La Science des Rêves (The Science of Sleep)
Brilliant! You can't beat P. S. R. Parallel Synchronized Randomness nor the fact that 'The brain is the most complex thing in the universe and it's right behind the nose.'
3
Gideon's Daughter (2005,  Unrated)
Gideon's Daughter
I now want to watch Friends & Crocodiles.
4
The Young Visiters (2003,  Unrated)
The Young Visiters
Daisy Ashford: Oh my! Such vivid characters, such insight, and all spilling from the mind of a 9-year old girl over a period of 12 days! This is a very unique take on story-telling because it manages to be both playful and insightful. The girl is extraordinarily perceptive in her understanding of the British class system and even the sexual politics that exist among adults. Yet there is the sparkle and magic that would appeal to a 9-year old girl (and everyone else). DELIGHTFUL!

Merci Docteur Rey
Great stuff. Wallpaper scene's classic.
7
The Producers (2005,  PG-13)
The Producers
Not a bad remake of the original. Don't think anyone else apart from Nathan Lane & Matt Broderick could've been modern versions of Zero Mostel + Gene Wilder. But I prefer the original Ula.

The Curse of the Jade Scorpion
I love Woody Allen but maybe the only thing that stood out for me in this film was Wilbur De Paris' rendition of "In a Persian Market". Woody Allen's stylish alright and his one-liners don't miss but boy could he have done better.

Ace Ventura - When Nature Calls
I was laughing my ass/head off watching this movie. Particularly memorable was the scene in which he is birthed by the rhino. My dad & I and my aunt who was dying of cancer watched it in her hospital bed and it was one of the rare moments in which we all laughed and forgot about reality for a while.
42
Bruce Almighty (2003,  PG-13)
43
Being John Malkovich (1999,  R)
44
A Streetcar Named Desire (1951,  PG)

Hot Fuzz
I can see the similarities between this and Shaun of the Dead. The jumping over the hedge thing was repeated and so was Nick Frost as the sidekick.
