Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back (1980, PG)
Well written and kept me on the edge of my seat throughout the whole movie! I also think that this one features the Millennium Falcon more than the other two movies! I was so taken with the spaceship that I ate, sleep and s#it hoping that I would own the toy vehicle (of which I did some twenty years later)! This one has all the action and suspense! |

Saw it 8 times (while playing truant from school) in the cinema when it first came out in 1983! Nuff' said! |

This one has the most wittiest lines ever and 6 great stars! What else can I say? Never cease to have all my Kleenex replaced when they get too stale in their tissue boxes or holders - I just invite a bunch of friends over to watch this movie! My all-time favorite! |

The Color Purple (1985, PG-13)
I first saw this movie when I was in college at 21. All of a sudden I felt tears on my cheeks and I NEVER cry at movies no matter how sad prior to watching this one! Danny Glover is an EXCELLENT actor and I really hated his character with a passion in this one but really adore him whenever he does comedy! That is what good acting is all about. |

The world-famous "Fake Orgasm" scene was actually improvised by Meg and wasn't a part of the original script! Absolutely wild! |
