I thought a movie had to be good before it could be called a modern classic. I stand alone with this opinion, but it stands hand-in-hand with American Beauty as the most overrated film in recent times. haha
Excellent, using the same style as "The Filth and The Fury", Julien Temple creates a really loving portrait that is not entirely flattering, but completely faithful to the great man. A Definite recommendation, as is Filth. What makes Filth slightly better in comparison is it's lack of Bono and the fact that most of the historical Pistols footage was actually shot by Temple himself. Killer handling of a difficult subject and really great to see a testimonial of such an important 20th century musical & political figure.
