Antonia (Antonia's Line)
It's usually impossible for me to pick a favorite anything; but this is, by far, my favorite movie of all time. I love the message it sends that life goes on no matter what happens, good, terrible, whatever. In the end, none of it matters because life will simply always go on. That's extremely comforting to me. Wonderful, wonderful movie.

Party Girl
This movie is one of the things that inspired me to be a librarian someday. It's going to happen. Is there something wrong with basing your career aspirations on a movie? I don't think so.

This is the only Disney movie I've enjoyed, or been interested in to begin with, since The Little Mermaid. And I want to know why we weren't taught "Squirrel" in Girl Scouts.

Ferris Bueller's Day Off
Oh the classic-ness. I just can't help but watch it every time I happen to catch it on AMC, or TBS, or VH1 (I kid you not.), or... It's just fun! If skipping school where I lived were that cool, I never would have gone to school.
18
Sense and Sensibility (1995,  PG)
Sense and Sensibility
Awesome movie. I love the awkward moments between Edward and...everyone. All of the dialog is tight; there isn't a single line in the movie that feels even remotely wrong. An enjoyable watch every time.

With the dancing, teen angst, and some sugar-coated socioeconomic commentary, this was one of the defining movies of my life.

The Sword in the Stone
The proof that I haven't matured much over the years lies in the fact that I still laugh at the same jokes in this movie as I did when I was a child. So yes, I still love this movie.
