him, this boy asks Cyrano to help him expressing the love he has for this girl. so Cyrano told every poems he made for her ad make it look like it was that boy who made it. sets on caracas, venezuela.

128
Awake (2007,  R)
Awake
i thought this was another okay movie but to my surprise it was a great movie! alba's acting wasn't too convincing though compared with hayden's acting.
hayden's acting was great, he has that special look and the way he acts mk ppl just want to seat there and watch, those remarkable expressive eyes. specially when he screamed as they began to took his heart out, that was so depressing.
story itself was okay, drama was good, i like the plot the back and forth plot. overall, this movie was great.
129

133
La tigre e la neve (The Tiger and the Snow) (2006,  Unrated)
La tigre e la neve (The Tiger and the Snow)
fantastic movie! everyone should see this movie, i think.
i love how benigni always adds ridiculous scene in his movies, that sad and touching movie dont hv to be sad for 2 long hours. but that is exactly mk all his movies r very touching.
his sacrifice and hardwork to find his wife, that he knew his wife was alive out there. and the closure was also very good.
predictable though.

Miss Potter
such a sweet sweet movie, but movies set in old british time always fascinate me!

Factory Girl (2007,  R)
Factory Girl
sienna's acting was undoubtedly beautiful.guy pearce?waow, didnt knew who played andy warhol until the end of the credit, such a perfect transformation and great performance!
the whole thing was actually good but i think the story wasnt strong enough,i felt like a part's missing.
this movie's about edie sedgwick, andy warhol's famous superstar. didnt really understand who's hayden's character, and turned out that he's bob dylan? dat's a shame. i mean his acting was good but not convincing enough.
but ummm overall, it's an okay movie.but guy pearce's acting is wat this movie was all about, for me at least.-pourtant j'aime pas trop andy warhol-

143
Lagerfeld Confidential (2007,  Unrated)
Lagerfeld Confidential
i always thought lagerfeld was a strict person and this movie (or documentary?) erased it all. lagerfeld was actually spontaneous, funny, independent and one hell of a true artist. all his works is flawless!
the movie itself was.., nothing special, only you get to see lagerfeld up close and personal, see "the man behind the sunglasses" as the review said.
144

Sin City
great fresh cinematography, lame plot though. haha
153
Sunshine (2007,  R)
Sunshine
bugged the crap out of me, i mean it's possibility the sun is dying.
great theme.
intense from the very beginning till the end. but i think the man who survived from the first mission,so unnecessary.
overall, good movie.
154
Jumper (2008,  PG-13)
Jumper
terrific special effects.
dont really like the story, the story about saving this milly girl is really illogical. but uhmmm i gues thats the stereotype of every superhero movies.
loves hayden! but jamie bell really took the whole scene when everytime he's in the same frame as hayden, he's dominating. worth watched the special effects, hayden, samuel l jackson&jamie's acting. other than that, nopeee

Gone Baby Gone
compelling story.i love how the plot is smooth and in a way you figure it yourself while patrick's thinking and sums up the whole evidence in his head.

164
The Other Boleyn Girl (2008,  PG-13)
The Other Boleyn Girl
sneakiest woman ever and portman played it so well.
the director pictures anne boleyn good, the sneaky, the witty, the tempter, ambiguous, desperate.
scarlett jo was pkay but portman's acting just really stands out.

168
A Mighty Heart (2007,  R)
A Mighty Heart
great acting by angelina jolie. also a great movie to watch. to understand why they -terrorists- do what they do. their shallow fanaticism, act wat's best and "decent" according to their own law and religion as their shield.
overall, one of jolie's best movie.

Earth (Disneynature's Earth) (Planet Earth) (2009,  G)
Earth (Disneynature's Earth) (Planet Earth)
best documentary ever. offers realistic points of view. very stunning. and just smart how the director combine pictures with the orchestra, complete with fighting scenes, dancing, etc.
but i cant help but always wanted to shoutout 'Luke, i am your father" whenever p.stewart's voice plus dramatize backsound hahahahaha he sounds a bit like vader.
172

The Golden Compass (2007,  PG-13)
The Golden Compass
i really like the story actually. we live at this moment -as we speak- that there is definitely someone who stands at the very exact spot doing their stuff but we cant see them cause they're in another dimension. and also that daemons are animals, balance between we human whom are also connected with every souls in this universe.
but i admit, not well delivered. bit disappointment.

178
Miss Austen Regrets (2008,  Unrated)
Miss Austen Regrets
is this the closest thing to austen's real life?
i thought her undying love was for Tom Lefroy, but turns out she had 3 men.
anyway, the movie was nicely done. showing the untold story behind her successful life as authoresse, also her family conflicts, drama, passion, naive, flirtatious, idealism. the most authentic and closest -i think- Jane Austen's identity.
179
Definitely, Maybe (2008,  PG-13)
Definitely, Maybe
romantic!
nice touch about nirvana,haha

must watch movie.
193
Perfect Stranger (2007,  R)
Perfect Stranger
great plot, really unpredictable.

i thought this movie was gonna be one of those very predictable thriller movie but as i watch it, it blows my mind how the storyline was lil bit complicated. but wat bugged me is the last scene where miles figured it all out and explaining while moving around from the TV room, hallway, kitchen -pouring a juice- wat's up with that???
but so far it's an okay movie.
194

195
Wanted (2008,  R)
Wanted
totally got audience with the ending, "This is me defending myself, what the f**k have you done lately?" it juz hits u.

and f'course Morgan Freeman shouting 'Shoot this mothaf*cka' from God in Bruce and the main assassin in Wanted.
and dont forget Jolie, she was juz perfect as a coldblooded sensual assassin.

this movie is so f**king awesome, seriously. and i dont really care for those of u who duznt like this movie.
first i thought the allure and the story wud b very much predictable& wud b like all those actions movies but man all the 2 hours, it surprised the hell out of me! and the rush, ahh loving evry minute of it!
and McAvoy is sooo hott
196
The Bank Job (2008,  R)

The Dark Knight (2008,  PG-13)
The Dark Knight
that psychotic joker was one hell of a fabulous performance!
and off course gotta love christian bale for 2 reasons : well played as batman, and being goddamn sexyyy.

American Psycho (2000,  R)
American Psycho
accute schizo slash functional psycopath.
first time seeing it was long ago and i said to myself 'omg, who is this guy?what a wacko! so fucked up, but man he's hott!'
i love how the director gave ambiguous meaning to audience, mk us guess if he really kills them all or juz in his mind.

"But there is no real me: only an entity, something illusory. And though I can hide my cold gaze, and you can shake my hand and feel flesh gripping yours and maybe you can even sense our lifestyles are probably comparable... I simply am not there."

Seriously great movie!
202

the movie was okay eventhough i don't like it but it has sm moments that really grim as it is true. go watch it if u hv time.
203
Little Women (1994,  PG)
Little Women
all time favorite movie, off course. and still annoyed by the fact that Jo didnt accept Laurie, he's freaking batman, why wud anyone refused sm1 as hott as Bale??? xDD
but it was enjoyable watching this movie, it has always been. love evry characters, love the story. u cant help but love Jo's character, so honest, fresh, lively, and adorable. also think it's best that she ended up with Friedrich, but still Jo, refusing The Dark Knight for a professor???
204
Leatherheads (2008,  PG-13)
Leatherheads

The Basketball Diaries (1995,  R)
The Basketball Diaries
whew, first time noticing Dicaprio's acting.this guy blew evryone away in this movie! all together, it was perfect. the intensity, and how Leo played drugs user, the story itself, it was just terrific.
211
Persuasion (2008,  Unrated)

212
What Happens in Vegas (2008,  PG-13)
What Happens in Vegas
great duo, love the jokes eventhough throughout it was just another predictable movie, but i mean it's a romantic comedy they're always predictable and happy ending. i nvr like Kutcher specially when he's hosting mtv punk'd, he's just too much! yelling and stuffs, U'R NOT FUNNY!

214
Hancock (2008,  PG-13)
Hancock
the beginning was so promising, it offers fresh air to the superheroes stereotype but then it losts its awesomeness at the middle and until the movie ends. but Will Smith always offered great acting so that's enough for me. and i gotta say it's kinda weird seeing C.Theron in comical role, but when i saw her dying, i was like, "Oh there's the real Theron." when she said, "Oh no, i'm stronger." and the wind goes wild, dark, etc but then that's it. wtf???
215
Street Kings (2008,  R)
Street Kings
wayy better than i expected. badass keanu is always fun to watch. love the story, the casts is freaking perfect! i love this movie a lottttt!
216
Son of Rambow (2007,  PG-13)
Son of Rambow
it's a family movie, what's not to like? it has funny moments, sweet moments, and just very enjoyable to watch.
and Chuck Bassssssssssssss, that's the first time pops up to my mind about this movie lolzzz
217
Metroland (1999,  R)
Metroland
another fab performance given by Bale. i love how the allure goes so soft and so emotional, and it's realistic. lots of people still think that what if situations happen in the past, did we make the right decisions or not. and i love the chemistry between marion&chris, that's pure love&devotion, whereas annick is just another delight&pure lust.
218
The Oxford Murders (2008,  Unrated)
The Oxford Murders
i never see other Alex de la Iglesia movies, but to me this movie is like a breath of fresh air. the strong storyline, the camera angle. at first i thought the allure was highly predictable, but to my surprise it was very intense and unpredictable. i love the emotions and the full explanation of every character, the satire. and also love the philosophy bit and wittgenstein's glimpse. this is definitely one of my faves.
219
Rescue Dawn (2007,  PG-13)
Rescue Dawn
it's another recognition of Bale's quality as method actor. he really brings new perspective and indepth in every characters he played. this one was no exception, Herzog's allure was very intense as well as detailed. It's well depicted how he describe one man's journey, right to the emotions, the phases. This movie was one of great war drama movies i've seen. But don't watch it if you don't have the patience to observe characters, which this movie emphasizes on, cause it has slow allure. but to me it's very beautiful.
220
Hauru no ugoku shiro (Howl's Moving Castle) (2005,  PG)
Hauru no ugoku shiro (Howl's Moving Castle)
beautiful. but some parts were missing though. and bale's voice was sexy as hell!
221
WALL-E (2008,  G)
WALL-E
wall-e is so cute! it'a another satire animations i think, best way to show our concern and awareness about what's going on around us is cartoon. this one was no doubt well-delivered the message.
222
Smart People (2008,  R)
Smart People
i like how the sarcasm can be found everywhere, in their conversations. this movie is as i thought it was gonna be, simple satire. and this is the first time ever i saw SJP's real acting talent. yes, her talent. not her fashion head to toe.
223
War, Inc. (2008,  R)
War, Inc.
the trailer looks so promising. the director has his idealism to manifest a great storyline with low budget and so this movie exists! i don't think John Cusack's fit for the role, he's not the assassin type, they should put Bale or Norton. if only this movie was done with maybe high budget and of course strong storyline&great casts. but overall, i had fun watching this one and had great laugh so i like it.
224
Bella (Beauty) (2006,  PG-13)
Bella (Beauty)
best romance movie ever, seriously. conversations are so related with real life, it feels like u'r watching ur friend's life. MUST WATCH MOVIE!
225
Get Smart (2008,  PG-13)
Get Smart
i'm a fan of steve carell, so whatever he does, to me it's just hilarious! i had a great laugh watching this one!
226
Martian Child (2007,  PG)
Martian Child
great movie, simple yet realistic storyline. absolutely love the points of view. one of those movies that just kept you waiting for more, questioning what's that child next move is gonna be.

seriously much better than i expected.
227
Be Kind Rewind (2008,  PG-13)
Be Kind Rewind
for some this movie may seem quirky, but to me this was the most original comedy i've seen! lovvvvvve it!
228
The Lazarus Project (2008,  Unrated)
The Lazarus Project
it was worth watching, a bit slow in some scenes, but it has a strong storyline. it's good to see Paul Walker played a deep role once in a while.
229
The Incredible Hulk (2008,  PG-13)
The Incredible Hulk
4 stars just for Ed Norton playing Hulk, Eric Bana wasnt fit for the role, i just dont like the version where Bana and Conelly was in it. Whereas Norton&Tyler's version is wayyy better than the first one.
230
Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull (2008,  PG-13)
Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull
the humor and the story, love it so much. but some scenes seem pretty dull for me.
231
My Left Foot (1989,  R)
My Left Foot
Inspiring story, well direct-made-cast movie. The whole thing about this movie is just strong, well depicted, and touching. Not too much dramas, but also not too much long paused moments, overall this movie deserves 4 thumbs up! DDL is amazing as always.
232
Journey to the Center of the Earth (Journey to the Center of the Earth 3D) (2008,  PG)
Journey to the Center of the Earth (Journey to the Center of the Earth 3D)
Anything goes with a touch of Jules Verne's story. although it doesnt emphasize Verne's a lot, but they knoe the bottom line of Verne's works. This movie is simple yet mind blowing. Love this movie. Mind the effect if you're looking for the great superb visual effects, this movie doesnt really have it, but it has a great story.
233
Le Scaphandre et le Papillon (The Diving Bell and the Butterfly) (2007,  PG-13)
Le Scaphandre et le Papillon (The Diving Bell and the Butterfly)
i know there's no such thing as perfect movie, but this one is an exceptional. it's perfect. from the very moment it begins, it just captures everything that is needed to say where this movie's gonna go. i love the angle. the story is so strong. i love the whole thing about this movie.
234
Donnie Darko (2001,  R)
Donnie Darko
another confusing plot with mind blowing ending, totally worth your time. this is by far one of the most great allure i've seen, not much movies can do this. this one's definitely my fave of all time.
235
The Black Dahlia (2006,  R)
The Black Dahlia
the plot was too long. the tense was already gone. actually the storyline was good. the casts were brilliant tho'. i'm a big fan of Eckhart!
236
Ada apa dengan cinta? (What's Up with Love?) (2002,  Unrated)
Ada apa dengan cinta? (What's Up with Love?)
most worth watching indonesian movie ever, a good damn breakthrough one! but what's with the title's translation though? they ought to do better than that! anyway, it's one of my fave movie of all time.
237
Max Payne (2008,  PG-13)
Max Payne
so much of a promising trailer, well captured cinematography though, the whole noir thing. the allure was too slow, the story was predictable, but Payne's emotion was nice depicted, the misery and pain he suffers that caused him numb and endlessly searching his wife's murderer. the slow motions bugged me at first, cause i thought it was needless but then this movie came from a game, so i figured it's one of those esoteric scenes only gamers would know. so overall, it was so-so.
238
Death Race (2008,  R)
Death Race
as far as the race goes, it was pretty interesting. even when i saw the trailer, i knew it was going to be predictable but i watched it anyway, the action was good stuff though. not much too comment on this one, racing movies are always the same, it's more of a race technique that really counts.
239
The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian (2008,  PG)
The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian
i thought the second one was gonna be a turn off, i read it somewhere that this one was a disappointment. well, critics & all of u who dislike this movie, i don't care. i really like it and enjoyed it so much. the story was great, yes it's predictable, but the thing about this type of movie is the hidden symbols, what those characters - or mere words - or elements truly mean, what they exactly represent. yeas, i admit the romance and the CG -and even the fighting scenes were pretty dull, but that's not what i after from this type of movie.
240
The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe (2005,  PG)
The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe
i never read the novel but i think it was good.
241
Tropic Thunder (2008,  R)
Tropic Thunder
Some parts were freakingly hilarious -and i mean it, this movie made me laugh a lot!-, but some parts were just not well-developed. But Robert Downey Jr is so fucking funny! God, even the sight of him makes me giggle, the way he talks, his bit was just freaking funny. "Cover me, limp dick fuckers!" LMFAO! Jack Black should've had more parts in this movie, it would've been more funny. And also loving all the cameos, especially Tom Cruise, i never pictured him dancing like that or shouting "Now I want you to take a step back... and literally fuck your own face!"
242
Donnie Brasco (1997,  R)
Donnie Brasco
A true story about mafia in classiest way to be told, the story was great and those duo really captivate audience. Strong characters. I really felt Lefty's sorrow, Al as always played it perfectly well, i nearly cry seeing his character, he had one of those untold pains, he looks okay but actually he's so messed up, that makes it sad even more. Depp was also great, -at his best maybe- i like seeing him in movies like this instead of Pirates Carribean-ish.
243
In Bruges (2008,  R)
In Bruges
definitely going to be on my 'fave movie of all time' list. to my surprise, i like seeing Colin Farrell in this movie. i love the satire dialogues, it's so well-written. and also loving the jokes, they were hilarious and clever at the same time. never a dull moment occurs in those 2 enjoyable hours. i love it when Farrell was all like "Huh?" while talking to that midget&prostitute, and all of a sudden said, "You two are weird. I got acid, you want some?"
244
Le Voyage du Ballon Rouge (The Flight of the Red Balloon) (2007,  PG)
Le Voyage du Ballon Rouge (The Flight of the Red Balloon)
i haven't seen the original version of this movie. but so far i like it, the way it flows, u wouldn't even notice that's this is a movie, the way all dialogues go is so natural. the warmth of this charming lovable movie is everywhere to be found. but for some, this movie could make u bored, but for audience who love festival movies, then this one is without a doubt a must watch movie. Juliette Binoche played it so well, being the single mother who has to take care of every little details, so much to pay attention for that she forget to take care of herself. u get the sense of deep sadness whenever she's doing some little conversation or when she's quiet, even when she's quiet she still thinks that she needs to take things and so she puts the sadness aside and just fully focus on her children. this is one beautiful movie.
245
A Knight's Tale (2001,  PG-13)
A Knight's Tale
like it!!!!!!! even the comedy and some scenes were funny, and the romance was fun to watch.
246
Veronica Guerin (2003,  R)
Veronica Guerin
cate blanchett's acting was intense and not too mention flawless as veronica guerin. eventhough there's a missing parts here&there, this movie was worth to watch.
247
The Thomas Crown Affair (1999,  R)
The Thomas Crown Affair
one of my fave movie, ah brosnan is so adorable! the perfect gentleman in this movie. well th emovie itself wasn't over the top great, it was satisfying, enough to love.
248
Kate & Leopold (2001,  PG-13)
Kate & Leopold
Loving the story, Meg Ryan's movies are always enjoyable to watch, this was no doubt one of them. Hugh Jackman also played well in this movie.
249
Romulus, My Father (2008,  R)
Romulus, My Father
it's like reading someone's biography. the child's misery is so deep i'm surprised he's normal, being in that dysfunctional family. he became mature before his age and turned out to be a great philosopher. great casts, great acting quality. another wonderful adapted movie about true life, it even intrigues me to read the book.
250
Deception (2008,  R)
Deception
well to my surprise this movie was good, it's not great but it was good. McGregor&Jackman gave wonderful performance, i never thought Hugh Jackman can be so convincing playing the bad guy. The plot was also interesting, some parts were predictable and some parts were not. But it lacks strong storyline in my opinion.
251
Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels (1999,  R)
Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels
i always have a great laugh watching this classic most authentic storyline i've ever seen! this one without a doubt going on my fave movie of all time. the casts were all brilliant, hilarious original lines, great scenes, and interesting allure. guy ritchie at its best!
252
Burn After Reading (2008,  R)
Burn After Reading
to put it in word it was a descent movie. with great characters, and each actor and actress did an awesome job. brad pitt really pulls it off as the naive somewhat narcissistic type!
253
Pineapple Express (2008,  R)
Pineapple Express
hilarious! james franco was the funniest role in this movie. rogen was okay. the jokes and the story were well delivered. at first i thought this is gonna be another regular comedy with corny lines, but as it turns out, it was hilarious!
254
Cinderella Man: The James J. Braddock Story (2005,  Unrated)
Cinderella Man: The James J. Braddock Story
excellent movie, brilliant performance by russel crowe. the whole movie iwas just stunned of crowe's acting, and the story itself is so powerful. great characters. another must watch movie, cuz it's totally worth ur time.
255
Snatch (2001,  R)
Snatch
hilariously superbe -if that's even the right words-. guy ritchie's movies are always damn brilliant, from the casts, story, and the marvelous allure. i fu*kin love this movie! normally i don't really like brad pitt, but he was great in this movie!
256
Quantum of Solace (2008,  PG-13)
Quantum of Solace
i never saw daniel craig as Bond, but this movie sure did convince me. of course there's no sex scenes, casino royale & quantum of solace was the beginning of Bond's transformation, it's the early Bond -not the flamboyant one we used to see in other series-. Daniel Craig's acting was well done, he put the deeper Bond in this one. although to be honest the story was kinda lame, the plot was predictable, even the actions seem boring. but overall, i give credit only to daniel craig's convincing acting as the early Bond.
257
The Day the Earth Stood Still (2008,  PG-13)
The Day the Earth Stood Still
it's a so-so, the difference between the remake and the original is the first one relied on the story -the idea- whereas the remake was all about the effects. but even so, i don't think this movie sucks. it could've been much worse though, the trailer-behind the scene-interviews were so promising, made us expect too much for this movie -oh yeah and the beaming into space thingy also successfully caught my attention&intrigued me to watching this one. keanu is keanu, his roles lately have all been the same : Neo, Constantine, and now Klaatu. what i get from this movie is the director -and maybe several people- who strongly disbelieve that there's no such thing as higher power, everything must be proven logically, if u can't prove it then it doesn't exist, and so they believe that there's no god, universe was created by big bang, and to save earth instead of redeem our own mistakes, aliens have to be the only one who can save us. so the higher power to them is alien.
but that's solely just my interpretation.
258
Radit & Jani (2008,  Unrated)
Radit & Jani
Seriously not the lead actor nor the actress can act. It's too bad cause the lines aren't the most romantic lines you've ever heard, but this movie is actually great in my opinion. The love story was real, the story itself was strong, and the characters were meant to be strong-dominating scenes but instead they gave us weak performances, not believable let alone convincing. This should've been a great movie if it were played by other actor&actress. One line i remember was, "Tiap kali aku sedih, aku inget 'Satu hari nanti', terus aku jadi nggak sedih lagi." Cause that seems simple but actually it represents and touches the very deep sadness some of us feel, well to me to be exact.
259
The Day the Earth Stood Still (1951,  G)
The Day the Earth Stood Still
This 50's version is way better than the remake. It doesn't necessary need a great special effects, the story more relates&believable.
260
10 Things I Hate About You (1999,  PG-13)
10 Things I Hate About You
whoa, first shakespeare rebel -sort of comedy- adapted movie ever, it was a romantic comedy for teenage, so what do you expect? personally, i enjoy watching this movie when i was in highschool.
261
Finding Nemo (2003,  G)
Finding Nemo
i love this movie! love the animation, the simple story, the jokes, lovve it.
262
The Incredibles (2004,  PG)
The Incredibles
bahahhahah i love this movie! the scene where the baby transformed into a satanic baby was hilarious!
263
The Lord of the Rings - The Return of the King (2003,  PG-13)
The Lord of the Rings - The Return of the King
it's the LOTR, who doesn't like it?
264
Ghost Town (2008,  PG-13)
Ghost Town
i like ricky gervais, so i like this one. though they could do more with this one, but even so i still like it. some bits were funny, some bits were bit romantic.
265
The Rocker (2008,  PG-13)
The Rocker
this movie is so hilarious, i had a great laugh! rainn wilson is so funny, and when he changed his looks to so called 'grown up looks', i was like, "Wait, Dwight??' hahah, but the jokes were funny, not crunchy and the important thing is this movie is not trying to be funny, cause lots of comedy movies try hard to be funny when the fact is they're not funny at all. i wish the vesuvius part were a bit longer though.
266
The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus (2009,  PG-13)
The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus
most anticipated 09 movie for me cause it was Heath's last project. but it's also because of Terry Gilliam that intrigues me, i've read the synopsis and it just blew me away. and also because of the fact that the casts gave the money to Heath's daughter. Bravo. Lots of great facts about this movie, lot of people will surely watch this one.
267
Cidade de Deus, (City of God) (2003,  R)
Cidade de Deus, (City of God)
great movie, seriously. and i love the story, the romance, the conversation, and the scenes were all original. it's one of those satire movies that would definitely be on your fave movies of all time, i know i do. love the jokes in this movie.
268
Les Chansons d'Amour (Love Songs) (2008,  Unrated)
Les Chansons d'Amour (Love Songs)
another musical movie, hmmmmmmmm i never like musical movies but being objective, it's a great movie. but to me, i think from the beginning of the movie the chemistry of ismael and julie isnt well described so i just dont really feel the tristesse d'ismael. but i love how the producer really captured ismael's emotional battle. but that erwann guy's creepy stalker.
not as good as the review, un peu decevant.
269
The Cell (2000,  R)
The Cell
I admit, visually this movie is sick. And the gloomy dark ambiance-nuance thing, it's really there, as if you really feel the gloomy world JLo had gone through. But the satanic figures were crazy! They really gone all the way, it's so detailed and creepy. Not creepy as crap creepy movies but creepy as if those figures were real, so believable. Part scary part amazing was when JLo's character tried to get back to the reality but somehow she can't and the devilish figures with long red cap/curtain went down and as he goes down, the curtain which surround them opened, creating dramatic effects.
270
The Fall (2006,  R)
The Fall
Whoa. Seriously the most brilliant movie i've seen in years -the cinematography, the story, the allure- the whole thing was amazing. this is a masterpiece. The way Roy told a story was so captivating, and Catinca's acting was pure natural. Lee Pace is now one of my fave actor. And i love the Bali part, the Kecak dance, it was a great touch.
I knew i recognized the visual scenes somewhere, The Cell! It's kind of weird though cause i really hate The Cell but very much amazed by The Fall. It's not that The Cell was a crap movie, but it was because of the satanic figures who look very much real, the unpredictable storyline, and the very gloomy ambiance, they all add up and scared the hell out of me. But i now take back my opinion towards The Cell cause Tarsem Singh is a pure genius.
271
Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day (2008,  PG-13)
Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day
Simple yet full. The story was simple, predictable, but full of great characters, believable storyline, smart dialogue, tense chemistry, and romantic. It's only 1h30min but it was a great movie indeed. Frances McDormand's acting was excellent, Amy Adams's was adorable, and Lee Pace's was so great as the romantic pianist.
272
Knocked Up (2007,  R)
Knocked Up
omyfreakinggoddddd why the hell would Judd Apatow show the crowning part???????????? i'm a woman and that scene totally freak me out! shit!
it was a sweet story actually but that particular scene just bum me out, seriously.
273
The Italian Job (2003,  PG-13)
The Italian Job
Norton's character is not very flattering in this movie. When i first watched this movie, i was very excited and just love this movie. I watched it again couple of days ago when it aired on TV, i was like, "Hm.. what was the big deal again?" So it's just another okay movie for me.
274
L'aile ou la cuisse (The Wing and the Thigh) (1976,  Unrated)
L'aile ou la cuisse (The Wing and the Thigh)
This movie is so great! Hilarious. It's a simple movie actually but with good jokes and lines, i had a nice laugh watching this one!
275
Confetti (2006,  R)
Confetti
hahaaaaa i like this movie, it's so entertaining, some jokes were a bit corny i admit but in a good way, we all need these type of movies once in a while
276
'Round Midnight (1986,  R)
'Round Midnight
looks nice
277
1408 (2007,  PG-13)
1408
great movie, doesn't need any high-tech special effects, cause it has great storyline, the frustrated allure, and the intense paranoid feelings. even the stage where he was first sceptical until he changed into non-sceptical person was well-depicted. though the end is predictable, i still think this is a great movie.
278
The Women (2008,  PG-13)
The Women
Well the producer & director clearly get the title & agree to stick to it, because the entire scene throughout the whole movie, you won't find a male actor or even cameo. So it's new to me, but it's good. And they showed you the original version in the special feature, and it doesn't have any male actor nor cameo either.
the story itself is about cheating, man cheating to be exact, cause the film is obviously intended how the cheating hurts women. yeah, it was a good movie, i enjoyed it.
279
Solaris (2002,  PG-13)
Solaris
Vaguely i remember watching this movie when i was in high school, i mean at that time where all these teens movies were booming, instead i watched this one. And vividly remember how fucken confused was i, the story was so twisted for me at that time, maybe now still is, but it gets me a lot of thinking about the whole movie, and the humans emotions, the complicated conflicts between others and the conflict within, the self-inflicted. Clooney's character was so intense, the plot was back and forth, with him remembering sweet memories to prevent him being paranoid like other staffs. and while he does that, the real image of his wife begins to show herself at his room, i was so confused about what exactly was happening with Clooney's character that i lost my focus for a while, but the ending then gave me all explanation i needed. Profound.
280
Then She Found Me (2007,  R)
Then She Found Me
very realistic and credible storyline.the casts were all okay, i guess. but helen hunt looks so old in this movie, even bette midler looks as if she's younger than her. colin firth's character was adorably funny!
281
The Exorcism of Emily Rose (2005,  PG-13)
The Exorcism of Emily Rose
i have the dvd and am too scared to watch it because this is a true story. although maybe for rating's sake the director would embellishes it a little, but still somewhere not long ago, this emily rose really did experienced all these stuffs. and when it was on HBO, i thought i'd give it a try and boy was i wrong. cause it haunts me, not because it was a creepy movie but because of the fact that emily rose did exist. and to watch scenes where she was possessed by Lucifer. so the horror, and empathy i guess, were so intense. i can't bring myself to even watch the whole scenes -i watched the whole movie don't get me wrong, but if the scenes were too intense to watch i switch the channel-, it was just scarily intense.
282
Blood and Chocolate (2007,  PG-13)
Blood and Chocolate
curious about the book. saw this movie yesterday on tv, and it was pretty good. well, it could've been much better though, but it was satifying enough. cause not like other werewolf movies, -but in this movie, they all turn into wolf as a whole NOT a werewolf- where there's loads of mumbo jumbo and so hard trying to be romantic, this one doesn't try to be romantic or mysterious so in a way it's more well believable.
283
Running Scared (2006,  R)
Running Scared
saw this on tv the other night. and to my surprise, this was paul walker's best movie i've seen since fast&furious. it had fast-paced allure, cool cinematography, even the simple story with amazing plot was brilliant. but it's kinda Guy Ritchie-ish i think, with the jigsaw puzzle and in the search of the evidence, they're uncover all unknown crimes-the twisted couple, the pimp, the drug dealer, etc.in all, this movie is worth to watch.
284
Smother (2007,  PG-13)
Smother
it was funny, corny jokes did good in this one.
285
Revolver (2005,  R)
Revolver
i respect guy ritchie's effort, maybe i expected more of his 2 previous movies in this one. but this one was different, it was more of an Ego -fight within himself- self inflicted. and statham was good to my surprise
286
Day Watch (Dnevnoi Dozor) (2007,  R)
Day Watch (Dnevnoi Dozor)
this has gotta be one of most visually awesome movies i've seen. the first 15 minutes and it hooked you good, the special effects were all amazing. but that's about it i'm afraid, the story didn't make sense.
287
The Machinist (2004,  R)
The Machinist
Bale's acting quality is just brilliant, kudos for this method actor. The story was amazing, i love the ending. This movie is simply a must watch. The movie was set in Barcelona, but the crews did an excellent job, cause it doesn't look like Barcelona at all.
288
Vitus (2007,  PG)
Vitus
good movie. kinda reminds me of Little Manhattan. the kind of movies that based on child's perspective. i remember Vitus's question, "Why is sex really matter for adults? It's just an exchange between two liquids. We can wait for that." I was just stunned,it's his naive mind talking but at the same time it's true. it's fun to watch how smart kid thinks.
289
Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa (2008,  PG)
Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa
BAHAHAHHAHAHAH! i laughed a lot during this movie, the jokes were all funny. i had low expectation when i was watching this one, cause the first one uhmm wasn't funny at all. but this one, i love it! the sequel is even better. all the casts were all fit for the characters. RIP Bernie Mac.
290
The Count of Monte Cristo (2002,  PG-13)
The Count of Monte Cristo
The story could've been a lot more interesting because the whole thing wa quite intriguing. but over all, this movie was okay. Guy Pearce and Jim Caviezel, those two were the only thing that kept me going, they just stood out. It could've been much better movie though, seeing the mystery it has.
291
Tim Burton's Corpse Bride (2005,  PG)
Tim Burton's Corpse Bride
I watched this movie couple of years ago at my college, i thought, "Yeah sure why not, it's Tim Burton's." Though i don't usually like this type of movie, my friends were all eager to see it. The entire movie, i was hooked, it looks like a simple movie with a simple story, but to me it was more than that. Love has no boundaries and true love never dies, no matter how many times i heard these sayings, i never bother to think about them, but then here it was a simple movie that made me think how true those saying are.
292
Edward Scissorhands (1990,  PG-13)
Edward Scissorhands
great movie. i just love it. first fell in love with depp's acting
293
Memento (2000,  R)
Memento
Brilliant is the quip word to describe this movie. Whatever happens to this kind of movie? Nolan is a genius when it comes to back and forth allure. The whole time i was stunned with how amazing this movie is! Cause at the same time this movie offers you the ending but also the beginning so you can see step by step how the story ends & begins. The story itself wasn't confusing, but the way Nolan puts everything together is a masterpiece. Guy Pearce was so fit for the part. It's a great movie, but if you think about it, it's also sad. Here he was, trying to hold on to something, he was so convinced about how his life is so important, that somehow his purpose of life is meaningful, so he can live his life and not caring about his illness, but only to find nothing. The tattoo part was pretty awesome. But i love how he pictured himself being this Sammy Jenkins, and you can even see glimpse of it when Sammy a.k.a Leonard was in the hospital. Great great great movie indeed.

Camille (2007,  PG-13)
Camille
Not what i was expected to be, i though this was just another romantic comedy with some cheesy lines. But the trailer seemed romantic. And so i watched it, it captivated me -the whole thing ; the story, the chemistry between James & Sienna, the jokes, the romance, and i could careless about the songs. I was blown away by all the scenes, and always expecting what the next scene going to be. Worth seeing movie, seriously. It never made a blockbuster movie, but that's why this movie is great. Simple yet profound. And as James Franco fan, i gotta say, "Come here Tigerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!"
295
Secret Window (2004,  PG-13)
Secret Window
I love this movie. Though after couple of scenes I noticed the predictability of this movie, Depp's performance is intriguing.
296
Wall Street (1987,  R)
Wall Street
Okay, to be honest this movie would be a lot better with different actors. I just don't feel Charlie Sheen and Michael Douglas's acting. The story itself is very interesting. Wall street world up close and personal, it's already compelling.

Beauty and the Bastard (Tytto sina olet tahti) (2005,  Unrated)
Beauty and the Bastard (Tytto sina olet tahti)
"I love u so much it makes no sense." One of my favorite quotes of all time. It's a finnish movie. It's a simple story really, maybe for some this is just another romantic movie. But I find it interesting cause i get to see movie from Finland. It tells a story about a woman from rich and well-educated family who falls in love with another man, when in fact she already has fiance. The other man who she's in love with is a somewhat well-known DJ and quite the opposite of her, he's more of a rebel. They first met in recording company, she's trying to get a record deal because then she would dropped herself out from medical exam and just become a singer. And so somewhere along the way, they fall in love. He falls in love with her but only to find she has a fiance and probably her family wouldn't like him either. It's romantic in its own way.

One Hour Photo (2002,  R)
One Hour Photo
Convincing acting by Robin Williams. I never doubt his quality as an actor, but this movie make him stand out even more as a brilliant actor. His portray as this scary psycho stalker is somewhat disturbing and surprising. Great performance and good movie.

August (2008,  R)
August
Decent movie, a realistic one. Also decent acting by Josh Hartnett. His quality acting really increases for the past few years, even though i can never see him as his characters, but this movie was worth to watch. With interesting storyline, it's about a struggle of young DotCom millionaire, inside look from what's really going on behind the business. It opens my eyes about the DotCom business, honestly. The romance was okay.

Les Femmes de l'Ombre (Female Agents) (2008,  Unrated)
Les Femmes de l'Ombre (Female Agents)
This movie was based on true story. Great casts, and maybe some would find this movie a bit too slow and not too many actions packed in it, but surely you will enjoy this movie. Sophie Marceau was very convincing. What i love about this movie is at last i get to see a movie about conspiracy and war from woman's POV.
301
City of Angels (1998,  PG-13)
City of Angels
Whooot all time fave. Deeply moving, simply engaging. Cage's best performance. Love has no boundaries, limitless.
302
Passengers (2008,  PG-13)
Passengers
Well, the story itself was actually interesting, but not as intriguing as i thought it would be. But to be honest, i like this movie, i appreciate the director's own interpretation about what's actually going on to those who died in such trauma, why they still wander around, and the depressing trauma apparently causes them to be in a state of short term memory lost. After a while, the ending is pretty predictable but i still consider this as my fave movie.
303
Frost/Nixon (2008,  R)
Frost/Nixon
2 hours of intensity, well written movie. Best of '08 movie i might add. I actually feel sorry for Nixon. The casts were all great, they stood out out, each one of them. The storyline was perfect, the conflict was there, the characters were all very convincing, and i don't even care what the critics said but this movie is easily on fave movie of all time's list. And know i'm beginning to think whether or not one of those indonesian producers will someday decide to uncover Soeharto, i really wish they would do a movie about him.
304
Traitor (2008,  PG-13)
Traitor
Well to be honest i was disappointed a bit about this movie. But even so, this movie was worth seeing. Well delivered acting by Don Cheadle and Guy Pearce. The story was of course interesting, but after an hour, this movie seemed boring. You already know how it's going to end, how everything would turn up. The good thing about this movie is you get to see from inside look of moslem's POV, Don Cheadle's character was the best part of this movie.
305
Love Me If You Dare (Jeux d'enfants) (2004,  R)
Love Me If You Dare (Jeux d'enfants)
Cap ou pas cap?
Gahh i'm still in awe. I love the idea of this movie. Love story in a twisted sort of way. I never thought this story is even possible let alone can relate to everyone's emotions. Marion and Guillaume were equally amazing in this movie. The story was so twisted, the scenes were all great that it captivated you in the first 15 minutes. The games were beginning a little crazy as they grow up, but the games was also the only thing that kept them going together without expressing their endless love and so they kept holding the 'treasure'. The games may be twisted, but the way the Director puts it seems almost reliable. I just love this movie a lot!
306
Happy-Go-Lucky (2008,  R)
Happy-Go-Lucky
I first saw Sally Hawkins in Jane Austen's Persuasion and she was fantastic in that. She's so loveable in every movie she's in. Without a doubt she was funny, witty, adorable in this movie! As far as the story goes, it was good. You can see how she always pleases other but then when she's all alone, she's herself. It was a highly enjoyable movie.
307
Hamlet 2 (2008,  R)
Hamlet 2
I get the jokes and i laughed, some lines were funny. I love Amy Poehler, she was so funny! But to be honest I was a bit disappointed, the trailer seemed hilarious. I like the theater part though, yes it's offensive, but it was also brilliant.
308
The Duchess (2008,  PG-13)
The Duchess
Great movie, powerful acting by Keira Knightley. I love how she did an amazing portrayal as Georginia, Duchess of Devonshire. Man, thank god i live in this era. Man has absolute power back in those days, though it still is in some countries. I pity Georginia, really i do, cause she had a very tough life, as a mother, as a daughter, as a wife, especially as woman in general. I applaud her patience. Powerful storyline, must watch movie.
309
Good Will Hunting (1997,  R)
Good Will Hunting
very well worth movie to watch, seriously go watch it if u haven't see this one!

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button (2008,  PG-13)
The Curious Case of Benjamin Button
Never before a movie slapped me hard in the face of reality, i literally pondered for one straight hour. That much this movie has affected me. It's one of those movies where almost every lines count as fave quotes of all time. Brad Pitt is now officially one my fave actor, to be honest i kind of underestimated his acting skill because of his good looks -funny thing is i never found him hot-, but after Snatch, Jesse James, Burn After Reading, and off course CCBB it changed my perspective. Well done acting by all stars. I was really captivated by the transformation of Benjamin Button, and how significant the feelings show. All the things happened in his life seem absurd yet as real as it can get, beautiful yet sad to watch. This movie made me speechless. Thank God it doesn't focus on the love story, yes it would be unbelievably touching yet standard. I haven't seen Slumdog yet, but boy i do not get why this movie didn't get the award.
311
RocknRolla (2008,  R)
RocknRolla
Well Ladies and Gents, Guy Ritchie has done it again! Classic. It's his mark. For those who are not accustomed with Guy Ritchie movies i suggest you pay attention to every scenes cause his movies are always packed with fast paced, back and forth, somewhat random yet it all connects in the end. Each and every characters and scenes seem random, but that's the good thing, you don't which is what or who or when or where, the puzzle awaits to reveal itself --though you can predict the ending-- still it gives you thrill guessing who is actually the real badass. I love everything about this movie, the jokes were funny, the casts were all fit.

Three Colors: Blue (Trois couleurs: Bleu)
ahhhhhh i wanna watch this one so bad!
313
Scarface (1983,  R)
Scarface
I was a little bit disappointed cause i failed to see the greatness of this movie everyone was talking about, but i do think this is a good movie -just not as good as i expected to be- STILL this is an epic one. The story was great, strong, harsh, cruel, yet true. Al's acting was undoubtedly awesome, but here's the thing : He didn't get the cuban thing, he doesn't speak like cuban or look like cuban. To me, the unforgettable acting of Al Pacino was in Godfather and Donnie Brasco, those timeless movies. I watch this movie for 2 reasons only : Al Pacino & Brian de Palma.
314
There Will Be Blood (2007,  R)
There Will Be Blood
Oh man, i'm in great awe! The title alone is so fit. It fits the story, the character, and it describes the essence of the movie, absolutely perfect. Daniel Day Lewis's acting was effin' brilliant, he was flawless! The story was also great, yes it has a very slow allure but it was all worth it! DDL's portrayal of Daniel Plainview was unbelievably a-ma-zing. I love how the story developed slowly, how the characters were all struggling through every scenes. And how the transformation both emotionally and physically of Daniel Plainview. And Eli? Wow, that character was profoundly annoying yet a very great distraction, also an important role in Plainview's life. You can clearly see the struggle of life, faith, power, family, and everything as the story goes stronger and deeper until the last scene where Daniel Plainview said, "I'm finished." before the movie ends. This movie is wicked! That's the thing about DDL's movies, it left you with jaw dropping moments, his acting alone was HANDS DOWN so mesmerizing. This one is on my fave movies of all time's list. Well written, well produced, well acted, and well delivered.
315
W. (2008,  PG-13)
W.
It was a decent movie, nice story. Well acted by Josh Brolin. The portrayal of the 43rd USA president was pretty great actually, i wonder how Bush would react.
316
The Holiday (2006,  PG-13)
The Holiday
sweet sweet love story. really. cause usually when movies are on the 'romantic comedy' category, they're not even remotely romantic as the category suggests. but this one was so sweet, simple, and endearing. i don't know why but jude law's face somehow pisses me off, he looks like a prick. whoops. pardon my language.
317
The Fountain (2006,  PG-13)
The Fountain
beautiful cinematography, captivating allure. The story was actually simple, but the director decided to portray the problems of life -as in love in this movie- in a complicated way. yet it illuminates you at the end. beautiful, beautiful love story. a must watch one.
318
Private Fears in Public Places (Coeurs) (2007,  Unrated)
Private Fears in Public Places (Coeurs)
i re-watch this movie, cause at first i didn't quite like it but then after i watch it for the second time, i like it. the characters were all differents, and i love a movie that tells about random stories of random people yet somehow they're connected with each other. plus, it's an honest movie.
319
Doubt (2008,  PG-13)
Doubt
Outstanding acting by all casts, really. Off course Meryl Streep's portrayal as Sister Aloysius was amazing. Interesting story, but the way the story goes was the most mesmerizing. It lifts an important issue in catholic environment, and it's not even boring. Believe me, this is a 2hours movie but you won't feel it cause everything just flows in a simple way, you'll enjoy this one.
320
Body of Lies (2008,  R)
Body of Lies
whooooot, best duo. russel crowe was like a pain in the ass in this movie, whereas leo looked like a real rebel agent. this movie was far more than i expected, this was bloody fantastic! i don't mind the long hours, it wasn't intended as an action movie i think-cause it's not action packed one, more of an intrigue and conspiracy, the business and theory behind the terrorism. great movie indeed. leo dicaprio was the star on this movie, after The Beach i lost my faith in his acting, but this one brings my faith back again.
321
Seven Pounds (2008,  PG-13)
Seven Pounds
oh man the sting jellyfish part at the end was just touching, that's how deep his love and sacrifice. he redeemed himself in ways he knew, he gathered all information and became a changed man only to sacrifice himself. will smith's guilty expression throughout two hours was remarkable, the sadness in his eyes was intense, the allure helped a lot. this movie was both touching and mesmerizing, absolutely worth your time.
322
Claudia/Jasmine (2008,  Unrated)
Claudia/Jasmine
It was pretty good, the story was okay actually. But the chemistry wasn't even there. And in some scenes, their acting just seemed awkward to me. But i don't know, maybe i'm being too cynical or plain blunt. It could've been a great movie though.
323
Paris (,  R)

Vantage Point (2008,  PG-13)
Vantage Point
niceeee, finally an action movie with different and very interesting points of view, movement, plot, evrything about it is just so damn good.
it's 1hr30min of tense, but u'r very well satisfied at the end and dat 1hr30min kinda feel just fly by cuz u'r really payig attention about wat was happened.the story is simple about assasination plan of us president, but with very great perspectives.
325
Ocean's Thirteen (2007,  PG-13)
Ocean's Thirteen
terrificccc, far more great than the second one and much better than the first one.
326
Gangs of New York (2002,  R)
Gangs of New York
I watched this movie when i was still in highschool. The story was great, but i only remember one thing : DDL's character. I didn't know how amazing he was back then, all i know is that his character was so annoying, which led me to believe that he really is that person, he was THAT convincing. Leonardo was also great. And with those two combined, i was easily forget about Diaz's character. All in all, this movie is great, you should see it if you have time. Plus, it's Scorcese's, you'll never be disappointed.
327
Confessions of a Shopaholic (2009,  PG)
Confessions of a Shopaholic
safe to say, i had tons of laughter! isla fischer looks so adorably naive in this movie! and the spontaneity was hilarious! it was better than the book actually. when i saw the trailer, i was a bit disappointed cause it was supposed to be London setting, and Luke Brandon was supposed to be gentleman mysterious-ish kind of guy. Turns out, this movie was very satisfying!
328
Push (2009,  PG-13)
Push
Of all those superheroes or people-with-special-powers movies on TV as well as on Big screen, surely the director/scriptwriter could do way way way way wayyyyy better than this crappy movie. The trailer looked convincing i gave you that.
329
Match Point (2005,  R)
Match Point
Ahh so this was Woody Allen's eh? It was... yea okay, i thought it was going to be provocative or somewhat conspiracy behind an affair, but it was plain about an affair. But i love the police parts, haha that is so true -some people are just lucky. Everything falls into the right place so Chris Wilton doesn't have to cover anything. I can relate to Scarlett's acting in Black Dahlia, she was okay in it, but in this one whoa. Also Rhys Meyer's? Wth happened? He was good in Tudors and in other movies, the scene where he was crying in the taxi was just awful. But i admit the chemistry was there. And that's that.
330
Soapdish (1991,  PG-13)
Soapdish
A very hilarious movie! Sally Field's character was so funny. And not just that, each character was all funny! I love how it sets in a studio while they were filming the soap "The Sun in The Sands". Lots of laugh!
331
Beverly Hills Chihuahua (2008,  PG)
Beverly Hills Chihuahua
Hmphhh not bad.
"Mi corazon!" George Lopez was funny. All the dogs are so cute!
I love the "I never had my teeth brushed before. It's minty!" part.
332
The Order (The Sin Eater) (2003,  R)
The Order (The Sin Eater)
I never heard of this movie until it was played on my local tv last night. It was.. well pretty interesting. I admit it's not the greatest movie and lack of plot. But to me, it was interesting to watch another different interpretation about sins, some gone to heaven and some gone to hell -we all know that-, but the point was before they die, the director/scriptwriter had an idea that there are chosen people out there whose job is to release all sins and forgive the sinners. But the consequence was they live immortal, with a lifetime burden with sins these people committed. Also a glimpse look about religion, emphasizing about Vatican and their old doctrines. Reminds me of Angels&Demons.
333
From Hell (2001,  R)
From Hell
I suddenly remember about this movie because yesterday Cinemax was playing The Ripper (1997), and i looked it up on Flixster but i found this instead. Since i watched it long time ago then why the heck not give a rating. And don't ask me why i keep rambling here :s So here's my review. As a detective, Depp's acting was okay, but somehow i keep picturing him as Edward Scissorhands -haha i know, random-. The plot was great, it kept you guessing. Still, it's not the movie that intrigues me, it's the true story about Jack The Ripper that keeps haunting me. Its brutality is beyond human.
334
Good Luck Chuck (2007,  R)
Good Luck Chuck
Well thank god i didn't waste my money. It's not horrible, it's just plain typical.
335
A Girl Like Me: The Gwen Araujo Story (2006,  Unrated)
A Girl Like Me: The Gwen Araujo Story
Well done. I would've never known this story if i hadn't watch this movie. I didn't knew it was based on true story, it's too cruel to be true. The portrayal of Gwen's character was so intense, it's as if you can feel her misery. It really shows how gays feel. Gwen/Eddie feels she didn't belong in any community, both female as well as male world. I really felt sorry for Gwen, she seemed such a sweet girl who just want to be loved. Then it struck me when i read at the end of credit that this was true story. Nice acting by all casts. I don't know about the authenticity of its true fact, but to me it seemed pretty original. A must watch movie, really.
336
Sleepy Hollow (1999,  R)
Sleepy Hollow
Very interesting movie for me when i was just a teenage girl. I love the noir part. And the headless horseman, so creepy. This is the kind of movie that you would see over and over again. One of Depp's best movie. To me, Burton's most brilliant work.
337
Road to Perdition (2002,  R)
Road to Perdition
Whoa. Great movie, indeed. Tom Hanks was amazing as usual, but Jude Law's transformation was somewhat mesmerizing, in here and in Sleuth. The mute shooting when it was raining was brilliant. The story was also great, not too mention the casts! All in all A MUST SEE, i highly recommend it.
338
Love and Other Disasters (2006,  R)
Love and Other Disasters
Well it was actually enjoyable, cause i usually don't like Brittany Murphy. But since i've always loved London setting (and early 20's) so i thought i gave it a try. And like i said it was enjoyable, it was funny, cute, and rather sweet story! It was delightful!
339
28 Weeks Later... (2007,  R)
28 Weeks Later...
It's not worse nor better than the first one. It's a decent zombie flick. I mean what d'u honestly expect from a zombie movie? A plot? A strong storyline? It's about running away, the entire movie that's what it's about.
340
Chromophobia (2005,  Unrated)
Chromophobia
It was... complicated, a bit provocative, but well written and worth watching. Great casts.
341
Slumdog Millionaire (2008,  R)
Slumdog Millionaire
A very interesting and entertaining movie for the whole 2 hours. Unique idea for a movie. It reveals a short history of nearly everything in India, but it was well develop, well written. It's about Jamal's life, but at the same time, it was about India, and also about love. Brilliant. No wonder Oscar went to Slumdog Award, it's like a breath of fresh air in movie industry especially in Hollywood cause similar story like this can be found in european or african or even asian movie industry. So i still think CCBB is better than Slumdog.
342
Rendition (2007,  R)
Rendition
I watched the behind-the-scene a.k.a the making of this movie. It was so great it hooked me. The movie was typical in my opinion, just like any other conspiracy movies. But then again movies like this open our eyes about what's actually going on, things we didn't know, or we know but we just don't want to accept it. So for me this movie was amusing.
343
Role Models (2008,  R)
Role Models
LOL i love this movie! The jokes were hilarious and sarcastic and also highly laughable, which is why i enjoy it! It was so hilarious, i laugh couple of times during this movie. The lines were just funny, i really didn't expect this movie to be that funny. I never think Sean William Scott funny, but both him and Paul Rudd were great duo. And Sweeney and Martin, nice additions! I love Rudd's character, especially when he insisted that venti means twenty, "So congratulations, you're stupid in 3 languages." And the kids??? Lolzzz, It's just too much!
344
Bride Wars (2009,  PG)
Bride Wars
Well, the trailer made this movie look hilarious. But it's not, it's another typical movie, either i'm not in the mood or this movie really isn't that special nor funny. I feel sorry for Anne, everytime she plays in a movie, her co-star -be it an actress or actor or child actor- always outshine her. In Prada, Emily Blunt was the star in that movie (after Meryl Streep of course), Brokeback Mountain? Critics weren't paying attention to her acting at all. And Hudson was more prominent, the character was more interesting in this movie, at least that's what i think.
345
Bandidas (2007,  PG-13)
Bandidas
It was funny, really. They were both funny, i really thought this movie would suck. I mean aren't they famous for being sexy? So i thought it would be another typical movie, but it was better, i even laugh couple of times of their stupidity.
346
Robin Hood - Men in Tights (1993,  PG-13)
Robin Hood - Men in Tights
Well this movie was hysterical when i was teenage, but as the years go the hysterical parts seem plain, but still enjoyable.
347
What Just Happened? (2008,  R)
What Just Happened?
What a movie, with all the great casts -except Kristen Stewart wth is she doing there she couldn't even act-, the movie could've been great. I'm a bit disappointed honestly. But at least it was honest. Remember Bale's ranting tirade? Yeaaaa, it's just not him, every actor or producer or whoever works in movie industry they all have outburst sometimes, watch this movie if you don't believe me. It's just how movie industry works.
348
Yes Man (2008,  PG-13)
Yes Man
Just like any other Carrey's movies, they're all the same. That doesn't mean it's disappointing, i just expect something new and fresh. But all in all, it was okay.
349
Echelon Conspiracy (2009,  PG-13)
Echelon Conspiracy
Same story as Eagle Eye, but to me this one was better than Eagle Eye. Not the most great casts i've seen, i admit. But even as an attempt, i so prefer this one rather than Eagle Eye. Yea sure if you're looking for a better action flick with similar storyline, Eagle Eye wins. But this movie was a lot more enjoyable, it's about conspiracy, so the main crisis situation describes it as it is. Eagle Eye was good, but with the big promotions and ads everywhere i really thought it was going to be a very brilliant movie. Although both of them have the same predictable storyline, Echelon Conspiracy was a lot more reliable. And eventhough Shane West's acting was slightly convincing, his character as an average man who doesn't really comprehend the technology was satisfying enough.
350
The Accidental Husband (2009,  PG-13)
The Accidental Husband
I only see this movie to see Denny Duquette. I mean Jeffrey Dean Morgan mwahahahahh. As far as the movie goes, it was alright. I'm surprised Uma can play comedy, and she's actually funny. Especially the drunk scene in a bar, that was funny. And as for the story, come on it's a romantic comedy story, what else do you expect? Yes of course it was predictable, but still a girl needs a cute romantic comedy once and a while, be it in a movie form i don't care, i enjoyed it.
351
Inkheart (2009,  PG)
Inkheart
Very entertaining family movie, i enjoyed it thoroughly. So Bedtime Stories, was it just a copycat of Inkheart? Cause this one came out first, the book i mean.
LOLLL i'm sorry but the cast column in right puts Gollum's face for Andy Serkis, come onnn that's just mean. And hilarious.
352
Underworld (2003,  R)
Underworld
One of my fave movies about vamps and werewolves. I especially like the werewolves part. And as for the vamps, i don't see the sophisticated and aristocratic part.
353
Underworld: Evolution (2006,  R)
Underworld: Evolution
Well i remember liking this movie, but now i seem to forget what's the great part. I might have to watch this movie again, pump up my memory.
354
Underworld: The Rise of the Lycans (2009,  R)
Underworld: The Rise of the Lycans
I'm trying not to be sarcastic here, but uhmmm this was the worst Underworld so far. Granted i now understand a little of its sequels. I wonder if it were Jolie who plays as Sonja and Eric Bana as Lucian, that would make a great cast, still lame storyline though.
355
Bedtime Stories (2008,  PG)
Bedtime Stories
Guy Pearce, Adam Sandler, Russel Brand in Disney movies. Whoah, what are the odds? And i still can't believe Guy Pearce can pull a comedy side! That was so rare, and rather hilarious i must say. It was funny. But the thing is i never like Adam Sandler's jokes, i don't think it's funny, the way he makes up sound and accent and stuffs..yea not my kind of jokes. Russel Brand was funny though!
356
Marley & Me (2008,  PG)
Marley & Me
I'm such a sucker for movies about animal, especially when the animals have to suffer and then die in the end. To make matter more sad, this one is a true story, so i cried hard when Marley was about to die. I really really cried hard. Gosh he was so cute! This movie was surprisingly great, i thought this was gonna be another cute dog movie, but it's not. It's about life. And Owen & Aniston have a very good chemistry. Marley&Me is definitely going on my fave movie of all time's list.
357
Gattaca (1997,  PG-13)
Gattaca
Well done performance by all casts. This is easily one of my fave movies of all time.
358
Equilibrium (2002,  R)
Equilibrium
gr8 movie. first time i noticed the brilliant acting by christian bale
359
Superstar (1999,  PG-13)
Superstar
I was LMAO-ing, cause some parts were really hilarious! Especially the part where she prayed in church, you can't barely hear her prayer, but at the end she whispered outloud, "Supastah!" as in Superstar. And how she always danced around or jumped and you can see her undies -which i'm sure it's man undies-, Molly Shannon is so hilarious! Nicely done.
360
The Avengers (1998,  PG-13)
The Avengers
This was corny movie at its best. Really. But somehow i enjoy the corniness (if that's a word) of this movie, it was fun to laugh at how ridiculous this movie is and how cheesy the lines are. Why those great casts even wanted to play in this movie in the first place is beyond me.
361
La Reine Margot (Queen Margot) (1994,  R)
La Reine Margot (Queen Margot)
Great movie, Isabelle Adjani's best performance. But for those of you who don't know french history, i think you should at least read it first then watch the movie. It's pretty crazy the nudity and sex scenes in this movie, but probably those scenes were needed cause it was the truth back then. It's a powerful story.

sandler's serious movies r typical, great but typical. like 50first dates and this one, funny hilarious at the beginning but then serious-sad-deep-touching at the end.
i love this movie. especially the scene in the rain, the one all family members reunite right before he's dead. really touching scene, mks evryone stood still and just watch that specific important scene.great movie

Notting Hill
Whew, can't believe i forgot to review this one. One of my fave. So simple but romantic. Which reminds me, where is Hugh Grant now?

Mission To Mars (2000,  PG)
Mission To Mars
To me, this was one of those movies that would make you think it's an average movie, but it's not. It's actually inspiring. Great story. Not a bad casts too. It opens your eyes on a new point of view. Some might even think the story about life on earth came from mars as a B.S, but to me it is possible.

Tomcats (2001,  R)
Tomcats
Another movie similar like American Pie. I have one comment and one comment only : OHMYGOD Jerry O'Connel is so hottttttttttttttttttttt! Damn. See, i never thought of him as a hot actor, but this movie has definitely changed my opinion. Wow, what a crappy comment i just made. Whatever.

Domino (2005,  R)
Domino
I have never heard of Domino Harvey, but now I'm dead curious about the real Bounty Squad. And i thought this movie was Guy Ritchie's, the way the story and allure go and the all-famous-casts was also the reason why i thought it was Guy Ritchie's. A very cool movie, honestly. And Keira as a bad girl, not bad.

Punch-Drunk Love (2002,  R)
Punch-Drunk Love
I love it when Adam Sandler plays in a comedy/serious movie, they're always good. Click, 50 first dates, this one, etc etc. This one is certainly a must see.

Lady in the Water (2006,  PG-13)
Lady in the Water
I saw the trailer, reviews about this movie, and reviews about Shyamalan's works, but i think this movie was a little overrated. It's not the most brilliant movie i've seen so far. It was like any other movies, nothing special. Maybe the way Shyamalan directs this movie was pretty intense. But overall, it was okay. A modern day fairy tale with a glimpse of horror.

Goya's Ghosts (2007,  R)
Goya's Ghosts
Surprisingly better than i expected. Portman's portrayal as Goya's muse was both intense and mesmerizing.
377
The Benchwarmers (2006,  PG-13)
The Benchwarmers
Some scenes were pretty funny.
378
Notes on a Scandal (2006,  R)
Notes on a Scandal
Well i honestly underestimated this movie, i thought it was going to be just another scandal movie, between teacher and the student, but it was more than that. The scandal between them was just the side story, whereas the main story played by Judi Dench was remarkable. It could've been average, nothing special, but it was well-directed, casted, and acted. It was splendid.

The Age of Innocence (1993,  PG)
The Age of Innocence
Amazing movie. Seriously. A must watch one. But then again i've always been a fan of movies that set in year '20, or even Jane Austen's, or just another story set in 1800-ish, i've always loved them! And DDL's portrayal was speechless. Scorcese's touch was also everywhere to be found. One of my fave movie of all time for sure, i wouldn't mind watching this one over and over again.
